Really enjoyed our stay at Senses. The hotel was a lovely boutique style with great staff who helped to make our stay a pleasurable experience. The pool area was really nice with great views over the port and of the castle. Breakfast didn’t have a huge selection but it was more than adequate with omelettes cooked to order! Location was around a 25 mins walk from the old town, which we liked. Loads of great restaurants, shops and bars were all within easy reach and taxis were easy to arrange.

This hotel was great! Clean rooms, pool with view, and hospitable staff who provided good services. The hotel was a little on the outside of the Bodrum Town with a 30 minute walk to the center, however we knew that before we booked.

I'd stay again if I was in this area.

A wonderful stay at Senses!

We had a wonderful stay at Senses! The hotel manager Okan and his staff were terrific. Friendly, helpful, and kind..they were really super throughout our stay. The hotel is clean and beautiful, with a terrific view of the Bodrum bay from the pool. A short scooter ride into town and easy parking along the road. Highly recommended!

Our stay was perfect from start to finish! After working in Kos, Greece for three months me and my friend decided to take some time to visit Bodrum. During our stay at Senses, the staff couldn’t have been more attentive to our needs, always willing to help all of their guests with a smile on their face. The food was some of the best we’ve had since being away, offering snacks such as nacho’s to burgers and steaks. The pool area is relaxing, with music playing throughout the day and again, full of staff that are always waiting to put fresh towels on your sunbed and offer drinks/ food etc. Thank you to all the staff here for your amazing service! Stopped for one night to catch the ferry to Greece the next day and this was a clean and pleasant spot. The staff was so friendly and the room was clean which is always my priority. I got to enjoy the pool and breakfast, both were great for the value I paid. My only thing is getting in and out by walking was a little uncomfortable for me as you have to pass their sister hotel’s trash area on the arterial street. It’s no more than 10 minutes of walking side by cars until you get to better paved pedestrian walkways. I still high recommend Senses as I ended up taking cab rides in and out of town.

Though the property has a nice vibe, the food available - including the buffet breakfast- was really poor quality. The hotel also has no amenities beyond the pool. The staff were friendly, and near the pool attentive, the service at the hotel was really indifferent - after visits from housekeeping for instance the bed wasn’t made and they didn’t replenish things such as the complimentary water bottles.

Overall a disappointing experience and not worth the money we were charged.

Location is currently a NIGHTMARE. Crazy construction all around making it unsafe to walk to town, which is the reason we booked this hotel to. Super noisy and smelly for rooms on 1st level. The day before we were checking out and riding to the airport at 6 AM, they ask to make us move our care about 1 km from the hotel and oh, you'll have to walk all the way there with your luggage and many bags tomorrow by the way. MAKE SURE THIS IS OVER if you book.
I have major mixed feelings about service. I had to ask 2 days out of 4 for the room to be cleaned up. On those 2 days the water bottle refills were forgotten. No hairdryer in the room on arrival, I had to ask for it 4 times. Coffee in the morning at the restaurant takes forever to come. But most staff is really nice.
Personally we would have preferred a buffet breakfast so we can choose what we want to eat and 15 out of 17 plates of the turkish breakfast they serve are not going to waste (there must be a lot of waste...)
We paid for the most expensive room of the place (suite with terrace) and I feel like I didn't get a lot for my money. Having to ask almost every day in a 4-night stay for hand towels, had soap, toilet paper... And, we did not get the free bottle of wine that was advertised at time of booking for being an Expedia Rewards Glod Member.

Beautiful pool area with a stunning view over the bay to the castle and backdropped by the surrounding hill. Has a relaxed atmosphere. Perfect for a relaxing getaway.

My only criticism was that they had no record of my booking when I checked in despite having booked it 24 hours earlier. The staff could have been better at hiding their confusion and putting me more at ease.

First the room view was amazing and the waiters were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Sibel. BUT the hotel management is totally UNPROFESSIONAL! no customer service at all!
I had two situations and be aware of it!!!
1. I was charged for food that I have not ordered! please check all bills before you pay at the check out. Someone wrote my room no. and put my name on the food check! Although I did not order it!! ( attached the pic) WHICH is Ridiculous!!

2. I had asked the receptionist (Faroq) for a taxi, then there is people came 7-10 min after me that requested him to call a taxi to the airport. Once a taxi came I went to take it, but the porter knows the taxi driver, so he gave it to the people that going to the airport and asked me to wait for the other taxi!!!! although it was my turn! He preferred to give them him this ride as he will make a better money than my ride!! So unprofessional! I told the receptionist (Faroq) about it, but he tried to cover his employee up! You guys need to act more professional for a hotel you assigned to have 4 starts!!

It was amazing staying there. The room had a view on both pool and sea, breakfast is good, and the staff are so adorable and friendly. It's pretty clean and neat. The perfect photo you can take is during sunset time, it's really magical. They have a great playlist that goes a bit romantic at night.

