Disappointing
This place was a strange mix of things. The view is really beautiful - its a stop on many of the tours for people to visit. The rooms however, were quite disappointing. The rooms on the west side (not facing the water), pick up so much heat from the afternoon sun that the walls feel like a heater and the AC cannot keep up. The doors are also not sealed completely, so we had two frogs and a scorpion in our room over the course of three days.
Staff were nice, but not the most helpful. As many others have indicated, access to town from the pousada is up a steep and rough path. This is fine, but the staff were not able to connect us with a taxi to get to and from other places. The local taxi service is run through an app and you cannot download it without a Brazillian account/CPF.
The restaurant is also closed and the snack bar at the lookout closes promptly at sunset. So there is no access to water as well.
Many unnecessary inconveniences here. I would not return.

The location makes this hotel unique. Being high above Maragogi with an unobstructed view makes your stay unforgettable. The facilities are pleasant and the staff is friendly. Rooms are small but impeccable.You will enjoy a good traditional Brazilian breakfast while looking at the beach below.

Pousada fica no alto do morro, uma vista espetacular do mar no quarto e na porta de entrada do quarto , vista para as montanhas com um por de sol maravilhoso, quarto confortavel, muito limpo, banheiro tb limpo, precisam melhorar na limpeza do vidro do box e trocar o chuveiro, saia agua para tidos os lados.
Ponto negativo: pousada precisa de uma manutenção externa urgente e limpeza também.

A pousada fica no topo do morro do Cruzeiro, um ponto turistico que você consegue ver toda a orla da praia de Maragogi, lindo para ver o nascer e o por do sol. Quarto com chuveiro bom, cama, mesa, televisão e uma varanda. De negativo: o ar condicionado não dava conta do calor, a noite passamos sufoco, e a limpeza deixa bastante a desejar, colchão e cortina encostada na cama com odor, e a noite fomos picados por percevejos. A exceção da limpeza, o resto é contornável, equipe simpatica, café da manhã ok com direito a tapioca. Se estiver de carro é uma boa pedida, se estiver a pé não conseguirá ir até a orla da praia.

Nossa experiência foi maravilhosa a vista da sacada é magnífica principalmente de dia, mas a noite ainda conseguimos vizualizar os barquinhos flutuando e ouvir o barulho do mar. O mirante também é fabuloso. Indico colocar um bar para que aproveitem melhor o espaço já que abrem ao público. Uma observação é em relação ao ar condicionado que não estava gelando tão bem, não chegou a atrapalhar o sono, mas poderia estar mais confortável.

A pousada está em uma localização privilegiada. Está no alto de um morro, onde fica o mirante alto do Cruzeiro. Porém, aconselho a ficar lá apenas quem está de carro, pois é longe de todo o resto da cidade. O quarto com banheira é excelente.

Péssima experiência desde o check-in com o recepcionista da noite/madrugada, faltou cortesia e saber tratar bem o cliente. O ar-condicionado não estava funcionando, esperei 1h30, chamei o recepcionista, que com muita má vontade e grosseria foi averiguar e disse que era assim mesmo.
Após a reclamação o quarto foi trocado, mas o problema do ar condicionado persistiu, sem contar que o ar-condicionado ficava longe da cama, piorando o calor. A TV não permitia assistir youtube ou plataformas de streaming. Os demais funcionários foram solícitos e prestativos. O café da manhã pode melhorar. O primeiro quarto que fiquei a porta do banheiro não fechava e faltava manutenção nos banheiros e demais dependências da pousada.
Pra completar o péssimo atendimento, antes de terminar a diária, recebi uma mensagem no WhatsApp informando que estava próximo ao horário de desocupar o quarto, me senti constrangido. Minha esposa é gestora de viagens e ficou horrorizada com essa experiência.

Pousada fica em um morro de dificil acesso, para quem esta de carro não há problemas, os quartos sem vista não são muito agradaveis, se possivel pegue com vista, que por sinal é linda. Café simples mas bem satisfatório, funcionarios muito simpáticos, o travesseiro era muito fino, mas pedimos e disponibilizaram outro.

A estadia foi a pior da nossa lua de mel. A localização é horrível. É um mirante que vc pode pagar 3,00 pra visitar depois e fazer fotos e é um dos pontos de parada do passeio de bug. Além disso tivemos inúmeros problemas. No dia que chegamos a central de ar não estava funcionando, tivemos que trocar de quarto para um pior, que não tinha onde colocar as malas. Não fizeram a limpeza do quarto no dia seguinte, pois só fazem mediante solicitação e mesmo a gente solicitando depois do almoço, disseram que era tarde, sendo que não tinha escrito e não nós falaram que devíamos solicitar de manhã. O tempo todo que circulavamos pelo hotel éramos abordados pelos funcionários da pousada para saber se éramos hóspedes ou não. O café da manhã foi o pior de todos os lugares que já fomos. Os frios mal acondicionados, o presunto estava azul. Não parecia um cafe da manhã nordestino como vimos em todos os outros hotéis. Não oferecem tapioca, mas no outro dia vi que tinha e pedi, mas fizeram a maior confusão, trouxeram o sabor errado três vezes. O atendimento no geral é bem ruim. Não são acolhedores e hospitaleiros em momento algum. Mesmo com a vista da praia, não compensa se hospedar lá. O hotel fica em um morro muito alto, só dá pra ir de carro, atendimento é horrível, o quarto deixa muito a desejar, o café da manhã é muito ruim. Depois vimos várias pousadas melhores na beira da praia, mas fomos iludidos pela vista do quarto.

Pousada muito longe do centrinho! Quarto sem janelas! Restaurante não funciona. Pousada aberta ao pública para visitar o mirante. Deixando os clientes inseguros tendo em vista q a pousada não é monitorada por câmeras. Não tem Recepcionista, apenas um funcionário que faz tudo, Checkin, porteiro, carregador de malas. Não voltaria, e não indicaria!

A pousada e ótima, mais o acesso a ela não é 300mts da praia. Vc precisa subir uma ladeira íngrime de difícil acesso. Com criança e impossível só se vc estiver de carro mesmo.

Pousada com quartos com vista incrivel de Maragogi. Porem, quem quiser ir a pé ate o centro (10 min andando) temos que fazer um caminho bem dificil por uma ladeira bem íngreme. A pousada nao é bem localizada e tivemos varios cancelamentos de carro de aplicativo por esse motivo.

Eu esperava muito mais do local, principalmente pelo preço.
Descobri que eu paguei apenas pela vista pro mar.... porque em condições do quarto achei muito ruim : chuveiro com pingo gelado no meio, limpeza razoável, azulejos faltando, acabamento da porta faltando, TV não pegava nada, mesa de plástico dentro do quarto.
Positivos: A cama é grande, café da manhã foi muito bom, instalações da piscina muito boa e a vista também.
