Overall was very good particularly the customer service was extremely good. Hotel management team was very present & approachable.
However we were all expecting air conditioning throughout in the water villa especially it’s an enclosed bathroom. There was no AC nor fan in the bathroom and was recommended not to open the door in between the bedroom & bathroom which caused condensation. We tried but the heat/humidity made it hard to do whatever for a minute or 2 without sweating. This was very disappointing for 4.5* resort.
Food was ok, plenty to choose from and will not go hungry. We were AI and drinks were included which were very good.
The Chefs even provided us with custom made fish dishes which were very delicious.
My friends did the fishing excursion but the Maldivian style was not for anyone but there weren’t any fishing rods as another option.
We didn’t do any of the free excursions as weather wasn’t on our side.
We stayed on the water villa and there were many fishes around for snorkeling but be aware that the bottom of the water was very rocky so water shoes are the must.
Chanaka, the Guest Experience Manager was very helpful and made sure all guests enjoying their time on the island & leaving there with a big smile.
It was a pleasant stay with few minor hiccups. Thank you for taking care of us.

We have just returned from an amazing holiday on Amaya Kuda Rah and are already missing the resort!! All the staff and mangers were welcoming, attentive and very friendly. A special shoutout to Imam, Akbaar, Mangu, Nazeer and all the chefs; they all went above and beyond to look after us! The island is absolutely beautiful and there is so much to see in the ocean around the island, definitely visit the guys in the dive centre! The island is really well kept and well managed. If your looking for a relaxing holiday then it’s the perfect place however don’t forgot to bring mosquito spray and bite cream!

My wife and I just returned from our honeymoon at the Amaya Kuda Rah. We had an amazing experience. The staff were extremely pleasant and accommodating. We appreciated the boutique resort feel. There was one restaurant with very attentive staff. Meals were often in a buffet style but we noticed that the best offerings were from nights offering limited menu items.

First of all would like to thank everyone at Amaya kuda rah resort for such a pleasurable stay from check in all through to check out! The staff are delightful and cheery, and the resort is breath taking. The restaurant and pool bar are amazing, and the staff are wonderful help. A special thank you to Bayzid for such special decorations in the room that are magnificent! As well as Rayan and his team at the dive center for an awesome time snorkeling and water sports activities! Lovely team all in, and thanks again for a lovely stay.

We couldn’t have better things to say about this resort. If you are considering it - book it now! It will be the trip of a lifetime.

The photos really don’t do justice to the beauty of this island and something that doesn’t translate in photos is the level of service. Even though the island had many other guests, you are treated and feel like you are the only one there. The island is quiet and small (a real advantage for getting around). It has an intimate and tranquil feeling.

Let’s talk about the world class service- from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, they treated us like royalty. We were immediately greeted at the airport, guided to our sea plane and then greeted by the lovely staff, including Eve, aboard the boat. Once arriving at the reception area, we were given a welcome drink, told about everything we needed to know and then whisked off to our gorgeous water bungalow. Book the bungalow, it’s amazing!

During our stay we did many excursions, which were fantastic. We took out jetskis with Ira, which was just fantastic. We went diving a few times with Mirko and Suna and even saw a whale shark. We also received massages at the spa, which was delightful. The staff on the island is wonderful. Feny and Misal in the food services were incredible. Akbar and Angel at the Glow Bar were awesome and our roomboy, Ahmed, did sweet things like leaving us towel animals for our return. This is an amazing resort. Trip of a lifetime!!

Great place. Pretty good buffet, Great private pool water villa overlooking shallow lagoon and ocean. Some staff were very good, but some seemed to be really pushing for a tip and others very difficult to understand.

They call it a smoke free resort, but were offered an ash tray when we first sat down. People in restaurant were smoking. Mandatory Xmas eve gala was very disappointing, relative to the almost USD 300 they charged us OVER the all inclusive fee

Excellent property! Without doubt with very good staff and set up. Very well designed property. One of the most calm and soothing islands in Maldives. Spa not so great. Bit of a travel from Male. Getting here is expensive. But worth it. Excellent scuba and watersports options. Very clean and best of service and products.

