We loved the friendly staff, clientele and the lovely courtyard that we could sit in to eat breakfast and have a drink. It was in a great location as well, with a couple of beer gardens nearby and easy access to transit and walking. There also was a laundry mat just a couple of blocks away which was super convenient. But the caring staff is really what made this hotel one of the best on our trip!

We enjoyed out stay but when we went to check in an older woman was rude and said it's all technology today and laughed. If course it didn't work and I said your technology is outdated. I noticed she never looked up and greeted people as they came in during out stay. Other employees were amazing. If you don't need room service they give you a coupon for a few drinks at night. My family and I stayed 10 days, enjoyed the hotel especially the court yard. We had drinks there every evening and planned for the next day. Richard greeted us when we arrived with a warm smile, telling us everything we needed to know, he was an Absolute gem! Can’t say enough good things about him, the rest of the staff was also friendly and helpful. They have adult beverages to purchase at a reasonable price. The only recommendation I have is the hotel rooms need suit case holders, otherwise all good. (They serve breakfast for a fee, we didn’t eat there)

We really liked the “green stay” vouchers they give you, if you stay for more than 2 nights. Even without the voucher the drinks prices were reasonable. The hotel was in walking distance to a lot of nice areas as well. The breakfast buffet was good too.

Location was nice, just a short walk to the main train station. The cleaning lady doesn't clean properly as the dirt in the sink was still there, glasses were only washed once, and for one cleaning, didn't provide toilet paper. However, this was compensated by the friendliness of the reception especially Richard. He was very accommodating. They have extra amenities on the 1st floor.

The hotel was very easy to find with just a quick walk from Hauptbahnof. Check-in was very fast on the tablet although they had a staff member there to assist. Our room was plenty spacious and very clean. We really appreciated the location as it made it very easy for us to get around either by walking or by public transportation.
What we really liked:
If you choose not to have your room serviced everyday, they will give you a $10 voucher to be used for the beverage fridge downstairs. This was a wonderful amenity as we rarely want our room serviced. Every evening we enjoyed beers and could also grab what we needed in the morning.
What could have been improved on:
Our fridge in the room was not consistent. Some days cold other days, very warm. We had to toss out a few items we had purchased because of this. They did take a look at it and told us it was working fine, but temperature said otherwise.

If you book a room that says you're getting a king bed, understand that it is not a US size king bed. I would compare it to a queen. We made it work, but I was disappointed.
Overall we would definitely stay here again even with the items that I mentioned as the positives definitely outweighed any negatives.
What we really liked:
If you choose not to have your room serviced everyday, they will give you a $10 voucher to be used for the beverage fridge downstairs. This was a wonderful amenity as we rarely want our room serviced. Every evening we enjoyed beers and could also grab what we needed in the morning.

Our fridge in the room was not consistent. Some days cold other days, very warm. We had to toss out a few items we had purchased because of this. They did take a look at it and told us it was working fine, but temperature said otherwise.

We love this hotel! It’s better in person than online photos. We had 2 twin beds and they were comfortable. The outdoor terrace is beautiful. There is complimentary coffee and water. The front desk spoke English and were very friendly especially Alexandra from country Georgia - she was so fun!
