I liked how clean the room was and especially the large desk are that I used frequently while I was there for a week! The only two issues I wished different--the was no freezer in the mini fridge and I had no way to make my ice packs cold each day. And the bed mattresses were flat and VERY hard. Other than that, things were great!
Inge
Excellence have stayed many times in past few months
Irene
Hard to locate. Shabby appearance. Room okay. Staff a bit difficult to understand but clearly trying to be helpful.

The property is clean and tidy. The hotel is great for a quick visit and overnight stay. If you’re looking for a fair price, no frills hotel, this certainly fits the bill.
It’s exactly what a budget friendly hotel should be.
Ours was a quick visit. Checked in at 8:00 p.m. and out the following morning at 9:00 a.m. We needed a clean comfortable bed and hot shower and that’s exactly what we got.
It may not be the Ritz Carlton but it’s not claiming to be. It’s as advertised and I’ll stay there again.
One thing to note and certainly no fault of the hotel. There are train tracks nearby. If you’re a light sleeper, they could interrupt your sleep.

Clean room & staff was accommodating with my special needs
Robert
The Rodeway in Little Falls is not the lap of luxury, but for one night it provided safe, comfortable accommodations and the room was clean and just fine.
NATALIE
Plenty of parking, staff was very friendly and available. The room was very clean and comfortable
Derek
Clean room, quite
Breanna
Staff was super friendly, establishment was very well cleaned and maintained
Kimberly
No working microwave or coffee pot. Only courtesy coffee in lobby is in the morning. So basically no way to heat food or get a cup of coffee during entire staff.
Jenny
Ok everything was nice and will return one
Christina

Kerri
The staff was amazing, very kind. I knew they would be great when I saw a copy of the Bhagavad Gita in the lobby!
Laura
This was a great, basic stay. Room was clean. Wifi worked well. No frills, but clean and basic. Bathroom clean and shower had great pressure. Price very reasonable. Staff very helpful
Susan
The motel seems to be in the process of being updated. The room was neat, clean and modern with very comfy beds, nice sheets, but very lumpy pillows. Most was new but the toilet paper was broken. The single "bar" of soap for the sink was practically microscopic. The shower was great with nice pressure but the tub surface was very slippery. So, only minimal problems with a good value.
Laura
Strange looking building didnt look like a hotel but it was clean body wash smells bad bring your own
Inge
The parking lot has faded line mark for parking
Bobbi-Jo
Staff is always wonderful. Housekeepers have to deal with my dog, husband, and myself with ALL the dirt from Herkimer diamond mining. We leave a massive mess and they never charge us extra at all
Andrei
The stay was fine but trains at night did not allow good sleep
Kenneth
Clean room, air conditioning, good parking, could use more bathroom supplies

Clean and quiet room

We were so pleased with this hotel. While still in progress, you could tell they were upgrading. Even though there is no restaurant, there are many very close options for a meal. We brought 2 dogs and the room that is designated for pets was very clean and no pet smells lingering from the last customer. Staff was professional and very friendly
Valerie

Room was remodeled, clean and very comfortable bed. Only issue on the side of building where our room was located we heard a train pass a few times during the night.

The room is clean. It’s next to a train track but it does not bother me. Front desk is friendly. Hotel don come say vegetarian breakfast is available but no one mentioned about breakfast when I check in or check out. Convenient location for where I was going.
Frederic
The room was spotless. Only thing wrong I thought we had a bathtub it's just a shower. The staff at the front desk was very courteous and helpfulvery courteous
Kellylee
Nice room

Initial impression, looks like you’re checking into a correctional facility. Vs a hotel. Signage is horrible. Especially at nite.
The clerk was friendly and the rooms were lovely, clean but no soap to bathe with and the internet service was off hence no t v. The clerk tried to help but to no avail.

Great for what I needed
Jody
Clean quite nice perfect

The parking area did not have a designated handicap spot that we could see. The room was clean, well-maintained. The shower did not have a safety bar which prevented my husband (who has balance issues and walks with a cane) to take a shower. We found a good little cafe on Main St for breakfast.
Jody
Yes parking was easy and nice and clean
Robert
Very nice remodel rooms were very clean and up-to-date
Alberto
No shampoo or body wash only facial soap
Melville
Clean room - nice staff
andrea
Large clean rooms, comfortable bed, modern bathroom, nice check-in staff, convenient to canal bike trail. Laundromat very near if you need. Highly recommend if you are biking the canal trail. There is a good local brewery quick walk away.
Katrine
Mittors not clean, no cuos for coffee maker
Russell
The room was very clean and comfortable. Really my only complaint is i would have likes to know about the train and traffic noise.the train is close and you can hear it. More annoying than bothering. I would definitely stay here again.
Richard Heise
Front desk could not find my reservation after several searches. This does not happen at Hilton or Marriott properties.
C
No elevator. Trains in the night we’re noisy.
Jeffrey
Looks like motel in transition, front desk area little dirty under construction?
Ian
Close to train tracks and was a bit noisy
Devin
Clean
Ellen
All good! Nice room, nice staff!
John
Overall is was a good stay. The staff was friendly and the property was clean. Only problem was the tv did not work the 2nd night of our 2 night stay. Would stay there again.

