SookePoint is one of the most unique oceanfront properties in the world. There is only one South-West Tip of Canada, with a seaside microclimate, 84% surrounded by crystal-clear water, teeming with fish and wildlife, internationally known for world class salmon angling and diving adventures.

Our microclimate lets us enjoy the least rain on the wild west coast, less than 2% average days of snowfall, and creates a Goldilocks Zone – almost never too hot or cold. In 10 minutes, we can be ‘forest bathing’ in 3, 600 acres of adjoining wilderness park with 50 km of nature paths and the 10 km Coast Trail, nationally ranked a ‘best’ day hike in Canada.

Some of the most powerful returns come from what can never be duplicated. On the extreme SW Tip of Canada, SookePoint has 2, 850 feet of front-row oceanfront facing East, South and West.
There are a limited number of Ocean Cottages and Yacht Suites that can possibly fit on this irreplaceable peninsula. Priority Reservations are available with just 10% down for an assortment of completion dates over 1 to 3 years.
Located in Sooke, SookePoint Ocean Cottage Resort is by the ocean, within a 15-minute drive of Sooke Harbour and Barnes Creek. This condo is 5.8 mi (9.3 km) from Park Heights Park and 8 mi (12.9 km) from Becher Bay Park.
