Parking was pretty good. Our floor had recently been renovated and was very nice. There was some miscommunication about cleaning our room and bringing fresh towels. We stayed 3 days and our room was never cleaned. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall it was a very nice place to stay. The breakfast was good and had a large variety. I would stay there again.

Everything was very nice; staff was friendly. There was a little confusion on when I asked what time coffee was available in the morning - NOT breakfast - just coffee. Got an answer of 6:30 am then another 5 am. I wanted to know so I could get a cup and head out early before breakfast. What is the right answer? Thank you.

Overall, I was pleased with the hotel and would stay here again. Safe location. Stayed 2 nights, room was very spacious, full kitchen, separate bedroom, but the couch needs replaced. On my cleanliness scale, 8/10 so that’s pretty good. Check in employee was a pleasure to encounter, very sweet and personable. Check out employee, not so much. Breakfast was great. Plenty of options. Coffee was awful but food was good. It would be nice to have a list of the channels and what stations they are. There’s many channels to choose from so a network list would be great.

Ugh. Never again will I stay at a Hilton facility. Their name no longer represents a stellar experience.
The coffee was always lukewarm. The food was ultra processed and absolute garbage. Homogenized eggs, over ripe fruit, fried hash brown patties. Who in their right mind eats this???
The linens on the bed were gray. Beats me if it was ground in dirt that would never come out or simply poor laundry practices.
The kitchen had no dish soap, no sponge, no towels, absolutely zippo to keep the area clean.
The floors were linoleum, and I caught a housekeeper moving a mop around in another room, effectively just moving the dirt around. No split bucket to separate dirty water from clean?
Simply nasty in every aspect, reflects on the extreme poverty in the area.

Public areas of the hotel were fine. The life preserver by the pool had a cracked buoy and frayed rope. Benches in the breakfast area were frayed and worn.
Room was just ok. Bed is hard. Pillows flat. Hideaway bed had a broken frame. Light in the toilet room must have a short out as it blinks. Door was damaged going into the bathroom and attempted to be hidden. Bathfan off center.
Great staff. Pools were great! Breakfast was good (add another waffle maker.)

Thought the room was very nice. Lots of space, easy to get some good rest and unplug. Pool area was excellent as well. Breakfast wasn’t anything special but it was nice to be able to grab a quick bite downstairs just to get the day rolling. Things didn’t run out which was nice. They were constantly restocking. Fresh fruit and good coffee. Everyone working was helpful. It was a very nice stay.

The hotel and the room were beautiful! i had the king studio, it was huge. The only negative i have to say is they charged me a fee for my Emotional Support Animal. Ive stayed in many many hotels and have never been charged for my ESA. Seems like that is Hiltons policy. Unfortunately, I guess next time i will chose anotherhotel brand.

Our family booked 3 seperate rooms, one to include my small dog. Our rooms were well appointed, clean, quiet and we felt quite safe. Parking was easily accomodated. Staff went so far as to include a welcome note for my pet, small quilt for her use, clean bowls, and snacks for her. The location. We recommend highly and will definitely book here on our next visit to Grass Valley

Yes, the room definitely blew me away. The hotel was beautiful, had a nice pool. Area, but we loved our room had a full kitchenette. With a full fridge, not a mini fridge and freezer couch ottoman coffee table I was shocked on the space but the screen size of the TV though was like a 28-32\" real small for being 2025. But aside from that, everything was amazing.

The Hilton Homesuites of Port Richey, FL is pretty sweet. The room/suite is very spacious - it’s literally like a small apartment with everything except a washer and dryer. The lobby is spacious and clean, the dining area also spacious and clean. The breakfast is just the basics but plenty of warm options. The outdoor area is complete with two pools! With a lovely waterfall like feature, hot tub and an area with nice grills provided.
I didn’t think the rates were bad considering the size of room and the amenities. They also allow pets, a plus for travelers with pets.
I wouldn’t say Port Richey is a destination city, it’s an affordable spot accessible to other fun things; but I think this Hilton is a worthy place to keep you entertained and cozy in itself.

The hotel is located on a multi-lane high traffic street. Our room was on the back and that we didn’t hear any traffic noise at all. It is an older property, fairly well maintained. The breakfast was excellent. I wish we would also serve dinner, since there is no restaurant walking distance in the area, and the few that are there are not the greatest.There is absolutely no place to walk near the hotel, but they have a well appointed gym. One thing I didn’t like is that when we checked in the hotel they told us how to access the Wi-Fi, but we soon figured out that we needed to sign up for Hilton membership in order to do so. We do not like to give our data to these corporate entities when there is no specific When we complained, they gave us an access code for the internet.