The grounds of this resort are quite beautiful! The beaches are amazing and they keep everything clean. There are canoes, and jet skis, and you can book lots of activities/trips with them. I suggest doing the diving activity. You can actually do a discover dive even without a licence, so it's pretty cool to see! Servers/cleaners are SO nice!
We had some leaks in our room, which is not acceptable at almost $1,000/night. There was also some paint spots on the walls etc, I just think a room of that value should be pristine and it was not.
The resort package for \"all-inclusive\" is not actually all-inclusive, and that was quite disappointing ($8 for a cappuccino lol).. and I thought that was both weird and excessive. In terms of the food.. I was not impressed at all. I got sick from the lobster (they tried to charge me still because its extra).
I had asked to be on a plane at 16:30, which is what they told me is the last plane (our flight out of Male was at 22:20). They booked us on a plane at 11:30 am... that lands at Male at 16:00!!!! It's literally a 40 minute seaplane flight directly, and they wanted us to circle around for over 4 hours.. fully knowing we have a 21 hr flight back to Canada... that was pretty disappointing. They also told us this can't be changed, and then somehow changed it - but only to 14:30. Again, everything is great when you are booking, but when you are leaving the story/service changes. I don't quite think this is a 5 star resort, I would say 4 star.

The property was very clean. Room service is usually two times a day so no worries about clean towels or sand on the floor. The island is pretty well maintain they sweep the island everyday also no mosquitos at all they fumigate everyday. I took repellent no need to use it. The staff is awesome so polite, honestly you even get tired of saying good morning, evening and night. From beginning to end everyone in the resort go above and beyond to get anything you need in order to have the best vacation ever. They arranged everything and let you know all you have to do is enjoy and relax!!!
Thank you so much to everyone in the resort for all your work and dedication especially to my favorite bartender Akbar love the drinks !!
They make my vacations one of the best one I ever had besides the fact that the place is one of the most beautiful in the world 🌎

Exceptional Customer Service on Paradise

Whats not to like, the customer service is what this hotel is all about, they had someone at the airport who assisted us in transferring from the international airport to the regional one and made sure we got on the right plane. Upon arrival we were greeted by the customer service and presented with fresh drinks. They escorted us to our room and made sure we knew about all the amenities that the resort offered. The hotel has bikes that you can use to transport yourself from the room to the dinning area, the island that the resort is built on is fairly small, the hotel has less then 50 rooms that are available. Would highly recommend getting the all inclusive package, it includes food, drink and one excursion. Even upon departure, there was someone at the airport who assisted us in checking into our departure flight.

Nice location, beautiful beaches. Husband enjoyed the diving although facilities on the whole ie gym and spa were not brilliant, small and limited, spa was massively overpriced. Whilst the staff were very friendly and happy to help we had a few comments from a couple of staff mebers making it clear they were after a tip! We were also interrupted whilst having dinner or a drink on several occasions to constantly ask us for feedback and even when we were leaving asked to leave a trip advisor review there and then! I explained we had half an hour before leaving for home so wouldn't be doing that

Was nice but we expacted more. We were in Maldives in 2015 and we stayed at 4* hotel. Like we saw on photos., we expacted sandy beaches, but beach here was not so great. Just one small part was like expacted. Food was great! And staff was kind and helpfull.

We had the delightful stay at Amaya Resort Kuda Rah. Great service! Best place to stay in Maldives. The entire staff was very kind and efficient as they went out of their way and served us vegetarian food specially cooked for us, really appreciate the service ! Clam and clean villas with the beautiful sea view anyone can ask for. Amaya resort is a beautiful and iconic property. Everything was totally perfect ! Thank you for the awesome stay !