Definitely a 5 star hotel.

This is definitely 5 star material. The rooms were amazing, especially the bathroom/shower. The view is great, but there is a busy road directly in front and behind which can make it a little tricky to get a room that is quiet. I would recommend specifying this if it's important to you.

The staff was very helpful and considerate. Whenever there were challenges they were opening to assisting. Upon check-in we wanted to upgrade our room because we wanted something different. They made accommodations to our desires. The view from the room was amazing (could always see the sunrise and sunset). The drinks at the bar were nice as well.

This place is really special. The staff was super friendly and attentive and it is the right size hotel that is not too big and not too small. If you want a quite place to stay with amazing views and great service this is it! the view of the Bodrum castle is incredible. The location is convenient. Only 15min walk to the city center. The staff did an amazing job at ensuring COVID safety for all its guests. Lots of cleaning and hand sanitizer everywhere.

I would not call this a 5 star hotel as the rooms are a little outdated in terms of style and design. The outlet in the bathroom was broken and the refrigerator did not work that great.

HOT Rooms, NO AC, Good Wifi

The hotel is nice and has great view of the sea. A bit far from the center but you can easily access the center by taxi or the bus. We booked a room with a Queen bed and Sea view. As gold member of Hotels.com, we were supposed to get a free upgrade to a Sea view with a balcony. However, they didn't give us an upgrade and didn't even offer any compensation or substitute. The worst part of the stay is the Air Conditioning. The room was very hot. It was cooler outside than inside the room. I asked the staff 5 times during our 2 days stay to check the AC and no one came until the night before we were leaving and still didn't fix the AC. Then the reciptionst indicated that they have problems with the AC all over the hotel. He didn't want to change our room and insisted it will be the same in any room. We had a bottle of wine that we wanted to drink near the pool since our room was very hot, and they had the nerve to ask for corkage fee. They said otherwise we can drink our wine in the room if we don't pay. I explained to the waiter that the room is hot and they should either fix the AC or give us another room but he didn't care and insisted that we should pay. Finally he talked to his manager and they let us have our wine by the pool. The AC never got fixed and no one even apologized or tried to offer anything to make up for it. I would never stay here again. plenty of great hotels in Bodrum with even better view and service.

The hotel is really nice, the staff speaks english and its very attentive, the beds are very comfortable, installations, location everything was great.
But when we arrived there was no water, we wanted to take a shower and we couldnt, the staff knew the situation and they chose not to tell us. The next day it was the same at night there was no water, they didnt give a notice or anything.
We wanted to take the sun in the morning by the pool, and we requeates towels, the said they didnt have towels, that they would arrive from laundry in 5 minutes, we had to wait more than 30 minutes for it.

Best Stay EVER!

This hotel is beyond words. I had the best stay ever! This was my first time in Turkey and I had only planned to celebrate my birthday weekend by doing quad/water activities and explore each day. However, when my friends and I arrived at the hotel we were speechless - i guess we weren't expecting anything special. The staff were so polite and welcoming and ever so helpful. From the start to the end of our stay nothing went wrong. But the HIGHLIGHT of it all was the surprise they gave my friends and I on the last evening. They went out of their way to plan a night I'll never forget. We had the restaurant to ourselves and they made us the nicest meal and the surrounding decor.. BEAUTIFUL. They even left us alone to play whatever music we wanted (the restaurant was soundproof no worries), danced and enjoyed the night away, it was truly an amazing experience. It was the nicest thing anyone has ever done for me and I am ever so grateful. I could go on but overall the hotel was the best - I would recommend to any and EVERYONE, give it a try - you won't regret.

Hotel is in a nice area and nice hotel. However since they were closing it for the end of the season by Oct 2 then safe did not work electrical system did not work. Breakfast was old from days before.
Also the elevator is going to first floor only and if you get a room in 2-4 floor you have to carry your suit cases. Not a easy job if you have heavy luggage or knee problem.

Lovely hotel but a few problems

This hotel has the capacity to be excellent but they need to keep on top of maintenance issues and also supplies. Our air conditioning wasn't working on arrival but it eventually got fixed after several calls to reception. Drainage in the shower wasn't good either. I heard people complaining about how hot their rooms were. Also breakfast items weren't replenished when they ran out. ie: orange juice. Staff were friendly but seem to lack some organisation or management. Location is out of main town area which I thought would be quiet however we were woken each night by the party boat returning to harbour - which would be heard by a lot of hotels. Pool area and view of harbour was fantastic.

Good hotel to stay besides poor air-conditioning

The hotel is brand new and very beautiful. We stayed there for one night. Everything was good. However the air conditioning in the rooms barely worked. It's not very comfortable for a summer night. We were quite disappointed that we booked the best room in hotel with very poor air conditioning. We can hardly sleep at night because the room was too stuffy. Besides that, the staff were all very helpful and the view was very nice. In autumn it'll probably be a better stay there.

