A building site at the entrance whilst we were there. After a long journey from the UK was looking for a rest in a good surrounding. From early morning until after dark the building noise was incredible with only a sorry from the owner!

Great stay...this is a simple no frills hotel...it's clean , your room has a safe and a fridge ..it's less than a minute to the beach. WiFi was good too. Only one small thing, shower was very poor, not great to wash long hair in..had to dance around ...didn't spoil our stay ..

Great location in the middle of town and one minute to the beach. However our ground floor unit was the smallest I have ever stayed in Mexico, and we have been at a lot of small family owned hotels. There There Were no cooking facilities in the room or available at the hotel… Not even coffee in the morning.. I found this surprising, given the rate we paid for this property. The staff makes a big deal about not putting any of the towels on the floor, but I am not sure what we are supposed to do after a shower To keep the floor dry. We have found better values for budget hotels in Mahahual.

We had a good stay. The rooms were small and clean beds need updated, and i dont think they offer king size beds. Only one incident though, when we returned after day @ beach our doors were left wide open and no one around. There was a couple staff in lobby but nobody working on our floor. Refused room service after that.

Only 1 ocean view room in hotel...tiny rooms.
The Trip Advisor reviews were so positive, however that was not my experience. I had emailed with the owner about my room being an ocean view room and he confirmed it. When I got there, the balcony view was of the back of the building in front of mine. I ask the staff member about it and he said I should not have an ocean view. I emailed the owner and he said that a new employee had moved me to a different room, inadvertently. He said they only have 1 ocean view room (#8). When I ask for some type of refund of the difference in rate for a standard balcony and standard plus with balcony, I haven't heard from him again. The bathroom door did not open all the way in my room as it was stopped by the sink, there were rules about everything, and the restuarant was not in operation. It was going to start up the following week. The beds were very firm and new. The rooms are very tiny with only two feet to walk around between the bed and the wall. The rooms were very clean though and the staff was helpful.

El hotel cumple con su objetivo que es ser un lugar para descansar, obviamente como es un lugar cálido se entiende que tengan que fumigar seguido, por eso luego se llega el olor del insecticida, que además si vas la paraíso es raro que te quedes mucho tiempo descansando; no tiene jabón de tocador, solo un dispensador de shampoo, debes llevar tu propio jabón; otra cosa la persona que está de \"guardia\" de noche, en algún momento se desentendió de la misma, ya que te piden llegar tu llave, me la tuve que llevar, pero fuera de eso es un buen lugar para llegar a dormir

El hotel está cerca de la playa, pero las instalaciones no son tan acogedoras, ya que el lavabo estaba tapado y las camas son colchones sobre una base de piedra, sin embargo, el problema es que los colchones son demasiado delgados y para nada confortables. Desafortunadamente, no descanse en éstas camas. El agua caliente siempre está disponible, eso sí. La atención del staff del hotel en general es buena. Realmente escogería otra opción para hospedarme, aunque no lo descartaría para alguna emergencia.

Un lugar bastante agradable, ideal para familias, a pesar de que las habitaciones son pequeñas, están bien distribuidas, el personal y los responsables del hotel, siempre con buena actitud, todo está muy cerca. Aunque no hay un lugar exacto para estacionarse, toda el área es adecuada. Muy seguro y lo mejor es que no hay quien te esté hostigando para comprar algún paquete extra o algo. Recomendable.
