The pictures of the foyer and check in are deceiving. It didn’t look anything like the photos on Expedia. It wasn’t clean. There are people including the manager/ front desk person who live there. We were placed in a basement room directly across the hall from someone and directly under the room of the live-in manager. This even though there were no other room renters that we could see. It was loud. The room itself was okay. The shower has difficulty draining. Breakfast was a joke. Sink full of cereal. No coffee. No yogurt. Not clean. Last few drops of milk in a jug. Will never stay there again.

The picture on Expedia were deceiving. There is a lot of deferred maintenance. Plumbing, drywall, paint, Also wasn't that clean. You can tell nothing gets a thoroughly wiped down. Housekeeping seems to be limited to a made bed and a quick vacuum. Even the lobby was cluttered. Inoperable self check in that was poorly placed. Split mini AC that needed the cooling linens re-hidden. Tiles missing. Also the hotel had a faint curry smell in the hallway. I have been in ones that smell worse. But there was definitely some regular curry cooking going on.

The breakfast was almost nonexistent, hardly any gravy for the biscuits, eggs looked awful, syrup but no waffle or pancke maker. A few donuts & muffins. The tables were all dirty
The shower head was hung on a screw & you had to hold it to use it. Can't imagine being a handicapped person & getting this room. Place has gone downhill in the last 2 years!

The tub didn’t drain so it was clearly not cleaned properly. You could see soap scum, and hair rings around the tub. The toilet backed up which they never got to after several request to do so. There was something that look like a booger on the ceiling no radio or alarm clock. The first day of breakfast had expired yogurt from July and this is September. Ice cold coffee, which obviously was left over from the day before. No syrup for waffles and basically nothing very limited. Also there was no overstay services such as replenishing coffee.

Nice pool & hot tub, however the room I got smelled smokey and furniture not in the best shape. breakfast is 6-10, I arrived at 8, very limited choices, only hot thing was biskets & gravy-no gravy, no syrup. when I finally found someone they said \"Its about time to close down\" I said \"I thought breakfast was to 10.\" 8-10 lodgers came in before I left a bit after 9 and were not happy. At least the juice machine was working.

The mold smell in the room was overwhelming. The pool and hot tub were shut down, but we were not informed in advance. No elevators. Fridge in the room didn't work. Bathroom was half way through renovations. Overall, older hotels are ok, if they show pride of ownership. This hotel was a bust, not worth staying.

When we went to check in, we were told there was no elevator for a 3rd floor room. The pool and hot tub were both down, so no swimming or relaxing. We got into the room and decided to watch tv, and the service was broken. We asked the clerk to help with TV and he said it wasn't working. I had to run down 3 floors to ask him because the phone jack in the room had been broken from the wall and the phone didn't work either. The drain in the shower was plugged, so showers were actually like partial baths. The toilet was leaking, and there was goop seeping from where the drip was. A pretty rotten experience overall.

Worst stay ever!

First, we had to wait 20 min for front desk to appear. Then, he told us our reservation was canceled! I showed him active reservation email I received that morning. Said Super 8 canceled it! Then, finally said he could give us a Handicapped room for more than our original reservation! We were so tired by then, we took it. So, we were charged for this room, PLUS the Hotels.com reservation! Hot tub was empty, pool was unusable, morning coffee was undrinkable. Please make this right!

I normally don't leave a negative review, but I'm going to this time. I booked off of Expedia. Great, no problem there. The actual property is in way worse condition compared to the pictures listed. About the only nice thing about this place was the pool and hot tub which i was informed when i finally got someone to check me in was closed. That was the reason I booked there. I have cronic back pain and after traveling I need a hot tub to keep the muscle spasms at bay. The toilet seat was broken, The shower curtain was too short and ran water all over the bathroom floor. This place needs a serious renovation. There was nobody around to get checked out and get a receipt either. The only thing I wont rag about is the bed. It wasnt terrible.

