The hotel is in a perfect, highly convenient location with incredibly easy access from the monorail station, making exploring the city a breeze.

The rooms were spotlessly clean, modern, and comfortable, providing a great space to relax after a long day. What truly made the experience memorable, however, was the staff. Every team member we encountered was exceptionally helpful, warm, and attentive to our needs.

I would have liked a gym facility. Also the industrial setting and construction in the area is quite an eyesore. It was inaccurately sold as a beautiful setting but it is not. Overall, the service was good - friendly and helpful staff, and the rooms are comfortable and relatively quiet. Breakfast is lovely and the common sitting areas are also comfortable and well decorated.

One of best attributes to your awesome hotel was the support from the front, desk staff, . The dining room and your check in staff on the 1st floor were also great but your front desk personnel was excellent.

Your hotel is situated in a perfect spot: close to the Monorail, convenience stores, shopping centers and Landmarks. Having a 24/7 laundry service nearby was really convenient

The food for the breakfast buffet was awesome and tasty. It was a culinary experience only available at high end hotels. The menu for the Dinner at Dining 19 was a treat for royalty. The dinner service was done in a \" Iron Chef\" matter with great detail and very exquisite and beautiful arrangement. in addition, all entrees were delicious !!!

The Dinner host was excellent and his English was awesome. His detailed explanation of each dish was spot on .

The hotel was unique having the reception on the 14th floor gave all the new guests a panoramic view of Okinawa only Rihga could provide. The day and night views were spectacular and memorable.

The room was clean and well designed for all our needs. The soaking tub was my favorite all three nights with the bath salts as a bonus. The full down blankets were soft and warm. The beds and light control were top notch.

I would book your hotel again if I am in Okinawa without hesitation. The three days was too short. A week or more would be sufficient the next time.

Rihga Royal Gran was the best hotel during our recent visit to Okinawa — both in terms of location/acessibility and room! It was so spacious, clean and had a great view of the bay/port. There is also free coffee, water and amenities like skincare and mouthwash at the hotel reception area — as expected, the facial masks and mouthwash were often snapped up and not replenished lol. Only regret is that they dont have a public bath (all the smaller hotels we stayed at in Naha and Nago had onsen).

The rooms are big. The bathroom is also very big. The spacious shower is enjoyable to use. The toilet room is well designed and quiet.
The view from the upper floors of this hotel is excellent. The Ryukyu bank building is across from the hotel, so the upper floors can see over the bank towards the port. However I think even the lower floors have views of the Kumoji and Kokuba rivers.
The room is quiet, except you may hear ambulances and motorcycles with modified mufflers on hwy 58. But that's a problem for hotels all over central Naha. The police seem to ignore the problem, which is a disgrace to the city.
The buffet is excellent with views from almost every table. The hotel location is perfect for the yui rail and taxis and you feel you are close to the water. Some people may prefer a location more central to Kokusaidori and the markets, but for me this location is preferable. Kokusaidori is too noisy. This location is more convenient for getting to the port ferries and the beach. Taxis are cheap and efficient.

Excellent services, the girls meeting us downstairs (lobby up level) were great and helpful. The lobby looks a bit congested with too many furnitures but people are very nice and helpful. The location is a bit far out so quite a bit of walk needed or taxi services.
If there is a seperate star for bed, we will give it a 2 out of 5. It is way too soft and pillows are the same

Overall this stay was excellent, this is my third Rihga Royal property to stay at. This and the Tokyo properties were excellent. There were 2 points that I feel took away complete and total satisfaction. One was during check-in, I was only given 1 mornings' breakfast vouchers when I was supposed to receive 2, minor but had to take time out of my day to receive the other. The second was the breakfast buffet did not have an order station for eggs. My stay at other RR properties had that option and I assumed the same would be available there as well.
I will most likely stay there on our next trip to Naha, as overall it was one of the best hotel experiences I have had and the best in Okinawa in the past 15 years of visiting there.

Aside from initially having a bit of trouble finding the hotel entrance, parking was immediately taken care of by staff who helped us with valet service (free). From the moment we checked in, we could feel that this hotel operates with a very meticulous and professional approach. Both the staff and managers paid close attention to detail and were very courteous. During check-in, we were served a refreshing cold drink, and every detail was carefully explained to us. The breakfast was excellent, and the view from the high floors was beautiful. The subway station is right downstairs, making transportation extremely convenient. In the evening, we even walked back to the hotel from 國際通—everything was incredibly convenient and comfortable. highly recommend hotel

The reception was exceptional- Thapa Kalpana especially- from check in to accommodating my request for champagne glasses, bucket & ice as it was my birthday.

The rest of the staff was courteous & attentive.

The breakfast buffet was excellent.

The room was the most spacious in any of the Japan hotels I stayed in- clean…the view from my room was phenomenal!

It’s so convenient to go to shopping malls, restaurants and the monorail!

I loved it that I asked my family who’s visiting my brother to book at Righa Royal. Thank you!

Perfect stay in Okinawa

We had a wonderful experience for two nights at the hotel Righa royal Okinawa. Clean, spacious and comfy bed!

We had the room with the bath view of the city, which was beautiful, though may not be for anyone afraid of heights!

The main selling point of this hotel is the staff throughout. Everyone was so lovely, helpful, and the food in the restaurant was incredible. They added some nice touches as it was our honeymoon as well.

Great for transportation, next to Asahibashi monorail station and Naha bus terminal. Only 6 stops to Naha airport. There is also a tourist centre and Starbucks in the OPA mall across the road. The room is spacious with a walk-in closet and dry/wet separated bathroom.

Was upgraded to 13th floor room, but unsure which room spec exactly. 4.5 star hotel rating feels about right: feels quite upclass, decor, fixtures and fittings feel premium, etc. Very clean. Staff super helpful and polite. Very convenient location, on the edge of central Naha, and just across the street from the bus station, and monorail station that connects direct to the airport. Expensive but very nice restaurant.
Only criticisms: there is no room service (which seems odd for a 4.5 star hotel), and the in room safe was in a draw and too shallow for my DSLR camera.

This was possibly the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was fantastically designed very clean and in a great location. Because we are Expedia members we receive free breakfast and a couple of other perks. The hotel is located right next to the train station which made a very convenient. The staff was very friendly and professional. Overall it was an excellent experience I highly recommend it.