Overpowering Odor / Mold

My family and I were here on vacation and our first time to the area. The cleanse of the hotel / room wasn’t to my expectations and the carpet in the hotel needs an overhaul. The mold was very powerful from the time we entered the hotel and throughout the room. I thought by spraying and cleaning a little myself would help with the odor but it made it even stronger. But on the flap side the Breakfast was good, we enjoyed the pool and staff were friendly.

Hotel a little run down

The entire hotel and hallways smelled like weed, the carpets were dirty and I had to call down to the front desk after 3 days to ask them to sweep! We stayed in Room 330 which is a 2-bedroom suite that sleeps 7. However they didn’t have enough utensils or plates. The king suite bathroom pipes make a loud noise that made me call front desk at midnight and they told me maintenance man isn’t onsite! We have stayed at his hotel for the last 3 years over the holiday but I will not stay again as it is run down.

I thought the hotel was nice, they provided shampoo, conditioner, and body gel, but we’re empty and when asked to be refilled, they were not. Room was a little outdated, and the pullout bed was very uncomfortable, and the mattress on the king size bed was also uncomfortable needs to be replaced.

Old outdated carpet, cupboard sliding doors broken, towel rack broken , first night at 1130pm as we are about to sleep realized our bed was missing the comforter/blanket we called down to find out they had a terrible guy Ryan that refused to bring us a comforter stating he cant leavehis desk we explained we had sleeping children he had a nasty attitude and was very condescending i have pictures of hiw dirty the cents were qe coughed all night they are short staffed supposedly but at 1102 when check out is 11am someone was knocking on the door. Hispanic people don't like this place, please don't come. I've been using Hilton for years and this has never happened to me before. I checked out and my kids wanted to use the pool and they took me out saying that I was no longer a guest and that otherwise I would leave they would charge another night they stood still until my kids and I got out of the pool I felt like a criminal while the night before my husband and I saw people who were not staying in the hotel used the pool and I stayed for two nights literally you were kicking me out, My kids left crying and terrified of the way they treated us, please don't stay here..

We came here for my daughter’s 16th Bday. Wish I would’ve had pictures to show but room 325’s pull out bed was NASTY! That mattress looks like they pulled it from a nasty, dirty, infested, rotting dump. The room reeked of “dirty wet dog” which I understood it’s a pet friendly place but the smell was beyond friendly. The place needs an update with the poor condition of the furniture and carpets. Staff were very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was pretty good with plenty to choose from. Pool could’ve used skimming with the bugs. Pest control should be called more often. Or provide a complimentary bottle of OFF and room deodorizer.

The property looks decent from the outside and the lobby is nice but that’s about where it ends. This is a pet friendly hotel and while I am a cat and dog owner the smell of this hotel is awful. As you walk down the halls all you smell is pee. The elevators smell like wet dogs and our room and a funky smell. The room looked ok but if you’re on using the pull out bed DONT it’s so awful literally a nice thick and you can feel every bar and spring. We called and asked for a new one or another to put on top but weee told they couldn’t help us. We went to Walmart and bought an air mattress to put on top. The carpets in and outside the rooms are dirty and the pillows were the WORST we have ever had they are down and flat as pancakes we called sown and asked for 6 more just to try and make 2 normal pillows.

Breakfast was good and had good choices the pool was nice but the one with the waterfall was freezing and the one without was warm but dirty. Just felt like the entire place was dirty and needed updating! Especially the carpets!!

We had to change rooms because the first one smelled like urine, cigarettes and mold. When we pulled out the sofa bed, the cover was stained with something that looked like blood. The lady at the front desk was very nice though. The hotel just definitely needs to be remodeled.

The room was a disaster. Two of the lights did not work one had NO bulb in it the other on was burned out. The bed looked like it had not been made. When we pulled back the bed spread it had no blanket just a mattress pad. They sent up sheets a woman they sent helped me make the bed. The \"new\" bed spread had a stain on it that looked \"dirty.\" After finally getting in the bed the toilet \"ran\" all night we informed the desk the next day and it still wasn't fixed by that night when we went to bed again. The food has no milk supstitute and not that much of a \"healthy\" choice for eating. I was VERY dissappointed and will not stay there again. We are Hilton members and that is why we stayed. Never again.

I would definitely not recommend this hotel. The place is filthy, carpet is stained and the room smells. Had to go to the store and buy air freshener. Although it was quiet in the room the pool area was noisy, large group playing loud music, kids running around and doing cannon balls into the hot tub. Lot’s of smoking and partying. I don’t even think a lot of people at the pool were staying at the hotel. There is gate access to the pool area directly from the parking lot.
