The air conditioning unit was malfunctioning, maintaining a room temperature of 80 degrees. SO HOT. The window was broken remaining open, and despite multiple requests to the front desk for assistance, no one arrived. We had to keep calling and calling. Furthermore, housekeeping only visited the room once.

Room was clean but furniture was old. Wallpaper peeling in places, shower handle fell off…tub drained slow when showering( yes it was open). View was not as promised and we paid extra!! Beds were comfortable and location was good.

The door man and bell hop were very helpful and very kind! The front desk was not very welcoming and seemed bothered when we were checking in and out. The cleaning lady who was cleaning the bathroom by check in was the rudest! We were changing due to our rooms not being ready yet and she told us we had to exit the bathroom now due to her needing to clean it. She was standing by the door just watching us and rushing us the entire time. She made us not want to stay here ever again. The rooms were semi clean. We found an old dried contact in the shower, so made it seem like the bathroom wasn’t properly clean before we checked in.

Ubicación excelente, personal excelente, limpieza excelente y lo único que a nuestro parecer le faltaría sería una actualización pues había algunas cosas rotas o que faltaban y le pondríamos un frigobar, pero fuera de eso todo muy bueno.
Nosotros hicimos el check out el
domingo a las 11 y había una encargada bilingüe (inglés - español) que nos atendió excelente solucionando un inconveniente en 2 segundos.
Lo Recomendamos.

Our stay in New York left us with mixed feelings
The only positive aspect was the location
The hotel is very close to Times Square, which was convenient and central
Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing
We arrived at 2:00 AM after a long flight and were told there was no room available, even though we had booked and paid in advance
We were sent to another hotel in the middle of the night, which was extremely frustrating
The next day, we were told to return in the morning, but the room was still not ready
During our stay, the staff was not friendly or helpful
On Friday evening, there was no hot water, so we couldn’t shower
We contacted the front desk, but received no real assistance, only a general explanation
To make matters worse, staff members mocked my accent when I tried to communicate, which was disrespectful and unacceptable
Overall, this experience did not meet basic expectations and I would not recommend staying here.

Staff was nice but we did not have hot water for 2 hours on Friday evening. They did compensate me a bit for the inconvenience They also did not clean the room one day and I called for clean towels but we never received them so I had to call them again hours later. Location was good.

The poor attitude at the check-in was unpleasant. This 4pm check-in is a poor service and I am not staying here again. I had to change in the fitness room to go to my meetings after a 10hour flight since they weren't able to find me a room at 2:30pm.
The room and the facility is extremely old and need renovation URGENTLY! No refrigerator in the room just didnt surprise me. Overall bad experience

Nice hotel, but not what I was expecting for the price. If there were amenities, I didn't notice any. I paid for a better view, and wasn't really happy with what I got, but that may just be how it goes sometimes. I wouldn't stay here again though. I'm positive I could have gotten a hotel better suited to my tastes, probably at a lower price.

This property was extremely outdated. The tub was clogged, there was no refrigerator in the room I had to call for a replacement. It looked as if a dresser was removed and the walls and carpets were stained and dirty. We had a BALL DROP ROOM so I expected so much more from this property. The sheets were not changed during our 3 night stay just the same sheets bedding made up. To end all while I was watching the NY1 channel I saw where the elevator at this hotel had dropped 2 floors at 8:30am and 7 people were hospitalized. The elevator was shaking that morning when we went to get coffee. There was no signs or indications from the hotel that they had an elevator emergency and to see it on TV was irresponsible. I was very nervous to get on the elevators as we were on the 17th floor. I will not stay at the Marriott Millennium ever again!

Too noisy , housekeeping crew kept banging the door of their storage which was located next to our room .. this would go on every night until 1am .. room is outdated , bathroom needs some serious help .specially for the cost. staff is great and friendly .. but facilities really needs some care and renovation.

The air condition seems to be Centrally controlled. So some night were pretty hot. Staff never helped with anything not even asked if help is needed with luggage. Front desk there was only 1 person which caused people to wait.

This was my first time staying at a Millennium property. I was surprised to find that with no restaurant/cafe on site, they also did not offer microwaves. The air conditioning in my room did not work properly. Maintenance “repaired it but that lasted about one day. Lastly, the printer in the business center was out of toner. Since it is run by a third party, I now have to chase this company for a refund. Aggravating!!

It was perfect for my stay :) The staff was fantastic and so helpful, Ingeard that it has not been renovated in .. awhile and it showed but honestly… when you’re in NY and staying in Mid town … you’re not hanging in your room Overall would def recommend it’s convenient affordable has a gym and super central!

The room was cleaned with fresh towels everyday. The staff were very kind and friendly.

