The property outdoor looks very outdated, and this is the only complaint.
Everything else was amazing for the motel - nice room, staff with answers to all our questions - ready and printed out.

Lovely, quiet and very clean motel right in the middle of the Main Street of Montebello, which itself is a very picturesque, quaint town. Beds were comfortable the cleanliness was excellent. Location was great; easy drive to Parc Omega which is a must-do. Note: The motel has strict smoking and noise restrictions. While neither was an issue for us, for others, it might be important; don’t come here to party! Very family-friendly. Highly recommend Motel Bel-Eau.

A charming little roadside motel with spotless rooms and thoughtful touches that made our stay really comfortable. It’s just a short walk through the forest to the world largest log cabin at Fairmont :) — we even saw fireflies on the way, which was magical. Plenty of lovely eateries nearby, and despite being on the road, it was wonderfully quiet at night.

We genuinely loved this small family-owned motel. The room was impeccably clean and had everything needed, plus jacuzzi)). The location is wonderful as well, it's close to Omega park and the tiny town itself is worth exploring - especially several restaurants that really exceeded our expectations.

We had a very comfortable and quiet night. There is a microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator in the room, and a kettle, toaster and toaster oven in the lobby, as well as a larger coffee machine. Everything was spotlessly clean.

I liked everything except the thin sound barrier between rooms. You could hear phone alarms in the morning, showers turning on, toilets being flushed, people talking. The rooms were very clean as were the lobby and hallways.

Gocery store close by to buy meals to microwave or use toaster oven. Staff was so kind to help us cook our pizza in her own oven as the toss oven was too small.

This is a very vanilla looking property, but the room was clean, quiet and very convenient to the grocery store and a visit to Parc Omega. The check in process was very smooth. The bed was comfortable, and we appreciated the refrigerator and microwave, also the full-size coffee pot.

The room (#1) was huge - we were there for the Twist festival so lots of shopping and not space issues. It was also wonderful being able to park right in front of the room - very helpful for a mobility challenged person. The location is great - excellent food nearby.

What a quaint and welcoming small motel right in the thick of everything in Montebello. Minutes from Parc Omega and fairly close to Mont Tremblant. A lot of restaurants close by. But be advised some of them close a little early. The Bistro was very close and was excellent. The room was very tidy and modern. The space was a little small but I knew that when I booked. We were exploring and didn't need a super fancy place to sleep. The room was spotless. The bed and linens were very comfortable. Water Pressure was solid in the shower. Room had a nice mini fridge and a microwave and a small table and chairs to dine or drink coffee.

A great deal in this area during the winter. If back this way will definitely book again.

The outside of the building looks a little dated, but don’t let that fool you, our room was fantastic! Beautifully decorated, super comfortable bed, and an electric fireplace (for ambiance, of course!). It even had a little bistro set so we could sit and enjoy a meal and each other’s company. The room was squeaky clean and modern. The building itself is locked at all times, so you get two keys when you rent: one for the outside door and one for the room. Overall, I would highly recommend this place, and if we’re ever in the area again, this is where we’ll be staying!

Pros: This hotel is right downtown Montebello. Quite a few historic buildings to look at, and walkable distance to Chateau Montebello.
5 minutes drive to Park Omega.There is ample parking on two levels. They let me check in early, which was a plus for me. The beds are firm, but comfy.
Cons: The tv didnt work. The desk was closed for the night, so i used free wifi to watch tv on my phone. I was traveling with two young kids. They charged me an extra $10 for towels we didnt use.
The door locks with a key. I didnt find that very safe.

It was a lovely space in Montebello! Super clean and close to Parc Omega which is where we were going. There's a bistro 1 min away called Bistro Montebello which we would highly recommend. It was so so delicious, im still dreaming of it. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to everyone!
