Absolutely fabulous hotel. Pristine inside and out. Staff are wonderful. Very helpful and friendly.
Location is not great unless you have a car as although it’s just over a mile from the port, the walking route is not great as often on the side of the road which is busy.
Breakfast is lovely as is the pool and and the large swimming pool. Rooms are first class and very comfortable. Only criticism is the soundproofing is not great.
Would highly recommend this hotel due to quality and staff.

The hotel facilities were excellent. The pool was beautiful and the daytime staff were consistently warm, professional, and eager to help. They created a welcoming environment and made much of our stay enjoyable. we did experience one issue with the evening staff, Ira, regarding an ATV rental.

We booked the ATV through the hotel before arriving, trusting their “partner” agency. The name of the company was never shared with us, but since it was a hotel-arranged service, we didn’t question it. Only when the ATV was delivered did we learn that payment was cash-only. By law, businesses in Greece must accept at least one form of card, so this was unexpected and problematic. We didn’t have enough euros left and wanted to avoid a hefty ATM fee, so we asked the hotel to help. They assured us it wouldn’t be an issue, but when the agent arrived she only had a phone app for tap payments. Because of our card’s tap limit, we were forced to withdraw more euros anyway, late at night, paying additional fees.

When we shared this feedback with Ira, hoping she would note it for future guests, she was defensive/dismissive, insisting it was our fault for not adjusting our tap limit. For a 4-star hotel, I expected more accountability. My suggestion: OleaBay should better vet its partners and be upfront with guests about payment requirements. No one booking through a reputable hotel expects cash-only rental that feels like a back-alley transaction, even beach vendors manage to provide machines.

My brother and I really enjoyed our stay here. The service was amazing and everyone that works there is extremely friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful with the most breathtaking view of the sea. The breakfast was phenomenal, the pool was very nice to have. We rented ATVs and had them delivered to the hotel parking lot which was very convenient. The location is a little south of the Adamantas but still walkable (just careful in the areas where there aren't sidewalks). Highly recommend if you're looking for a relaxing and elevated experience in Milos that's still close to everything!

We loved our stay at Olea bay. We were met with such beautiful staff who were so kind, welcoming and they went above and beyond. Our room was exceptional and very clean. The pool area was stunning and we had the best time being around there. We will definitely be back to stay here on our next trip to Milos, as the service stood out to us and has been the best we have had on our 5 week trip to Europe.

The staff were extremely kind and accommodating. The only negative I would say is that the shower in the bathroom needs to have an enclosure. Although the floor grades generally drain the water, when taking the shower water soaks the toilet and sink. I’d also suggest that a light blanket be provided on the beds instead of only a sheet. Also, if shutters could be added to the bathroom window or the bathroom door changed to a wood door that would be helpful to keep the morning light out. Personally I also found the room decor a bit too clinical with everything being white. A few plants or colourful art would warm it up.

This was our favorite accommodation during our 10-day Greece vacation. The property is located far enough from the port to be away from the street noise, but close enough to walk or take a taxi without hassle. The sunset from the pool deck was beautiful, and the staff was always friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at Olea Bay. On arrival we were met by the lovely Chrysanthi who gave us an excellent reception & advice on the island. Breakfast was great, service was fabulous, pool area divine. Only drawback was that on extremely hot days the walk into port was a little too far.

Staff immediately greeted us at the entrance and helped us with our bags. They allowed us to stow our things there until our room was ready for check-in later that day. They provide you with a detailed map of the island with their reccomendations as well. The only con of staying at Olea is the location is a 20min walk from the port so it is convenient to have a vehicle or ATV rented for your stay.

A Fantastic Stay

This is a fantastic hotel overlooking the bay within walking distance of good restaurants and shopping. Staff are extremely nice and helpful. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and varied. Exceeded our expectations for the 5 days we stayed. Great cocktails and friendliness from Las at the poolside bar. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay so memorable.

This is by far the best hotel I have been to. The service, rooms, drinks, food are just impeccable. Not one bad thing to say. It's location is perfect, we rented a car before arrival and picked it up from the airport at arrival. The drive was 3 minutes to the hotel. Beach are 10 to 20 drive away. If you don't feel like leaving the hotel for a day or two you can easily spend a day by their pool where you can lay on long chairs or beds. They have a bar with THE BEST bartender. And I mean it he makes epic drinks and Giannis is just straight up a great guy! We will definitely be coming back with a group of friends. We were there on our honeymoon this week.
The owner is very hands on and you can find him at the resort every single day making sure everyone is well taking care of
Dont hesitate and book!!!

Modern hotel with views of the bay. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast which was included was delicious- there was a variety of choice of fresh food every morning. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool area was great - pool bar with excellent service, bottled water on arrival to the pool and a lovely chilled atmosphere. It was about a 20 minute walk to the port area but taxis were always plentiful for the trip home. Overall an excellent stay.

Quaint, beautiful place I'd recommend to others

The property was located close to the airport and the hotel offered a free pick up service. It was convenient and easy to get from the airport to the hotel, so after a long trip that was most welcome. The staff at the property were very helpful, informative and accommodating. We were able to rent a car, last minute, for an affordable daily fee, in less than 15 minutes. The island is small enough to see in a day or two. You can walk to the port and center of town. Only breakfast was an option at this hotel, however. The pool bar was closed during a rain storm, but the pool was not (odd). Also, we upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi and the jacuzzi only worked the first day. The next night it was freezing and had an error message that was not resolved before we left. It was a very pretty, quiet property located in a good area of Milos. I would recommend this to others.

Perfect Stay

This place was simply superb! We had a hard time choosing originally, due to lots of options, but couldn’t have been happier. Staff was so friendly and accommodating, the room was super clean, and well designed, and the breakfast was very tasty with lots of options to choose from. We were one of the first to arrive for the season so they even upgraded our room! They helped us find a boat tour (due to COVID restrictions and prices we choose not to do it) and were always there to help us answer any questions. We didn’t need to take a COVID test before departure but they helped others book those as well. For those tests keep in mind there are only 2 locations on the island and they book up 3-4 days in advance. I recommend looking into even before arriving.

This hotel is very well run and the location is great. The rooms and grounds are sparky clean and well maintained. You can’t go wrong booking this place.

The property is in a perfect location! About 15 mins walk from the port and a 15 min drive from the airport. Stavros and the rest of the staff was very helpful and helped us coordinate our daily plans with great knowledge of the island. The hotel is really beautiful and clean! The pool area is stunning! The breakfast included is delicious and well worth it! Our room was clean, and very spacious! I love the ‘white’ concept of the hotel. We will be back for sure!

The hotel was in a great location. It was close enough to the main town but also quite and relaxing. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful, and our room was very clean and comfortable. The pool was clean and refreshing, but could of done with a little more shade as the umbrellas were not completely sun proof. The staff were friendly and very helpful with restaurant tips. Would thoroughly recommend

Fantastic modern hotel with an eye for detail. The service is A+ by both stauros and his dad nick!
Only small comment is that although the breakfast was nice and plentiful, the eggs and cofffee were always cold. Probably best to have the coffee in an electric ern and the eggs is a heated electric plate.
But minor comment, everything was amazing.
You should get a car of coming as it is a good 20 minute walk to the port and in the July heat it’s not bearable! I’m
I will be coming again! Fabulous!!!

Bit out of town which is nice if you want a bit more quiet. Room was very nice, modern. Some restaurants close by. Car highly recommended. Breakfast was pretty good, better than most.