The room had a broken mirrored door and the bath/shower kept clogging. But these are all fixable things. Unfortunately our neighbours were smoking weed so them stench of that was not ideal, especially with a teenager who has severe asthma, but this is not a reflection on the hotel.

Shower gel shampoo and conditioner was provided. Hairdryer provided.

No hot drink facilities which was the only disappointing part for me. There is no fridge but there is an ice bucket with an ice machine on the floor to fill and keep drinks cool.

There is a deli across the street which sell coffee for $2.50 so again, not a huge concern.

The property is in an EXCELLENT location. I would 100% stay again.

Good points: great location. Pretty lobby.
Bad points: the HVAC is poor; the room is a constant 76°. The granite of the bathroom sink is cracked with sharp edges and stone dust in the bathroom. Very poor water pressure in the sink; just a trickle. Shabby furniture. Stained carpet. Uncomfortable room in many ways.

The location of this property was great, right around the corner from Times Square. The staff was really nice, check in and out was easy. House cleaning did a great job The room itself was outdated. The rug looked dirty and some of the furniture was broken. The room was disappointing. I would not stay here again.

Room was disgusting. It was really dirty, stains on the carpet, large wet spot on the carpet, air vent covered in dust, unidentified body fluids next to tp holder, light switches with caked on grime, ect. Management and staff were very nice. The manager was very apologetic offering us a few options of different rooms which was very nice but I was grossed out. We actually left and went and stayed in the hotel we stayed in previously.

Pros: The location was excellent, and the bed was comfortable. The noise level was also lower than expected. Cons: The hotel facilities are generally outdated. The amenities and supplies are rather sparse, and the in-room furniture is excessively old and worn, giving the entire building a shabby appearance. On one day of my stay, the water pressure in the sink was so low that the water barely trickled out.

The location was amazing but the property itself was lacking. From the outside it looks beautiful, but from the inside, its very outdated and smelled moldy. Also, we requested a new fridge for medication and they never replaced the non-working one. We had to improvise and get ice.

The location is the best thing about the property. The hotel is dated and needs upgrading. The bathroom had fresh, visible stains on the wall which was an indication that it isn't cleaned well. I was told that a room was available for check-in @ noon and when I arrived it was like I was forced to upgrade due to the front desk knowing that I was ready to settle in. I was told that I was getting a great view in the best room available. The view was horrible and I was charged an additional $40/night, which did not suffice @ all. I wouldn't return nor recommend. Well, that is if someone prioritizes location over amenities & accommodations.

I’m VERY DISAPPOINTING in my stay here, the walls in the bathroom looked like they took a paint brush and ran across the walls in different directions. The TOILET we had to flush and wait flush and wait before it actually flushed. The room had an awful sour smell to it. The towels were dingy looking, the water pressure in the shower was awful! Our tv we had to call TWICE for someone to come fix it, you can be watching it and it would blink out….this happened the duration of our stay. The furniture is old and drawers were broken. This hotel needs a little touching up.

This is one of my new favourite places to stay!!! The location is UNBEATABLE! Close to transportation, in the middle of Times Square, moments away from broadway theatres! The staff are amazing. We got a choice of which floor we wanted to stay on! They were very accommodating and even let us move our trip by a day due to a flight cancellation with NO FEES! This property was a huge factor in making this one of our favourite trips ever! Thanks for the awesome stay!

Air conditioning is capped to 18degrees and can't get any colder. Room cools up good anyway.

The only disappointment is that the room does not have any fridge to cool up your drinks/food. No plastic cups or any free coffee or tea packs. Also, there is no electric kettle to get hot water for coffee or any food that needs hot water. Even a $60 budget hotel has such amenities. Quite a letdown if you're gonna ask me.

Great location- right in Times Square and cross the street and youa re at the entrance to the Museum of Broadway! Staff were super nice and efficient. Held our luggage and save the key for a free bathroom! The hotel is a little outdated and needs a little love but the bed was comfortable and lots of pillows with a great city view.

The room was a little out dated, I found some mold in the bathroom and the shower would not drain properly. But the entrance was nice and it was in Times Square so I was able to walk every where. I loved the area. They did charge a resort fee which I’m not sure what that was for bc I didn’t use any ameni it’s. $30 every night.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. We used to luggage storage twice during our stay, once hours before check-in so we didn't have to carry our bags everywhere and the second time was after check-out so we could get breakfast and explore a little more before leaving for the airport. The room was clean and spacious and we even ended up getting an upgraded room than what we initially booked which was a nice surprise. We came here for a day trip to see Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, and the theater was a four-minute walk. Many places are walkable and we only used the metro card for to and from the airport. Overall, a great stay and I'd book this hotel again in the future.