Isola molto piccola ideale per il relax. Siamo stati molto bene ed abbiamo avuto la fortuna di assaporare i sapori di terre lontane dalla nostra. Il personale è cordiale e molto disponibile molto ben guidato da Chanaka il quale è sempre presente e guida il gruppo in maniera impeccabile. Abbiamo avuto, inoltre, la fortuna di incontrare lo squalo balena. Avventura unica grazie ai ragazzi del dive center che ci hanno fatto vivere un'esperienza indimenticabile. ➕Ce que nous avons aimé , c’est la chambre et la piscine privé dans la salle de bain , la grandeur du lit .
➕L’équipe Sympa du diving center, le capitaine du bateau.
➕le repas surprise, à l’heure du dîner. Avec des produits de la mer ; très bon.

➖Ce qui ne nous a pas plu du tout , c’est la vaporisation à la même heure , de l’insecticide, très toxique qui se dépose dans les lieux publiques, le bar et la piscine .... de plus c’est hyper toxique, il y a la faune environnante, les libellules les petites poules sauvage et leurs poussins, les hérons et autres oiseaux qui subissent ces gaz et nous les humains . Et enfin dans l’eau, des morceaux de grillages et bétons d’une ancienne construction peu être gisent au abord d’amya., des canettes aussi

That the Maldives is fantastic goes without saying but this Place is fantastic. The staff is amazing and food fantastic. Even if snorkeling The house reef gives enough entertainment with turtles, reef Sharks the diving centre gives an extra oppotrunity to sealife experience.

Le cadre intimiste ainsi que le professionnalisme du staff invite à une détente totale. Toutefois en raison du courant qui peut être fort je vous déconseille de vous aventurer derrière les barrières si vous n’êtes pas à l’aise dans l’eau. La météo était assez changeante durant notre séjour mais le confort de la chambre et la qualité de la restauration font oublier les nuages. Ma compagne a particulièrement apprécié la décoration de lit accompagnée d’un gâteau le soir de mon anniversaire, merci au Directeur, au Chef cuisinier ainsi qu’à Ahmed notre room boy. Admirer les feux d’artifice sur l’île en face depuis notre piscine privée à minuit sonné au passage de la nouvelle année restera un moment magique.

Nós passamos 4 adoráveis dias em nossa lua de mel! Mal posso esperar para voltar mais vezes! As pessoas são amáveis e os passeios são incríveis! Nós nos hospedamos no water villas, incrível, quarto muito bem equipado, até mesmo um dock da bose estava disponível para tocar músicas e relaxar! É possível fazer snorkeling saindo diretamente pelo quarto, é possível ver muitas muitas espécies de peixes e raias passando por nós! Nós também adoramos a atenção que recebemos em nosso jantar especial de lua de mel e no glow bar! Um agradecimento especial ao nosso garçom lá, Akbar Hossain!

De watervilla was precieus zoals op de foto's. Van het onvangst op de luchthaven bij aankomst tot het inchecken op de luchthaven bij vertrek werden wij perfect begeleid door het hotelpersoneel. Het eten was fantastisch, onze complimenten voor de chef!!

직원에게나 레스토랑에 정보 업데이트가 늦어져 여러번 확인해 기분이 좀 불편 했어요~
그거 외에는 직원분들도 친절하고 룸컨디션도 괜찮았고..
스노클링 할 수 있는 곳도 좋았고... ㅎㅎ

Hotel davvero meraviglioso curato nei minimi dettagli, personale eccellente disponibile e premuroso. Abbiamo trascorso 10 giorni di puro relax per il nostro anniversario di matrimonio e non abbiamo mai avuto alcun problema. Camera eccezzionale sul mare, piscina interna sublime e pulizia sempre eccellente anche più volte al giorno compresa la cura dell’esterno da parte delle signore del personale. Un complimento anche al barista della piscina Akbar che ci ha coccolato per tutto il tempo con le sue gentilezze e i suoi fantastici cocktail! Infine spendo due parole per la ragazza che cura i dolci e le torte del ristorante purtroppo non so il Nome ma credo sia di origine asiatica....semplicemente eccezionale...ama il suo lavoro e mette passione nei dolci che ogni giorno prepara con cura e attenzione!
Torneremo sicuramente in questo magnifico resort!

