The staff are friendly, the breakfast is very poor and limited.. the floor in the room is very slippery which is very hazardous, I told the receptionist that either if I wear the socks or not, or even wearing the shoes still slippery.
Hopefully no one got harmed for that slippery floor

Old room like 70's hotel, very bad condition on the bathroom, the furinture, the restaurant.

The breakfast was very bad, the area it feels filthy.

I didn't enjoy it at all.

I was extremely disappointed with the customer service. I asked for an iron 4 times and didn’t receive it. I had to stop a maid in the hallway to get one. I had booked a room with 2 double beds and was given one bed. I had my son with me and they charged me for having him. My room was not cleaned one of the days and my sign was not on the door. I was extremely disappointed with the experience. I will be frequently Kuwait and will not consider this hotel.

Review of Le Jazz Hotel

The service in this hotel is top notch from the service desk to the restaurant staff on the 18 th floor. The hotel is situated in Hawally which is heavily populated area and also busy. The rooms are big, clean a f have daily service & house cleaning with a daily free bottle of water. One thing I would recommend the hotel to better address their washrooms in terms of getting a better and updated washrooms. They offer a small & nice gym. Their restaurant is on the 18 the floor and can be more of an attraction to bring in more customers. The view from the restaurant covers a wide area at 180 degrees. They can do better decoration & lighting as well. Other than that, very good and I would go back there once again.

Not suitable for a business stay

Unfortunately, this hotel is really run down, in massive need of renovation, and all services need upgrading. The room should have been beautiful - the furniture is rustic and authentic and the room was huge; a suite! But everything was filthy - i didn't want to take my shoes off; the bathroom was in a state of disrepair and very much gave the impression of not being hygienically clean. And complementary breakfast absolutely cannot be given a compliment. Nearby restaurant options are very limited. Unfortunate all round because I was really looking to staying in this hotel, but now i would only recommend to those looking for a budget overnight stop and nothing more.

I came with some business details in my trip the worst thing i encounter is that the internet in the hotel was really bad it doesnt stay 20 min in connection then disconnect and i suffered with this during my trip.

This is all about location location location, it’s in a rough area, nothing nearby without a walk through poor dusty roads. Hotel priced accordingly.
Food is adequate basic stuff in a very simple dining area reminiscent to a works canteen.

Massive and great Rooms. Amazing staff!

My father with a colleague of his stayed at The Le Jazz Kuwait. And did he love his stay! On a business trip, it was important for him to have a quick and hassle free stay. Begining from the time he arrived which was early in the morning and way before check in time, he was allowed a seamless check in by the reception staff. More so, he was offered am extra free breafast the same day. Such is the co-operation and pleasant service of the hotel staff! The rooms were bigger than most hotels he had stayed in, with a sitting for dinning and sofas for relaxation. For the breakfast, it had a decent variety and was delicious.
All in all, the hotel services and rooms are totally worth the price paid and more!

The receptionest tourn my visa while she was taking a copy. Lied by saying she will prepare a letter stating what happened in case immigration office ask for it. I was very busy and followed up many times and i didnt have time to deal with them in a way they deserve.

Very poor WiFi (almost not there).

Very poor breakfast with very poor service.

Suit was nice,bed is comfortable, not noisy.

This is a reasonable 3 star hotel.rooms are very big with 4 sofa sets and dining table. The bed was very uncomfortable. Free parking in basement.

Nice but,

I went their with my family for couple of days we loved the hotel but there was couple of problems.
my brothers and sister hate it because it says there is a swimming pool but it has been of for a while.
the food at the restaurant buffet was good but they were not prepared very will.
the hotel is a miss from outside. Despite all of that, it was good and comfy

Hotel not located in a good area. Swimming pool advertised on website broken. This should be stated on website and potential guests should not be placed under the impression that this is available. We paid the full price and not a reduced price to reflect that the pool was not available. We were very disappointed that we could not use the pool considering the hot wheather. Breakfast was consistently very bad.

Will not book this hotel again!

The hotel does not deserve 4 stars. I would rate it as a 2 star Motel. The condition of the room was so bad that I could not breath properly and therefore had difficulties to sleep. Fortunately I only had to stay there for 1 night. The breakfast is not good either. Will not recommend this hotel even if it's only for 1 night stay.

Antique hotel with poor maintence and good price

I have stayed at this hotel over the weekend. It was antique hotel with a lot of history, however the rooms has a great view over the city, and large rooms. However other than that it has horrble furniture which have not changed since old times. The service was good.

This hotel is definetely Clean and Adequate in that the beds are comfortable and the Internet and Meals are good. However I was disapointed to find that the pool was not in service. (one of the reasons I booked this hotel over others.) The room I stayed in was not in \"disrepare\" as such, but neither was it pristine. (Not a deal breaker for me, but others may take issue)
Over all I have no trouble reconciling the cost of this hotel with the state and service provided.
($116 CAD a night Including WIFI and Breakfast)

First time I've spent the night in a Kuwaiti hotel, The shower was good, the room was nice, the bed was okay. It was a good deal considering the area. There were a bunch of shops, market, phone stores etc... locally so all in all a good location. They did same day laundry and drove me to the Airport the next morning. I will be using them again if I need to

The Lost

This hotel is really more appropriate for Kuwait City locals who don't mind that this hotel is so off the beaten path that only the most die-hard natives of this neighborhood can find it. It is NOT NOT NOT for non-locals who are looking for a place in a decent neighborhood.

They don't even print the street address on their business cards. FOUR taxi drivers had NO CLUE how to find the place. One attempted to drop me off in a derelict part of the neighborhood and leave me to find it on my own. Another cab driver who'd worked this city for YEARS was lost in the gridlocked traffic of this neighborhood (Hawally) for AN HOUR AND A HALF.

Before even entering the building, an old, weatherbeaten sign on a tattered attached structure attempts to tell you there is \"construction\" going on - clearly, they have no desire to fix or improve it. And the management attempted to HOLD MY VISA AND PASSPORT when checking in until the end of my stay. Only after threatening to go to another hotel they returned them to me.

To be fair, the room was pretty nice - but the hotel seemed more appropriate for natives of Kuwait City attempting a weekend getaway than for weary travelers. BOOK THIS PLACE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Not a 4 star hotel in Kuwait

The hotel was located in an industrial area - did not match the location map.

The hotel was old and worn out - didn't at all look like the pictures provided.

The internet connection was realy slow and I had to move to another room in order to get a Wifi signal.

This hotel is NOT a 4 star hotel.

Will not recommend.

The hotel is very nice. The staff is courteous. Rooms are large and very comfortable. Bathroom had a leak from the shower tray so I had to change my room. We held our staff meeting over a dinner which started very late. Food was excellent and the price was comparable. Very satifisfied with my stay. The area does have traffic. View is not so good.
