I had to change rooms because of dirty sheets and then the new room also had dirty sheets and the front desk staff came up to change them. Sheets and towels were all dingy with staining and could use replacing. My second room was a “suite” but also.. dingy. I guess overall I would use that term to describe this hotel. The bed in the suite was lumpy and very loud anytime I readjusted as well as the TV was as small as my computer monitor.
The breakfast was lacking and the hot tub was closed. The Indian restaurant was very good for dinner. Unfortunately not a lot of options in Williams lake and that’s probably the only reason they are fully booked.
The staff really do shine though and I hope the hotel recognizes that. It’s the only thing that was continually positive.

Nice location, close to many restaurants, with nice view of the city and the lake. Generally clean, very helpful staff. I forgot my jacket in the restaurant and headed to my vehicle and about to leave. A staff came rushing to me and asked if I own the jacket. That was an extra service from the staff. The breakfast is not so bad, at least they refill items that goes fast, bacon, sausage, eggs. Thank you.

The place needs a deep cleaning I've noticed the light switch's are dirty and the nooks and crannies needs cleaning, which makes me believe how good are they cleaning the room for the next guest?
Breakfast options are decent but the items you expect to be hot are cold, the eggs taste like they're made from powdered eggs, the bacon is transparent and I wouldn't touch the sausage with a 10 foot pole just on how they looked.
The location is alright its close to down town.

Needs some maintenance. The lining under the box spring is coming off, the towel rack is coming off the wall, the shower curtain is missing a grommet, there’s duct tape around the water supply line to the toilet, the towels did not appear clean, and one pillow had some red stuff on it. It didn’t feel like a clean room. The lobby and reception did not feel welcoming. I won’t go to that hotel again.

The building is old, but the lobby was clean. Staff was very friendly. We went to our room. It looked clean. It’s a decent room. We went out for a bit and came back to the room very late. The next morning I went to shower and there was something on the shower curtain that obviously had been there for a while maybe toothpaste, hair cream I don’t know what. There was a dirty face cloth that somebody who was there previous to us had used and hung on the shower rod. I responded to the text number that had welcomed me in the first place to Ramada Inn and told them what the problem was advised them I was going out for the day and would appreciate it getting cleaned while I was away. Again, we returned late. It had not been cleaned. I went down to the front counter and advised the staff of the problem, but it was late and as they hadn’t cleaned it, it was too late to clean it. They apologized for the problem and said they would tell their manager. The next morning when we checked out, we were asked how the day was and I told them what happened. They apologized and said they would talk to their manager. We still were charged full price for the room and I’m very dissatisfied about the room, being not cleaned properly in the bathroom of all things prior to our arrival and after asking them to clean it.

Check in was easy and efficient. Staff friendly and professional. Room was okay; clean, good amenities, bathroom had a bath and soap bars. Pub restaurant was very good and server super friendly. Hotel with in a short distance to downtown area. Parking was right outside hotel.

The hotel is older and needs some upgrades.
It needs to be cleaned thoroughly. There were stains on the carpet in my room and a huge spider crawling out from under the bed. The hallway carpet was dusty and needed a good clean.
The breakfast was disappointing the first time a stayed a few weeks ago. They need more selection and fresh juice and a good coffee maker. There were no herbal teas either.
For this stay there was NO hot breakfast and when we asked the reception, they said that the server was on vacation.
So what are we paying for ???

The rooms have outdated, stained, layers of dirt on the carpets- I didnt even let kids take shoes off unless in bed. Smoking in the building is or seems to be allowed as it is smelled throughout. The staff was the best part of this stay, very kind.

We had a personal item of value stolen from the housekeeping staff at this hotel. We had proof (tracker) to show the item at the housekeepers apartment. The manager seemed concerned and even encouraged us to report to the RCMP (which we did). The hotel made no attempt at reconciling our loss.

After we checked in were told elevator was out of service and we had 6 flights to climb with all our luggage, vending machine was empty so had to go back down to lobby for any beverage...room next to us had a very noisy child, but front desk did ask them to keep it down which was appreciated, the overall hotel was out dated and not super clean but the price was reasonable

The staff here are wonderful. We had a king room on the 3rd floor. Unfortunately the one elevator broke down. The staff took all our luggage and coolers up the stairway to our room…three floors. We walked the three floors and have been stuck in the room as we have mobility problems. Going out for dinner was off. No way we could walk up and down those steps. The telephone in the room didn’t work. A real safety concern if a medical condition happens. We are in our 80s. The office area was quite cluttered with papers etc. we would appreciate a partial refund for a room we paid $187.00 and the inconvenience we have had.

Cons;-Ac wasn’t on when we got to the room. Took over 3 hours to get to a comfortable temp.
-bathroom in poor condition, the sink faucet was broken, paint above the tub was falling apart.
-lights didn’t work in the bedroom, found that they were unplugged
-WiFi didn’t work.

We’ve stayed at this Ramada a few times in the past and always had good experiences, but this year was a different story.

As others have mentioned, the carpets are stained and look quite worn. The room we were first given had garbage in the drawers and under the beds, so I requested a new one. The only available option was a pet-friendly room. I hadn’t stayed in one before, and unfortunately, it had a strong dog smell, which made the stay uncomfortable. I’m not sure if all pet-friendly rooms are like that, but this one definitely needed a deep clean.

When we were leaving in the morning and struggling with our luggage through the two entrance doors, the receptionist had just arrived for her shift. She did eventually help, but didn’t rush to assist us—it felt like we were more of an afterthought. The same thing happened with the couple behind us. A little more courtesy and attentiveness would have gone a long way.

Overall, this stay didn’t match the standards of our previous visits, and I hope the hotel addresses these issues for future guests.

Certainly not worthy of the high rating listed. The hotel is very average. First impressions are poor of the entrance and lobby. These items need refurbishing.
Room was okay but not special, again requiring more attention. A toe nail was found in one bed which did not come from anyone in our party.

Breakfast was okay but fairly fundamental.

Nice place with a decent little pub on site but the hotel is showing its age. One of the bathroom lights were out. Some of the sealing route bath was dirty and very poorly applied. The Tap in the bathroom had to be held up to work. Bed was comfortable and the room was large.