Prachtig resort

Het is een klein eilandje waar je niks tekort komt. Ontzettend vriendelijk personeel, goed eten en prachtige villa’s. Ook genoeg leuke activiteiten te doen op en rondom het eiland. Het kost wat, maar daarvoor is het wel een ideale plek om tot rust te komen na bijvoorbeeld een backpack vakantie in Sri Lanka.

SPA : 面部，四肢及身體。
員工：主動提供協助，有禮貌，笑容滿面
房間：非常滿意，每天拾房二次。

Lekker hotel om goed tot rust te kunnen komen

We zijn hier geweest voor onze huwelijksreis. Het hotel is echt aan te raden aan stelletjes die tot rust willen komen en willen genieten van zowel de locatie als elkaar.

Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Totaal geen zoek het maar uit mentaliteit.

Het enige kleine minpuntje was de wifi die het niet altijd deed.

14歳の娘と家内の3人で3泊しました。マーレで前泊し、翌朝6時45分に水上飛行機のカウンターでアマヤのスタッフと待ち合わせ。笑顔の出迎から搭乗まで丁寧でとてもスムーズに案内していただきました。水上飛行機は約25分。センターラの船着き場で降り、アマヤのドーニに乗ってホテルまで約15分。
　そこは信じられないほど透き通ったきれいな海とさわやかな風に包まれていました。アーリーチェックインをお願いしていましたが、美味しいウエルカムドリンクを飲み干す前に部屋が準備され、カートで水上コテージまで。No.314は海に面して左端にあり、広めのデッキには小さなプライベートプール。部屋の前のハウスリーフにはたくさんの色とりどりの魚（小さなサメもいます）。そして20ｍほど先にはドロップオフ。スノーケリングだけでも十分楽しめます。室内は白を基調とした明るくとても清潔で、シャワールームとバスタブは独立し、湯量も十分でした。また、アメニティーはブルガリ、タオルやバスローブ、リネンも上質です。今回はオールインクルーシブでしたが、昼はコース。味もかなりレベルが高く、毎回の食事はとても満足できました。スタッフは皆、笑顔を絶やさずフレンドリー。特にレストランスタッフのオクムラさん（なぜか日本名で当然日本語も達者）とMr. NCYは毎食陽気に話しかけてくれました。1周15分ほどのこじんまりとした隠れ家的な静かなリゾートはゆっくり過ごすには最適です。唯一、希望したいのは動力のないマリンアクティビティをAIに含めてほしいことです。でも、是非リピートしたいリゾートです。

Hat zu viele Mängel für das was es sein möchte .

Das Essen ist durchschnittlich .
Die Elektrik ist veraltet und funktioniert nur teilweise.
Klimaanlage nur eingeschränkt nutzbar.
Haarföhn funktioniert nicht.
Stromausfall alle 3-4 Stunden, ist nachts natürlich nicht gut da keine Klimaanlage funktioniert, mussten sogar in eine andere Villa umziehen.
Service war in Ordnung.
Das tauchen auf der Insel ist sehr gut aber überteuert.
An und Abreise haben gut funktioniert.
Alles in allem ist das Hotel nicht weiter zu empfehlen meiner Ansicht nach!!!

Excelente para 4 dias, no hay mucho para hacer en la isla, tan solo disfrutar de la playa y el mar. Las actividades son muy caras (nos quedamos con las ganas de hacer buceo), no hace falta sacar el all inclusive, con media pension o pension completa esta ok
La habitacion era excelente con todas las comodidades
