I think this is my 6th stay in this hotel. It's too convenient for me since since this is too close to my home. The employees are very polite, respectful and friendly. Very clean and echo friend environment. I really appreciate that they have drinking water in every floors it helps us to avoid buying bottle water that plastics will just scattered everywhere. Although the rate of every room is little bit higher compared to the same level of hotels in the USA.

Same dirty sheets daily even after we stripped the bed. Sewer gases gurgling into bathroom and no response from 'maintenance' kid. Horrible wifi that cut out often every day. No lights in hall some nights, didnt get 'full breakfast' as listed.

Though located on the main circumferential road it’s in a great spot, with a good view of Bohol sea and panglao. The dining was great. Sea views from pools and surrounding area are great for relaxing.

The property is just out of town, but close enough to go in anytime. It is on a busy road, but once on the property you are sheltered from most of the noise. The facilities and environment are lovely. However, some property maintenance is needed to keep it looking amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is no lift, but staff are willing and able to assist with baggage. The pools were lovely, but need a little maintenance. Breakfast was limited for an Aussie, but sufficient. Restaurant and cafe were great. Best coffee we’ve had on our trip so far.

The hotel is ok. We had 3 rooms. Two of them were on the bottom floor and looked kind of like concrete boxes with beds. Hot or warm water was an issue in all 3 rooms. The 3rd room was great but the hotel staff camped outside of the room every evening. It was rather invasive for my girlfriend and myself to hear them talking and their music right outside of the door. Not a lot of privacy.

This is my third visit here and honestly it is my \"go to\" place to stay when visiting Bolhol. I enjoy the pools and breakfast, as well as the regular menu. It is a great place to relax or to provide a starting point for day tours. This was my first time staying in one of the rooms with direct pool access and I would do so again.

Slow Check in . Had to ask room service to clean room further . Shower water flow adequate but hard to figure how to get warm water . Questionable security , sometimes there and sometimes not .
Eating area needs updating . The food was good but breakfast buffet limited .

Very nice small hotel with everything you need if you don't what to leave. i.e. Coffee Café, 2 kid friendly infinity swimming pools, beautiful view from the balcony (sea side), Live band and buffet BBQ on Friday nights, Great buffet/cook to order breakfast also. it was very nice overall. the breakfast was good and the pools and room were very clean and nice. but during our 4 day stay, the pipe under the sink burst and our room flooded so we had to change rooms. the hotel, however, did not try to make for this and the counter staff only apologized, which was a little disppointing

Don't stay here the pictures are deceiving. The owner has no appreciation for his customers.The owner and his wife took our van we waited on for 45 min's, right in front of us. We were told he has priority. Never bite the hand that feeds you, unless you don't appreciate your customers or respect them. The staff has a few good people but there are some that are worthless. Half the things in the room don't work right the TV, TOILET, AC. Never again will i stay here

A lot of things need to be fixed in this hotel

For the price we paid for a premier suite room, the facilities and services are definitely not worth it. For one, there is no wifi internet in the topmost room where we stayed at (which is the most expensive room in the hotel). However, my sister and her family who stayed in the lower level of the hotel and paid a cheaper price had internet working in their room. The bidet was not working, the blockout curtain roller fell, there were a lot dead insects in the hallway (which were not cleaned even if it was already late in the morning) and the water dispenser was empty (we had to inform the receptionist to fill it up). Our experience during the buffet dinner was also bad - food was less than average and the wait staff had to ask me twice for my room number even though I already signed up the receipt on the first instance (considering also that there was not a lot of new people who came in to dine - in fact it was just our family who were new). I hope they improve the facilities and services.

False advertising- not even close to the beach

I don't know where to start. Out of 3 nights spent only had lukewarm shower once after many complaints. TV the first night had 3 bright spots on it so they switched us to another room with a correctly working TV. Free breakfast was worth what was paid. Rancid bacon, eggs barely cooked and a mango juice that was mostly water. Mango flavored water was more accurate. Twin beds pushed together so one party was always falling through the crack. Hotel is a long way from almost everything so cab rides everywhere were required. We would not stay there again on a bet.

Room is clean and comfortable( except water from shower wasn't hot) and staff are nice. View is relaxing and food at the restaurant is good. It's quite far from the seaport (~20-30mins by motor) but close to the city. Would recommend if you spend time around that part of the island instead of short stopover for water tours.

Loved the view from the room(s). Staff are great and they take care of all your requests. Free breakfast is limited but not bad. However there is absolutely nothing nearby to even buy a coffee. You will sendup paying \"tourist\" prices for everything that is available at hotel restaurant. Getting transportation to go to the city centre is not easy after 6 pm should you want to buy your dinner from somewhere else.