Just okay, for couple of days business trip.

The hotel is almost brand new, that's a good part of the story. Rooms which is located on the ground floor "land view" is just a cave. Rooms, which is located on top floors is really nice. Air Conditioning is a bit noisy. Wifi is strong and good all around the territory. There is no private beach and there is small, but very cozy pool. Personal is absolutely unprofessional stuff, who speaks very bad english. Nobody will come to you, when you land in the restaurant until you didn't say "My friend, come here". Ridiculous. Food in the restaurant is made by a non-professional cook, ordered fist time "sea bass" – it was naturally frozen inside, second time – schnitzel, it was kind piece of over-cooked meat. I you are looking for clean and new hotel for relatively low price in the season, that's your choice. If you are family, who looking for fun, good service, tasty food – take something different.

New Luxury Hotel with Poor Management

The hotel is new built, a nice architecture and big clean rooms, comfortable beds. Th reception service and customer care is poor, the pool is small and there is no sufficent large indoor areas for the whole customers. The breakfast is very good, many types of cheese and other staff. However, the restaurants inddor area is small and outside is very hot due to summer.All you can think is eat quickly and run back to my cool room. You can either be outside in hot weather or choose to stay in your room to be in a convenient air conditioned place, no lobby, no large cafe areas etc. The waiters stare to the infinity, you can never catch their attention even in this small area, they seem to be the guards with silence oaths! When we checked in, there was an unbearabele sound of airconditioning in the room, we turned off the AC however it went on for half an hour and I had call the reception many times to come and check. When they came in and admitted the sound then they said was no free rrom in the hotel and they cannot do anything we have to accept the noisy room as is! I taped the noise and told them that I would claim it to expedia and half an hour later suddenly there was a free room! The Ac in the second rrom was also noisy but not as before and would stop when we switched off the AC.

I stayed at Leka hotel for a week at the start of July. The staff are the best thing about this hotel. They a friendly, helpful and willing to go out their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel is close to the marine and local shops at bar street. You have some amazing views of the sea from the hotel roof top pool area. Hotel is very clean and the food is also amazing especially the breakfast that is included.

I am glad to spend three nights in this hotel,which was not located in the crowded business street,but just 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach.You can see the sea easily from your bacony,the swiming pool,the bar and the restaurant.
The guestroom is well equiped with small refrigerator,safe,TV set and aircon.The carpet is new,and the bed is quite comfortable.They offer many towels,and they touches quite soft.For the room,it is as good as a 5 star hotel.
More importantly,the hotel staff are friendly.They smile and say hello to you when meeting you.They are quite helpful.Especially,Abidin Celik impressed me most.
My car was damaged on the roadside in downtown while I was dining out in the evening on Jun 17.Abidin speaks good English,and spent his spare time,and escorted me to the police station to claim for the damage and get the proof.We spent at least 3 hours in the police station,and he explaint all of what happened to the police,and never did he complaint he was tired or too late.Finally,I got the proof,and it works for the car insurance.We came back to the hotel after 12:00 am ,which was so late.I really appreciated his great help.
This is a new hotel,and all staff are friendly and helpful.It is a good value to stay in this hotel for your holiday in Bodrum.

Magnifique hébergement avec une vue panoramique sur la mer. Le personnel très poli attentionnée. Excellent. Le monsieur âgé qui s’occupe de la piscine des transats … respect pour lui👏 travail avec amour. Le petit déjeuner sympa. Les repas à la carte sont très bon. Cet hôtel est vraiment excellent. Nous passons actuellement un très bon séjour. Les autres commentaires parlent de la gentillesse de l’équipe. C’est totalement vrai. Tous les gens qui travaillent ici sont vraiment très gentils et très agréable. Le sourire du matin au soir ils font tout pour vous satisfaire dans le moindre détail, la qualité des chambres est vraiment très bien avec la climatisation, suffisamment de rangements, Un coffre fort, un petit frigo mini bar, la télévision, la coiffeuse, salle de bain avec WC séparées les chambres sont assez bien isolées. On peut entendre parfois les Voisins, de la même façon qu’on peut entendre quand on vit en appartement, les extérieurs sont agréables et notre vue est extraordinaire sur la mer et sur les collines alentours, en profite des couchers de soleil tous les soirs sur notre terrasse, très bien situé le Senses Hôtel est à 8 minutes en taxi du centre de Bodrum, ce qui revient à environ quatre euros , il y a une première plage à cinq minutes à pied, et la piscine est hyper entretenue et très propre. Pour le tarif c’est un excellent rapport qualité prix pour un tel calme. 25 le petit déjeuner compris, qui est très complet, mais les chambres au premier tarif sont déjà très grandes et très agréables. J’ajoute quelques photos pour que vous puissiez vous rendre compte de ce joli séjour. Nous remercions encore tout le staff du Senses Hotel
