Loud construction, no hot water (we had to call them 5 mins before we needed it). Staff literally stand over you and ask you to fill out 5* reviews. Won't be back.

The worst hotel i have ever been in to in saudi arabia the beds are totally un comfortable, AC doesn’t work, the electricity stopped at night in one of the rooms and they don’t have service to deliver to rooms

I was very disappointed as I spend a fortune of 10 days, housekeeping was never done on time. There was no shower gel, I requested on multiple occasions, broken towel rail, broken shower gel bottle handles, you would have to repeat a single request multiple times. There was an error in my last bill, they added laundry twice for me, there wasn’t any record to collect data, i hd to wait for an hour on reception to resolve the issu on their behalf. I keep requesting as i was running late for flight. Breakfast served was cold

Excellent location, very good service and friendly flexible staff. response to requests is quick. There is a free parking. On the other side, the furniture is a bit worn out and would require some renewal.

The property hasn’t been maintained for maybe many many years. The breakfast quality is below average in terms of the food items they use, from cheese, to vegetables and the worst by far is the bread. I honestly don’t know if you can call it bread. All in all, in terms of food it’s not even two stars.

Rude customer service, try to avoid the guy in the front desk. Had an extreme emergency (out of my control) and had to check out. I talked to the receptionist to try and refund me the next night because 2 nights. He was rude and he said this is our policy that there are no refunds, I agree but at least you have exceptions for emergencies at least give vouchers for a breakfast or lunch as all hotels do all over the world. He said simply no. It was very frustrating. They need training on hospitality ASAP.

Everything was positive, nice staff, great food, etc

If I had to criticise

A) the shower was luke warm both early morning and late night

B) it took me about 5 minutes to turn off the lights they were on so many switches

C) no movies on tv to kill time waiting for flight.

Wouldn't hesistate to recommend over all

Really enjoyable stay.

Stayed here for a week for for business. The room was on the inside, so no natural sunlight, but very quiet. Service was excellent and the food was also very good. The gym on site was well equipped and everything worked.
Would probably stay here again.

Fabulous business hotel.

A fabulous hotel. Friendly, warm, welcoming staff who are courteous and all very helpful.
The hotel is modern, well appointed and comfortable. The rooms have great beds, all the amenities one could wish for on a business trip plus fabulous bathrooms (always very important) and the food is really great.
If I had one gripe it was that I was not given a non-smoking room as I had previously requested. however, this was quickly remedied by the front desk staff when I made them aware of the issue.
I thoroughly reccomend this hotel.

Great hotel, location is perfect to avoid traffic.

I arrived and there was an error in my reservation from my side, Staff were wonderful and quickly fixed it. They were also very attentive to all my needs. I ordered a room service meal, it was great an quick to arrive.

the room i wqs in was not having a window with any kind of view

it has a window that is not visible to anything and i asked them to change my room but they said the hotel was full and once there is availability thy going to change it which is never happened for the whole of my stay.

however my colleagues came after me and they were giving a better rooms.

Stronglly recommended, but...

I travel a lot so I spend most my time in hotels all over the world and in different hotel brands. Hilton is one of my favorite. Recently I stayed in Doubletree Hilton Amsterdam and Riyadh though I enjoyed my stay but in both times there was a mistake in my bill. In Ams a bill of 470 Euro was added and in Riyadh a 110 Riyal. I usually double check my bills so I found the mistake and I asked to see the bills. The extra bill in Ams hotel did not have my room number but someone wrote the 1st 3 letters of my first name so they thought it is mine. In Riyadh, the extra bill had my room number but no name and signature. In both bills the handwriting was not mine. Was this done by mistake? I believe Doubletree Hilton admin should look into this, they might have a gap somewhere in the system. There should be a way to double check guests signature and room number when they sign a bill. And the people processing those bills should catch such issues and discuss it with the guest during check-out instead of sneaking such bills into the total.

Anyway, I still love Hilton hotel chain. Specially the cookies at check-in.

This is not our first stay. We keep coming back because of the kind consideration of the staff. They make sure everything we like is ready when we check in. I like the bed a little softer so they made that happen. They always do their best to give you the best stay with them. That's why we keep going back. Very good for business

This is a double tree by Hilton, and seems pretty new and up-to-date. Modern design, very nice rooms and amenities. Close to several business centers in Riyadh and several universities and research centers. Breakfast juices and buffet were high quality. Staff were responsive and educated. Internet access was very good (somewhat slow for videos if you do not pay, but perfect for emails, social media). Parking space was tight though. Overall very calming experience fit for business.

We booked 2 rooms and stayed for 4 days although the hotel was close to where our conference was held, the area lack any amenities like tourist sites, restaurants and shopping. The hotel was clean restaurant food was at the best mediocure and not much ammenities like no swiming pool, or whirlpool, spa.

Best stay

I had a problem with the bed being too firm for us. So I thought I couldn't manage another stay with them. Well the assistant manager told me not a problem for them. They fixed the problem. They brought a pillow top for the bed within an hour. We slept great that night. He also told me it will go on my profile for the next time I stay there. Really great service. Clean rooms and a desire to please.
