We were so pleased with this hotel. While still in progress, you could tell they were upgrading. Even though there is no restaurant, there are many very close options for a meal. We brought 2 dogs and the room that is designated for pets was very clean and no pet smells lingering from the last customer. Staff was professional and very friendly

The room is clean. It’s next to a train track but it does not bother me. Front desk is friendly. Hotel don come say vegetarian breakfast is available but no one mentioned about breakfast when I check in or check out. Convenient location for where I was going.

Initial impression, looks like you’re checking into a correctional facility. Vs a hotel. Signage is horrible. Especially at nite.
The clerk was friendly and the rooms were lovely, clean but no soap to bathe with and the internet service was off hence no t v. The clerk tried to help but to no avail.

The parking area did not have a designated handicap spot that we could see. The room was clean, well-maintained. The shower did not have a safety bar which prevented my husband (who has balance issues and walks with a cane) to take a shower. We found a good little cafe on Main St for breakfast.

It was clean, modern and a great value for the price. Arrived at 11pm and got to our room within 5 minutes. I checked for bugs (I work for Social Services m) and the room was immaculate. Nothing extraordinary but a comfortable and clean and absolutely refreshing after a day at Herkimer mines.

Nice Updated hotel but some minor things being ignored. The tp hanger in our br was just hanging there, the br faucet was very loose. Minimal towels provided. Otherwise a nice place and very accommodating.

My sister and I were bicycling on the Erie Canal path through town, and found this hotle to be a perfect stop for us. We also enjoyed our short stay in Little Falls, a charming little city.

Newly remodeled room! Clean. Basic room with two queen beds. Only used one bed though. Microwave, fridge (no freezer), coffee maker. The room has one bar of soap, one tiny bottle of shampoo (enough for one), kleenex and hairdryer. I’m sure you could get extra if you asked housekeeping. Beds were clean and comfortable. Trust me, I look things over. (Former housekeeper for twelve years.) Would stay again! No food options due to remodle in progress. Went to McDonalds next door, but they got our order wrong and charged us for the last persons order. Which was more money! Gave us the wrong receipt. Didn’t match the food we got! Burger was dry. Skip them! Rodeway did have a vending machine with snacks. Got food from grocery store deli, that was decent. Didn’t eat out anywhere else. I saw some reviews complain about the train but we could barely hear it. Don’t let that deter you. Chose Roadway due to close proximity to Diamond Mountain Mine and Crystal Grove Mine.

When pulling up to this hotel I really was worried that the hotel would not be good. Based on how the building looked from the outside I thought we would need to find a different place to stay. I was wrong, they renovated the inside. It was nice. Perhaps now they can work on the outside to the building and signage. The staff were friendly.

The room was across from railway and it was unbearably noisy. I asked the clerk to move us to a quieter room and he laughed at me.
The worst room I have ever stayed in my life. Anyone considering staying here should avoid it like the plaque. Sleeping on a park bench would be better! Totally a rip off. Fraudulent to even consider staying here.F- as a review.Was barely able to sleep due to the noise and train noise started again at 6:00 am. No one should consider this hotel ever!

We ended up not staying at the hotel at all. When we arrived it looked like it had been shut down for years, the sign and building looked decapitated. Maybe ok if you're in a pinch for a night but not a place that gives out good vibes, Door a google street view.

Don’t let the outside of this property fool you - it looks like a dump. But my room was 90% renovated and very very nice. I say 90% because the Rodeway Inn curiously left the dated shower and shower hardware as-is, but the rest of the room was like brand new. And the property was super quiet. The value for my money was fantastic. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again.

The new owner has made some significant upgrades to the interior of the property. The smelly carpets in the corridors were ripped out and replaced. The bathrooms in each room were modernized. Room lights actually work. The bedding was clean and comfortable.

Unfortunately, these improvements were made on the unaltered bones of an old property. A new bathroom door fails to close due to a severely misaligned door frame. The second floor (50% of the rooms) is inaccessible except by stairs. The massive freight trains that pass every 20 minutes, all night long, still reverberate – loudly - through the south-facing rooms (50% of the rooms). The result is that only 25% of the facility’s rooms are both accessible and allow for a good night’s sleep.

Exterior and shared interior spaces look run down. Rooms seemed updated and clean. The room’s TV requires connecting to the hotel’s wifi every time, for which no instructions were provided. Bathroom towels are not absorbent and the bathroom lacks any towel bars or hooks.

The hotel is good for the price. The room was nice and clean.
For the price, be prepared for the noise. The trains passed close by (only noisy Route 5 in between) at least 20 times a day. At all times of the day and night
We bought ear plugs on day 2 and that made all the difference.

To start, no one was up front to get us or check in. After we got to the room we checked the bed as we normally do. The sheets were covered in long hairs as well as orange and red spots all over. There was the tiniest bottle of shampoo and no conditioner. Having very long hair there wasn’t enough for two nights stay. Speaking of two nights stay, I reserved the room for two nights but we only stayed one night. The night we did stay someone was outside in the hall on and off from 1am-5am using their cell phone. When I informed the front desk the next morning we were told there were no other guests staying and it must have been a worker and that it wouldn’t happen again. With everything we ran into we couldn’t stay another night. Will not be staying again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone else.

Little Falls is a great town! The room was clean and comfortable. They are remodeling areas of the hotel but was not an issue. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Walking distance to Antique stores, diners, grocery store and bars. Only negative was that trains go by throughout the night and are loud. When I stay there again, I would ask for a room in the front of the hotel. Still, very happy with our stay. Thank You!
