Room was clean, bed comfortable.
Bathroom needs an update, carpets and windows dated.
Odd that it’s the norm for the TV to be on when guest arrives as well as toilet seat up.
It looked like the welcome wasn’t complete with those two ‘out of place’. Breakfast was OK.
The curb appeal needs some attention, if felt as if I was entering through a back of the building loading entrance.
I would stay again.

No reservation when we arrived. Expaedia system errored and booked us a day later. I had to reserve again on the spot. Thank goodness I insured the initial booking. Cancelled it. Color scheme was dingy and older. A bug crawled on my adult son who was our driver. Our room was quite aways down the hallway. Quite a walk for two elders.

It was very hot and we could t control the heat. There was someone wondering around the hallway at 2:30 am talking. She woke me up as well as my dog. Breakfast was guarded (and empty) by the person working there in the morning. Had coffee available and a bagel - no fruit, eggs and bacon gone. My husband had 1/4 waffle but there was no syrup out. Just very disappointing and expensive on top of that.

Room was clean, bed comfortable with good quality bedding/pillows but the fixtures, fittings and decor in the room and bathroom are very tired and dated. Well past due for an update and redecorating….. must be many years since the last one! For the price we paid it should have already had the update!! Breakfast was good with a variety of options but this area too needs a modern update of the fixtures, fittings and furnishings..

I was rudely treated from.teh front desk staff from the minute I walked tbrough the door.
My first night of my stay, I had people stop by and my friemds famjly was getting to town for a family weddimg on the weekend.
When i was called, I started to send people away and them I was called again and threatened to have security come to my room.
I respomded politely that everyone was.leaving and we were being much quieteronly to habe her say that r\"irght now \" they haf to go.
I then escorted my company to the outside of the hotel.
Called 3 times in a 30 minute span and did as they asked.
Friday morning, I awoke and went to get breakfast. Walking by the frobt deak counter, I smiled and said \"good morning\"only to be ignored and frowned at without any response at all.
I then felt like I was looked down at from there on in foe the rest of my stay.

2 star run down hotel at best

The Coast Fraser inn is extremely run down.
In desperate need of fresh paint. We checked in and needed bottled water. No water in the room, vending machine was out of order with the second vending machine out of water. Front desk finally gave us two bottles of water. Once we entered our room, #127, on the entry floor was a dirty old rag. ( pic)The bathroom has some kind of food or even worse on the wall. ( pic)
Black hair on the bathroom floor.
Beds are average at best.
Paid too much for a 2 star hotel. (190.00 +tax)
Zero body wash, shampoo, conditioner or lotion. Just two little soap bars (pic)
Definitely will not be staying at the coast Fraser Inn again.
Coast hotels needs to check and see if this hotel is keeping up with the coast brand!

They are charging twice as much for half as good. Things are run down. There was huge mud lumps in the hallways and forier which seemed unimportant to anyone there to bother to clean up. I wouldn’t be so harsh but to have to pay twice the money as the day before in a clean place. No thanks! Never again.

They didn’t restock my coffee, cups were dirty in the room. No plug for bath tub.

When I waited to check out in the morning, the lady at the front desk answered calls instead of tending to the line and after 13 minutes of her bookings room for the person who had called, I wrote check me out on my card holder and left.

I had hoped to share this feedback at checkout, but not able to wait.

Toilet not working on arrival and no staff on site to fix, no capacity to store expensive bikes safely, room in need of repairs (door handles, drywall on ceiling in bathroom, door handles loose and wobbly). An old hotel with cosmetic facelifts. The reception staff was very nice under difficult conditions as it was busy and there were a number of people with problems. The room was clean, and the beds were nice. Suggestion - be aware the Williams Lake is getting a positive reputation for the quality of its mountain biking so figure out a way to allow guest to safely store expensive bikes without pushing dirty bikes into the guest rooms - no way I'd leave my bike on the car in that neighborhood.

Room had a broken window lock, on ground level. Parking lot inconvenient for trailers/long vehicles of any sort.

Limited trailer parking on frontage road

Highway noise could be an issue for those facing the highway.

Stayed her for 1 night.
Hotel seamed dated. All side doors were left open for anyone to walk in on 1st and second floor. Hotel seamed dirty really old mattresses. The sheets / bed smelled like cigarette smoke.
No locks on door shower was corroded and rusty toilet was wobbly plug ins looked grimmy.

Was a good location. Hotel needs some work they I paid the higher rate to stay here compared to others in Williams lake thinking it was a better quality hotel.

Overlooking downtown William’s lake, the Coast Fraser Inn is a good central location for shopping, the hospital, and eateries.

The Boston Pizza is attached to the hotel but if you don’t mind walking 3 minutes the Fox Mountain brewery (brew pub) is great ( it’s just next door)

This place definitely could use some updates. Beds were clean and comfortable. Hot tub was closed without information over heard from another guest that people misused the hot tub so it was closed.