Timothy
Very nice rooms. Nice amenities, spacious, comfortable.
angela
Great travel hotel. Would stay again
Arrived about 9:30pm to a very friendly and pleasant check in. Room was clean and comfortable. It was just what we needed for a place for the night while traveling. Would stay again.
Charles
Small comfortable & clean place to stay for a night passing through. We had a few loud people arguing that kept us awake past midnight but it was not the hotels faught.
Karen
Recently renovated room. Very nice.
Justin
It was clean, modern and a great value for the price. Arrived at 11pm and got to our room within 5 minutes. I checked for bugs (I work for Social Services m) and the room was immaculate. Nothing extraordinary but a comfortable and clean and absolutely refreshing after a day at Herkimer mines.
William
Very nice
Vincent
Pretty solid after the remodel
The bed was comfortable, room was clean, and overall very quiet inside the room (unless a train goes by). The only critique I have is that the bathroom fan did not work in my room of 212.
David
The room was fine. Very little concessions. Train tracks across the road. Parking lot not in good shape and poorly lit.

Amsterdam
Nice Updated hotel but some minor things being ignored. The tp hanger in our br was just hanging there, the br faucet was very loose. Minimal towels provided. Otherwise a nice place and very accommodating.
Suzanne
Staff was very kind. Rooms were clean. It looks abandoned by the outside. Galway’s seemed to need to be a bit cleaner but overall it’s a nice place with awesome staff. Would recommend!

My sister and I were bicycling on the Erie Canal path through town, and found this hotle to be a perfect stop for us. We also enjoyed our short stay in Little Falls, a charming little city.
Lori
Newly remodeled room! Clean. Basic room with two queen beds. Only used one bed though. Microwave, fridge (no freezer), coffee maker. The room has one bar of soap, one tiny bottle of shampoo (enough for one), kleenex and hairdryer. I’m sure you could get extra if you asked housekeeping. Beds were clean and comfortable. Trust me, I look things over. (Former housekeeper for twelve years.) Would stay again! No food options due to remodle in progress. Went to McDonalds next door, but they got our order wrong and charged us for the last persons order. Which was more money! Gave us the wrong receipt. Didn’t match the food we got! Burger was dry. Skip them! Rodeway did have a vending machine with snacks. Got food from grocery store deli, that was decent. Didn’t eat out anywhere else. I saw some reviews complain about the train but we could barely hear it. Don’t let that deter you. Chose Roadway due to close proximity to Diamond Mountain Mine and Crystal Grove Mine.
Michele
When pulling up to this hotel I really was worried that the hotel would not be good. Based on how the building looked from the outside I thought we would need to find a different place to stay. I was wrong, they renovated the inside. It was nice. Perhaps now they can work on the outside to the building and signage. The staff were friendly.
Edward
Dogs barking in the motel for hours in the evening
DONNA
This place was very hard to find and was above a movie theater. It had fleas and was very old but not well kept. They only assigned rooms at the end of the property and no air was in the hallways making the rooms very warm.
Amilcar
quiet and clean and friendly.
Ansari
Just fully renovated
Freashly renovated. Smart lcd television in the room. Strong and stable wifi signals. Work desk with desk lamp. Heated mirror so the mirror doesnt fog up. Independent HVAC system. Great water pressure. Clean refrigerator and microwave. No weird smells.

Outside of the hotel was no frills but room was beautiful modern and clean. I would gladly stay there again.

The place doesn't necessarily look great from the outside, nor to the hallways, but they have renovated the rooms quite a bit in the last few years. Good sized television and clean. I stay here frequently as it is well located to a lot of other spots. Very convenient.
jim
Great place. Cool town. Train passing by often was a bit loud in the room.
nancy
The room was fine, as was the check-in. The outside area could be improved.
David
The room was across from railway and it was unbearably noisy. I asked the clerk to move us to a quieter room and he laughed at me.
The worst room I have ever stayed in my life. Anyone considering staying here should avoid it like the plaque. Sleeping on a park bench would be better! Totally a rip off. Fraudulent to even consider staying here.F- as a review. Was barely able to sleep due to the noise and train noise started again at 6:00 am. No one should consider this hotel ever!

Google Street view first
We ended up not staying at the hotel at all. When we arrived it looked like it had been shut down for years, the sign and building looked decapitated. Maybe ok if you're in a pinch for a night but not a place that gives out good vibes, Door a google street view.
Marie
The outside parking lot needed repair. However, the inside was very clean with comfortable beds, a huge tv, fridge, microwave and coffee maker.
Must note there is a nearby train which blew its horn late at night.

No elevator, housekeeping didn’t clean room, no coffee cups or water cups in room.
Bobbi-Jo
Staff very friendly. Pet friendly
Chris
Awesome all around experience.
Joseph
Newly remodled rooms. Fastest check in ever. Cute town. Safe. Centrally located. Walkable. Would stay again
Thomas
Don’t let the outside of this property fool you - it looks like a dump. But my room was 90% renovated and very very nice. I say 90% because the Rodeway Inn curiously left the dated shower and shower hardware as-is, but the rest of the room was like brand new. And the property was super quiet. The value for my money was fantastic. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again.
