The room was remodeled and was pretty clean. The furniture was old and there were no towel racks other than the one above the toilet so there was no place to hang your towel or clothes. There was also no hair dryer.

But they did provide soap and shampoo and coffee and the bed was clean and comfortable. Place was pretty quiet considering it looked like some people were actually living there.

A room was very clean, the kids‘s room had a musty smell in the bathroom. The beds were very hard and only had one blanket with the sheet on top which they should provide an extra blanket in the room.
There were lots of security and cameras around the lot, which is very nice and comforting to know they didn’t allow riffraff. The gal at the front desk was very nice. Very accommodating. Very clean place to stay thank you ladies.

No heat, no hot water, and drain clogged. Strange men tried/entered room. Cut stay short because of conditions of stay. Would never go back. Didn't feel safe. Asked for hotel to reimburse for stay, and they refused. They refused to give a receipt showing checked out early. Rude, disrespectful, accusatory, and completely unprofessional!!

Formal Complaint – Roadway Inn North

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent three-day stay at the Roadway Inn North. During my stay, I did not receive any room service at all. Clean towels were not provided unless I went to the front desk myself to request them, which should not be necessary for a paying guest.

Additionally, the daytime front desk staff member was rude and unprofessional, which only added to an already frustrating experience. Overall, the level of service fell well below basic hospitality standards.

I am disappointed with the conditions and customer service during my stay and felt compelled to formally document these issues.

The front desk was and has always been great first off.

Upon checking in to hotel after a 14.5 hr work day I hoped that I would find a room that was clean and ready for me to relax before the next day. Unfortunately entering the room everything looked good and in place till I pulled back the bed sheets and noticed a mixture of short and long dark hair.

This same hair was found along the floor leading to the bath room. If hair isn't swept up on the floor I understand it's not a big deal as it can blend in BUT if you have white sheets and dark hair and somehow miss every strand than I think there is an issue of whomever \"cleaning while ignoring the footprint they make.\"

No ones hair should be all over beds or food and I hope this review will make it to whomever employees or cleans the rooms to take note so it doesn't continue happening.

The room furnishings were in disrepair. Ie the couch arms were stained and the bed headboard was in seriously need of replacement. There was a large number of homeless people in the area, not on the property. It’s an inexpensive motel so it is what it is. The room was clean and had a microwave and fridge. Clean towels and bedding just very dated.

This was a great value for a room; the room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the guests were quiet. The manager has an amazing green thumb and the property had many many plants growing all around which added a nice touch to the atmosphere. I really liked the fact that there was flooring as opposed to carpeting in the room. It was a great deal, clean place, no bugs, and friendly staff.

Shower dirty and room. Servicio al cliente pésimo. Le pedí cambio de habitación de la 114 frente a la piscina. Por la música alta hasta las 10:00 pm. Y no tenía habitación disponible .