We have used this location as it is convenient for parking our big rig RV,
We stayed here last 2 years ago for a few days due to mechanical issues.
It was nice then - now there is never anyone at the desk - signs on the doors indicate no vaping, no smoking and even a joint with a cross through it. 7:30 at breakfast was bare - items not restocked, spills not cleaned up...
We arrived to the strong odor of marijuana smoke...
We will not stay here again...

We drove 3 hours to use the pool and hot tub. When we went to the pool the hot tub was freezing cold and so was the pool. Bugs crawling all around the pool. Our room was dirty, my socks were black at the end of the night. FREE breakfast? What hott breakfast? Gravy was cold, no fruit, no yogurt, just bread and cereal. The lamp in our room was broken and therw was a hole punched in our bathroom door as well as dirty mold stained celiling tiles. This was the worst place I have EVER stayed in my life!

Hard pass, skip and spend the money at MyPlace

The bed was comfy but whatever is above room 106, kept us up all night. Some heavy footed employee or guest was in and out stomping all night. The bed needs more than just thin blankets, on them, where is the comforter?
Our TV remote was sticky with dried crust on it.

Garbage piled in the hallway was making a stink.
The pool and hot tub that were advertised, were empty and closed. We had to call staff to come to the desk at check in, why is that? The quality of this hotel has ceased since I was employed here in 2010. I doubt we will be returning.

Property was in ruins, in severed need of repair. The bathroom undoubtedly has mold issues by the amount of water damage visible. The shower valve handle was not attached and fell while in use. Pool and spa facilities were not useable. The entire property had an unpleasant smell about it.

Nothing unique. Staff insubordination was first and foremost. No hello or welcome given. When after a long drive we wanted to relax with the tv but it didn't work. We got told there had been a storm that messed up service and that it was being fixed. There wasn't a storm. We could here other rooms with tvs on!!! Snack machines didn't work. Pool hot tube room smelled. They are working on updating the place which is fine. Continental breakfast was very small and the sausage gravy had been out awhile. Not worth trying to save money!!!!

I spoke with Management about my issues. Cleanliness was my issue. Alls I have for advice is check your rooms. My major problem was another guest who seem to be intoxicated and tried to bother me while I was outside. The smell of the lobby smelt like curry and the parking lot seemed tore up and needs to be redone.

Absolutely terrible. Moldy, musty, filthy, still had garbage on the floor from previous tenant. Had to get on your knees to take a shower cause the faucet is mounted at 5 foot high. Sketchy and loud until 2 am. Felt very unsafe, bought a tent and slept outside instead of staying for 2 nights.

Checked in at 7:30. One of our rooms was not fully cleaned. Staff knocked on the door at 8:30 reminding me there was no smoking in the hotel. I have never smoked in my life. The rooms smelled. Cleaning supplies like mops were out in the hallways along with multiple dehumidifiers. Would never stay here again!!!!

Pros: staff was very friendly, beds were comfortable, was quiet dispite being full, AC worked well and loud.
Cons: shower is extremely low and being only 5'5 I even had to duck, rooms are very outdated, does not appear that staff move any furniture to vacuum under but just around. When we arrived, our smoke detector was beeping for low battery. Staff was quick to come up and remove battery however did not have replacement. I did say it was fine for the night, however, I regretted it after we tried to plug in cell chargers and had sparks at every outlet except the ones on the lamps, but they were so loose we couldn't use them. Breakfast was also basically non existant (at least at 630 when we needed to eat) and we were forced to go elsewhere.

Property is like most Super 8's, dated and in need of repairs, but it works for a place to sleep for the night. Very economical, and free breakfast if you don't need much more that a waffle and an apple. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, good, not great, but you get what you pay for. I paid for a place to sleep for a night and it suffices for that.

Was disappointed; SO early, what of small pool and supposed ‘hot’ tub CLOSED so Early, not even chance to check if anything actually heated. Basement bit cool, and yet fair humid/damp; while dehumidifiers working quietly in lowest of split-level floors … a 3Rd floor opt as well … we’d requested rather non existing ‘1St Floor’.