We really enjoyed our stay here. If you have the time, I highly recommend the lunch on the hidden beach for 300 peso per person. It was such a nice little spot, and a yummy lunch of traditional Filipino food. Nice quiet little spot to relax in for a few hours.
The hotel itself was very nice, very clean. Only issue was it's a ways away from the actual city of Tagbilaran, so if you're interested in exploring by foot in the thick of the city you have a ways to go. Staff were all great and the in house restaurant was good with lots of options ranging from Western to traditional Filipino, to some international dishes as well. The portions are huge so you can often split a dish with someone else. Breakfast buffet was simple but good enough for a free breakfast.
Pools are really nice with lots of spots to sit and relax.
Right beside the Blood Pact Memorial which is neat to see, however if you stand outside the hotel for too long, the people selling things to the tourists start to hassle you.

They overbooked and gave us a different room

We booked this hotel to be near the airport on our last day because our flight was too early. They did not give us the room that we reserved. Their reason was because they overbooked. Other guests had to be transferred to another resort which was far and old. Also, there was no wifi. They told us it was under repair. No free water. Will never come back. This hotel is overpriced.

We chose this hotel as a compromise between the beach and the mountains. While the view and pool are great the hotel is definitely starting to show it's age and lack of upkeep. I would strongly recommend paying more for a superior or delux room as standard rooms are right on the highway and extremely noisy. The bed was very hard and we had to pay for extra pillows.

Overall fantastic choice of hotel

We stayed for four nights whilst visiting Bohol. Our overall stay was very comfortable - with helpful and friendly staff, clean rooms, two gorgeous infinity pools with a view and easy access to the Tagbilaran town proper, and Panglao island. The breakfast buffet is not extravagant but simple and filling ... the egg station was a hit for us!

Pros
- Helpful, friendly staff
- A la carte restaurant food was reasonably priced and tasted good! They were even willing to alter dishes for vegetarians which we appreciated.
- Clean rooms with balcony, quiet AC
- Games area with table tennis
- Good location
- Hotel organised a competitively priced private Bohol tour (cheaper than the quotes we got from in town!)
- Free shuttle to sister resort on Bikini beach (although it would be great if they could extend this to Alona beach, as Bikini beach is not very big or clean..!)

Cons
- Our \"queen size bed\" was actually two single mattresses put together... so I kept falling down the middle!!
- Showers were always tepid
- Noise control/sound proofing issues in the hotel when there are families with lots of children/large groups

Short stay, beautifully appointed hotel situated well out of the city. Pros beautiful pools and views. Shuttle to airport. They call a taxi if required.
Cons: breakfast was a buffet ,but not a good choice. Check in and check out process was very long and flawed. On check in they asked us to pay when we had already paid and they could not find our reservation. On check out they tried to charge us for stuff that we had not had.
Also,the room had a strange damp smell.

After a long trip to bohol the first thing we wanted to do is get a shower: and then we realized that there is NO HOT WATER!!
After a small not pleasent talk with the front desk manager they moved us room, that has hot water just one they... So the other 2 days of our stay at the hotel we get only cold showers.
The staff at the hotel are not professional, they don't know anything. They don't know a out activities to do at the island, don't know about theit own menu!
The double bed is very small!!
There was plenty of insects.
The housekeeping girl just knock at hour door at 7:30 am!!! For a couple on vacation is too early in the morning.
There is no elevator at the hotel!
The breakfast is very poor
The food at their restaurant is average but expensive.
The good things:
2 pools with excelent view
Their Oreo cake!
They have water dispensers in each level.

I arrived at 130 in the afternoon. Ocean view room was not ready. I was able to get to my room at exactly 2pm check in time. Deluxe ocean view room has comfortable bed, small bathroom, the basin is located outside the bathroom. It has a safety deposit box that is very confusing to use. It's not user friendly. It has a bedside led lamp that does not have an electrical socket . Only USB. You can use the led lamp if you have your powerbank with you. Fortunately, I had my powerbank with me. It has 2 swimming pools. The pool at the ground level is slimmy & has a slippery surface. The color of the pool has turned green. The smaller pool at the lobby lounge is relaxing & clean. It has a nice ocean view. There is no pool attendant on both pools. Breakfast needs improvement.

We stayed in bohol for 2 nights.
Straight from airport we proceed to the land tour and check in around 5pm.
Check in process was fast and staff was responsive and efficient with our inquiries and request.
White furnished hotel looks bright and clean with ocean view.
There's 2 separate swimming pools at different level, we had a private pool in the late afternoon.
Room was clean with comfortable bed and pillow, spacious too.
Note wash up basin and mirror are outside the toilet.
Cafe food is nice with attentive staff services. Breakfast facing the pool and ocean view, what else can we asked for.
Great music and live band in the evening.
City is a distance away about 60p by tricycle, ~15mins (Negotiable).
Panglao island approximately 30mins where we headed for dolphins watching and island hoping.
Packet breakfast is prepared at 530am upon request. We had teriyaki chicken and fries, tasty and hot.
Excellent place and service, we just roam around inside the hotel after a day tour, relax.
