I spent 5 nights at Milos Bay Suites in late September. The hotel and rooms were as described. Walking distance from the port of Adamas, close to shops, restaurants and cafes/bars.
The room I had (#8) was very spacious. The only negative I would say is the size of the shower was extremely small (65-70cm square) and the way the sliding shower doors were configured, the opening to enter was very tight (about 35cm) so you had to step in sideways. I’m 187cm tall and about 85kg (quite lean) and it was a struggle using the shower. As I say, the only negative.

Milos Bay Suites was an excellent choice for us. The room was spacious, clean and well-stocked for a longer stay. The beds were comfortable and the atmoshphere was accomodating.

While it migh not be convenient with do when dragging suitcases, you can easily walk to the hotel from the dock. The dock, markets, bakeries, shopping, and excellent restaurants are less than a 10 minute walk. A good beach is about a 15 minute walk away.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They took great care of us provided us with lots of insight about the area and what to do to get the most out of our experience there.

The owner, a sweet elderly lady, lives on the premises and even came by to ensire we were well-situated and satisfied with the accomodations.

We highly recommend this location if you are planning a visit to Milos.

We had a wonderful stay at Milos Bay Suites. Everything was perfect , from the comfortable rooms to the great location. A special mention goes to Eleni at the reception, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She went above and beyond to make us feel at home and gave us fantastic recommendations that really made our trip even more enjoyable. Thanks to her, we discovered some amazing spots we wouldn’t have found otherwise. We will definitely be coming back on our next visit to Milos!

Beautiful property near town! Front desk staff was so nice especially Panos! Very easy walk to the shops, the port and restaurants. Super quiet and clean! We had a lovely balcony, a huge living room/kitchen with two twin beds that our kids slept in and a bedroom for my husband and I. Cute common areas to hang out in. Very clean! Bathroom amenities provided along with beach towels and slippers! Couldn't have asked for more!!

not a great stay

The hotel is in a quiet secure area. But its very strangely distributed. The rooms on first floor (were we stayed) are next and infront of reception desk, only a small pathway divides it and its very noisy, since you hear everyone coming in and out. Slamming doors, moving furniture. We could not sleep the 3 nights we were there. The bathroom tiny window opens to the reception area, Its the first time that we stayed at a hotel that does not offer coffee or tea anywhere.
Its walking distance to great restaurants (about 5 minutes walk) near beach, about 15 minute walk, but not a nice beach, the ocean is full of grass everywhere and not a sandy beach. Has a small kitchen, which is convenient, but the stove looked like a fire hazard, i dont think it was functional.

Rustic hotel close to town

Located walking distance from port. I accidentally booked the honeymoon suite for one person but we had 3 travelers. They provided a roll away cot for 20 euros per night. I don’t think an adult would have been comfortable but it was fine for a teenager. Beach towels were provided. There were some minor maintenance issues that should be kept up. The bathroom was newly remodeled. One person shower. The kitchen could use updating. We could easily hear the people next door at night. They were up late having fun and talking, not yelling. The lady who works afternoons and evenings was incredibly kind and helpful. Free parking on street or lot across street. No laundry on site but there is full or self service laundromat in town.

This unfortunately was not a pleasant stay.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable, there are no elevators in the hotel so you need to carry everything upstairs, the front desk reception is only there until around 2 PM after that you’re on your own, the AC in our room stopped working on the first day, when we told the front desk they said “okay sorry” and that was all.

All in all very disappointed in the hotel for the price.

Great location and friendly staff. Bathroom is very small (particularly the shower) but the room was a great size and everything was tidy. The gentleman at the front desk was really helpful in helping us book a hire car and had one arranged quickly and for a great price - dropped off to the hotel.

We had a great stay at Milos Bay Suites. Our room was nice and the perfect size for a group of 3 travelers. The staff was friendly and gave us many suggestions. I just wish we had planned to stay longer. Overall, I highly recommend staying here. It was welcoming, clean, and within walking distance from the ferry port and all shops/restaurants in Adamantas. Also, the A/C worked very well in the room.

We love the area! There were a few things that would have made the stay more comfortable like a microwave, a full sized kettle and extra pillows. The kettle and microwave was needed because we traveled with an infant and we needed to sanitize bottles and make formula. Otherwise loved the area and staff!

The hotel is close to everything you might need. Niko at the front desk was incredible helpful, friendly and welcoming. I paid for the outdoor patio but beware its not actually inside your own room. Its outside the hallway. We paid extra for that outdoor thinking its connected to the room but not really. Otherwise, its clean, convenient and somewhere comfy to sleep on after a long tiring day.

This was our first time in this hotel and we loved it. Everyone was was extremely nice and it was super clean and pretty…. cosy. Petro and John went out their ways to help us with restaurants , places to go and even with flights/ ferry. Great location!!! I had my 3 sons with me between the age 29 and 14 and we have being in many hotels in Greece ( some luxury) and we all agreed that Milos Bay suites was our favorite. A wonderful stay at Milos Island

My girlfriend and I had a very warm welcome at Milos Bay. Reception desk gave us very good tips for our trip on the island. Informed us about good deals and more.

The room has everything we needed from toothbrushes to cooking equipment. Our room was made and cleaned everyday. Extra water were provided.

The location was very central, a short 10MN walk to the port.

We couldn't have asked for a better stay!

The room was spacious with nice and simple decoration. Our room was on the ground floor. Maybe next time, I would prefer a room on the 1st floor to enjoy the breeze. I definetely recommend it.

The location was good if you don’t mind staying a little out of town (still a very, very easy walk to the water and port). The customer service may be the best I’ve ever had in my life, they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and more. We had a late ferry off the island and they let us use their restroom and WiFi while we waited in the cure shaded patio area til it was time for us to go. They made phone calls for us and gave us extra water to go at the end of our stay. The ONLY reason for not a 5 star rating was the terrible signage- we literally walked past it twice before we saw the teeny tiny sign by the door. Fix this and there is absolutely nothing we could fault this property for. Pick this place for your stay in Milos

The staff are amazing. Manos the front concierge made the visit he was very friendly and super helpful even helping with tours and rentals. The bed was pretty hard as I found normal in Europe which was only an issue because I'm pregnant and he went and brought us another cot that was much better for me. Definitely recommend it.

The room was very clean and they provided bottled water free of charge, for as much as we wanted (there is no drinkable tap water on the island).
