This property is ideal if you just want to come and go, prepare your own food and generally enjoy your own space. It's well sited near the monorail with 2 convenience stores nearby. A ten minute walk through a park leads to the centre with shops, museums and restaurants.

Great for everything except sleeping

This place was a great value, but the beds were AWFUL. However, other rooms had different beds that were okay. We did not have tatami mats, so the extra futon felt like sleeping on a couple of beach towels. Everything else was great. Great location, cleanliness, and price.

Nice suite with everything needed to stay for a few days to weeks. They have a coin operated laundry and a rent-a-car on premises. Located near the Yui-rail, grocery, and convenience stores. Don Quixote store is located within walking distance. Very convenient mansion that is located in the heart of Naha and close to International street.

We enjoyed staying in their well equipped spacious apartment. They allowed us early check in at 11:30 am. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance. Even though it’s a little outdated, but keep good condition and clean.

Room had all amenities for an extended stay- stove, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, ice trays, knife, cutting board, pots and pans, even umbrellas. There are two Family Mart mini marts, a 7 Eleven and the Tsubogawa monorail station within a 5 minute walking distance. I was here for a 5 day karate seminar at the Naha Budokan which is a 10-15 minute walk from the Weekly Harborview Mansion. Staff is very helpful and speaks English. I will be staying here the next time I am in Naha.

Extremely over priced. Beds were small and mattress was hard. Daughter had to sleep on a mat on the floor. There are more up dated and less expensive hotels in the same area.

A quiet place to stay but still near the station. Some eateries, 24 hrs shop and supermarket are within walking distance. Twin room with 1 bed room type is spacious. I love the kitchen that u can cook everything.The baconly is aslo functional. The drawbacks are the shower pressure and the short steep road to the hotel, but still acceptable.

Within walking distance of several restaurants (the doughnuts at Mister Doughnut are AMAZING), grocery stores, a convenience store, the main Post Office, a currency exchange (inside a different hotel a couple blocks away), and the monorail if you want to take it for a ride. It wasn't a 5 star hotel, but it was a nice place to stay and the staff were very friendly. It is true they do not speak English - but they are willing to help.

Highly recommanded for free and easy traveler

Staff are helpful, walking to the apartment from station is near but really need strong stamina as it is a sloppy road. Laundry can be done in the room and dryer is at the ground floor with coin operation, very easy. Overall it is a good and not so costly place for vacation.

inexpensive place to stay in Naha, but if you don't have cars, it's hard to carry luggage up and down the hills. Whole new experience staying in the local condo of Japan. I love the tatami, big and comfy.

This apartment style accomodation was exactly what me and my partner wanted. There was a kitchen where we could make our own meals and it came equipped with an oven toaster, microwave, tea kettle; the only thing you would need to bring with you or buy are oil for when you're cooking and salt/spices for your dishes. There was also a washing machine to do our laundry (but you needed to have your own detergent, so make sure you bring it with you to save yourself a bit of money), and the bathroom came supplied with soap and toothbrushes. Everything was clean and modern, I highly recommend this to others.

Great Place to Stay!

I enjoyed my stay at this weekly apt. style place. The staff was very friendly & helpful. The location is close to the monorail & bus station. I signed up for one day tour at the bus station & had to get up early, being next to the bus station is GREAT! Also, having your own kitchen & being close to the supermarket makes every meal easy. The place is very quiet, you can't hear your next door neighbor. I was able to rest & have plenty of peaceful & quiet time. The room is big with balcony where you can hang dry your clothes. There is a good size bath tub where you can soak your entire body into. There is no room service so you'll need to take out your trash. The only drawback is not having internet access in the room. I was able to access the internet close to the entrance to my room but the signal was unstable & weak.

MY NEW HOME ON OKINAWA

The location is great with easy access from the airport and the rest of Naha via the Monorail. The Tsubogawa stop is about 3 blocks away. Its also a 5-10 minute walk to the Okinawa prefectural building, and Koksaidori street. The hotel is also a block away from a full grocery store, more than a few restaurants and convenience stores.

The room itself is just like the apartments my relatives have on the island. You are basically renting an apartment. Has a full fridge, range top, pots, pans, utensils, etc. Its like an Extended stay/Candlewood Suites/Homewood Inn setup. The room was clean, has a washing machine in the room that you can use. (hang clothes to dry) You can cook your own meals, and save yourself a bundle for your time on the island.
The staff were more than friendly, and had some good English skills.

Keep in mind, this is not a typical hotel that has maid cleaning service daily, make the beds, and fresh linens supplied. You get the towels and linens set up in the room, but, you need to be the ones to wash and clean it for the duration of your stay.

There were 3 of us, and at no time did we feel like we were on top of each other, or in each other's way during the stay.

I will definitely be back again.

Many varieties of food in breakfast buffet, can also substitute for lunch buffet. Reasonable for medium-high 4-star quality. Nice view and have water sports on the beach. Many DIY activities for kids and adults in the hotel, . However, the pillow is a bit hard for me.

Very spacious comfortable rooms. Compared to most Japanese hotels the rooms were huge. Washing machine, Japanese soaking tub, huge bath and shower. Adequate kitchen. Easy walking access to grocery stores but not restaurants. 5 min walk to train. A bit difficult to get to by car due to traffic in area. We would definatly stay here again.

Good for the price

Room was clean and comfortable, came with everything we needed and felt like a little home away from home. For this price, there's really nothing to complain about. The building itself was kinda under construction so it was a bit scary at times haha I guess I watched too many Japanese horror movies. The staff doesn't speak English, but they do their best. I stayed in the main building, so in order to get to the \"shopping street\" go out the hotel and take a left. But if you want to go to the monorail station, take a right. The hotel sits on a hill, not a hard walk, but for some people it might be a challenge. Hope this helps.

Location near Monorail and Kokusai Dori, within walking distance. Room is self-contained with all kitchen ware and toilet. Good for self-prepartion of breakfast of even other meals. The fixture of twin beds are a little awkward, one in the room without air-conditioner, one in the living room facing directly to the air-conditioner. I have to face the wind direction of air-condtioner to the floor to avoid too cold on the bed in the living room and use a fan to flow the air to the bedroom. It is a great place to stay if you want to visit the Naha city.

The hotel was a bit hard to find initially, but easy to get to after the first time. The suite we had was large enough to accommodate three adults (husband, wife and adult child). We liked the large shower and in-room laundry. I also appreciated the on-site parking and was happy I rented a small car (Honda Fit) since the parking spots were fairly narrow. This was the first time we stayed in a weekly mansion-type hotel and found it to be a great choice.

ゆいレールの駅壺川に歩いて15分程度と近く、バス停もあり何処に行くのも便利です。また、レンタカーの事務所にもなっているので、使いたい場合はも、1日単位で借りれるのも便利です。電化製品もそろっています。お箸や、お皿の類は、小さなスーパーやFamimaが近くて着いてからでも歩いて購入出来ました。

観光もレンタカーがあれば問題無し。

追加の布団が敷布団と掛布団だけなので板張りで寝るとかなり痛いです。マットレスがあれば良いです。

Great if you are self reliant

The room is large and nice for the price. While it is obvious that it is an older room, it is very clean. It is close to just about everything you could want, from tour busses, monorail, grocery and dining options as well as a great park nearby that is perfect for kids and runners. The place is quiet at night which is good, there is also a rulenin place that you must be quiet after 8 pm which leads to a great nights sleep for all :)
