Great compact room with everything you need in a city centre location with great access to public transport. Staff were great and the small bar was perfect for a nightcap. Quiet A/C was a real bonus. If you have a car don’t forget to book parking. There is a public car park 50m away but is twice the price of the hotel parking

This is the third time I lived in this hotel. My 1st choice in Munich when price is reasonable. Clean, convenient, super helpful staffs. Love the coffee & tea bar. Having a cup of tea and sitting in the small garden is relaxing. Strong recommend.

The man that checked us in was so friendly and helpful. The hotel is quaint and everything was clean and well maintained. The garden in the center add a nice place to sit and relax. The breakfast was limited but good and fresh. Overall our stay was lovely and I’d stay here again.

The hotel was very easy to find with just a quick walk from Hauptbahnof. Check-in was very fast on the tablet although they had a staff member there to assist. Our room was plenty spacious and very clean. We really appreciated the location as it made it very easy for us to get around either by walking or by public transportation.

What we really liked:
If you choose not to have your room serviced everyday, they will give you a $10 voucher to be used for the beverage fridge downstairs. This was a wonderful amenity as we rarely want our room serviced. Every evening we enjoyed beers and could also grab what we needed in the morning.

What could have been improved on:
Our fridge in the room was not consistent. Some days cold other days, very warm. We had to toss out a few items we had purchased because of this. They did take a look at it and told us it was working fine, but temperature said otherwise.

We had the air conditioning set at 16 c the entire time, but that room did not cool down. The only way was to open the window which was fine, but at night the street is very noisy. Again, they looked at it and told us that this was to be expected for this time of year.

If you book a room that says you're getting a king bed, understand that it is not a US size king bed. I would compare it to a queen. We made it work, but I was disappointed.

Overall we would definitely stay here again even with the items that I mentioned as the positives definitely outweighed any negatives.

We love this hotel! It’s better in person than online photos. We had 2 twin beds and they were comfortable. The outdoor terrace is beautiful. There is complimentary coffee and water. The front desk spoke English and were very friendly especially Alexandra from country Georgia - she was so fun!

This is a lovely hotel, the staff were very friendly and there is a lovely lobby area with free flowing coffee. The rooms are nice if a little tired and unfortunately at the time the aircon was not allowing cool air in the room. There is an area to leave your luggage if you check out or in early but it did not feel very secure, we were told we leaving the luggage at our own risk which is alittle strange compared to other hotels I’ve stayed. It was a nice stay just the odd few touches like this let it down.

Fantastic location. We could see the cathedral from our window. Less than a 5 minute walk to the cathedral and less than a 15 minute walk to the bridge.

We loved our stay here, this is the 2nd time in the last year and we would highly recommend.

Staff are very friendly and helpful, a special mention for Richard W who helped us out mutlple times.

Rooms are clean and well kept, the water pressure in the shower is excellent. Approx 10-15min walk to central Munich (Marienplatz etc) and less than 5 from Munich hauptbahnhof

Super cozy and quiet place to stay just around the corner from the bustling central station. Linens were crispy clean, mattress comfortable, air conditioning or heat perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful. Just loved, loved this place. If I ever return to Munich will definitely stay at Kings Hotel Superior Center. A very minor inconvenience was that coffee/tea machine was downstairs in the lobby but I get it with the smaller rooms.

I have been traveling in Europe for a month, and after about 15 days, this is the best hotel so far!

All the staff are very kind, the free water is fresh, and the room and facilities are very clean. The location is also excellent. Even the breakfast buffet is excellent!

I would stay here again on future trips. The staff was really helpful, the beds fine. I booked the courtyard view room and it was very quiet even with the window wide open. My only note is I wish they served Bircher Musuli for breakfast. Other than that the breakfast was nice.
