No water , robes in the room, coffee and tea were not replenished. Had to ask at front desk. Elevator out of service and access to the pool was blocked off, due to an event in the conference room so had to take stairs and go outside to enter it. Blaring music Sunday morning from the retainers at 7:30 means no peaceful coffee on the balcony.

On the last night of my stay I found a cockroach climbing on my clothing. The front staff did find me another room to transfer to. But I had to quickly pack up all my belongings in the middle of the night before a long drive the following morning. This was very stressful and I will have to now spend a lot of time when I am home drying all of my clothing in high heat to ensure I don’t bring any infestation into my home. The hotel was unable to offer me any compensation or discount because I had booked through Expedia as a third party. After this I will never stay at this hotel again or book through Expedia for hotel stays. I will add this is also supposed to be a “ luxury hotel resort” so I really didn’t expect this to happen

Beautiful view, comfy beds, clean and quiet. I would recommend this hotel to others/stay here again.

The only complaint I had was that the hot tub seemed pretty foamy, more than it should be. Hotel should consider rebalancing the pool chemicals or a more frequent water change schedule.

I was just upset i couldnt use the hottub it was absolutelypacked with people non stop, and there were kids diving in the pool past 9 so i didnt get to enjoy those amenities.

There was a very strange smell that came from the air fan in the room . there were no pool towels at the pool despite signs saying don't take your hotel towels to the pool because towels would be provided. otherwise it was a very lovely hotel and property

The room was beautiful, with high ceilings, plenty of space, and large windows that made it feel bright and peaceful.

The hotel lobby was stylish, well furnished, and filled with natural light. It offered lovely views of the ocean and shoreline, creating a calm, luxurious atmosphere.

The gym appeared to be very well equipped, although I didn’t have a chance to use it. The pool and jacuzzi were also enjoyable.

The restaurant served excellent food made with locally sourced ingredients, along with a great selection of local draft beers. The service was outstanding, and the waterfront view from the restaurant was lovely. As it is a very busy place, early reservations are highly recommended.

The downsides were the absence of a microwave and limited EV charging availability. There were two Tesla chargers and only one universal charging station, which was free of charge. It was often occupied, and we had to check multiple times to access it, which was inconvenient.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. Thank you!

The room itself was clean and spacious. However, we were assigned a ground-floor room with windows facing the parking lot. The resort appeared to be only about 30–40% occupied. When we requested a room change, we were told the resort was fully booked and were instead offered an upgrade to an ocean-front room for an additional $30 per night.

I specifically asked if we could move to another standard room, but the staff continued to say that all rooms were booked. Later, they added that because the reservation was made through a third-party app, they were unable to assist with a room change.

On our last day, I asked for a one-hour late checkout, but again I was told that the room was already booked and that we had to check out at 11:00 AM. This was surprising given that check-in isn’t until 4:00 PM and the resort still seemed far from full.

Another disappointing point was the firepit shown in the promotional photos. It appears inviting in the pictures, but in reality guests are only allowed to use it if they purchase food or beverages from the restaurant, which felt misleading.

Lastly, as vegetarians, we found the dining options extremely limited. Aside from fries and salad, there were virtually no vegetarian choices available.

The Hotel stafd weren't very friendly or welcoming when I checked in. The person at the front desk, Elizabeth, just kind of stood there and didn’t welcome me at all. They just kind of had a blank stare like they didn’t want to deal with me. I noticed the restaurant staff weren't much better either. They weren't friendly or personable at all, and the food was awful.

The room itself smelt very musty and the decor was very drab and uninviting. The hotel pillows were terrible, all 5 of them were flst and lumpy. I woke up several times throughout the night with neck pain and a headache. The cleaning staff were extremely loud in the morning, slamming doors shut, and making a LOT of noise. They woke me up several times. The bathroom was good, the tub was good, and the bed itself was comfortable.

We had a beautiful ocean front room that was perfect when the morning sun hit! The bed was comfortable, bath clean (even included a TV facing the tub).
We ate dinner at the restaurant. It is pricey but expected and was delicious. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.
The only downside to our stay was the hydro going out for a few hrs in the evening that woke us up again when it came back on. Otherwise, lovely stay

The best part though was a separate room for the toilet. It made sharing one bathroom for 4 people so much easier.

First, the positives: the property is stunning, the rooms are clean, and your front-desk staff were incredibly helpful. We also thoroughly enjoyed the pool facilities.
However, we felt the dining experience didn't quite live up to the rest of the hotel’s high standards. The food quality was inconsistent—specifically the prawn appetizer and the salmon dish—and the kids' menu didn't quite land with our eight-year-old, but she can be picky so take what you will from that. Additionally, we ordered room service for the experience, but the trays remained in the hallway until we called to request their removal late that evening and it was very costly. We did enjoy the bacon and eggs though.
Lastly, I was disappointed to miss out on a prenatal massage as the spa was fully booked. I would suggest booking ahead of time.
We enjoyed the beauty of the resort, but feel that a few adjustments in the food area would truly elevate the guest experience.

Our room was perfect. Clean, quiet and nice view. Too bad we couldn’t sit and relax on deck chairs on balcony due to raining though. We’d love to stay exactly same room in the future. I think there was a some group function on the same weekend. Restaurant was fully booked and I saw lady who helped check-in at front desk, she was working in restaurant as well. Everyone was professional and friendly, I see them all hard working! Thank you so much for wonderful stay. We will be back.

The restaurant was lovely and the food wonderful! Great service. Dinner was amazing. and the breakfast coffee yummy! Would definitely stay again. Are only complaints: the fan made the bathroom too cold (couldn't shut it off), but no fan in the WC. And the lighting was very dim at night; like really dim. Hence the 4 star instead of 5. Otherwise an awesome stay.

Didn’t receive the room class we booked. Expedia graciously handled the situation but we were not pleased with the hotel. Aside from that, the hotel itself looked beautiful from the outside, but the parking lot was extremely tight and the location was not great. The restaurant on site however was absolutely wonderful, the best part of our experience there. The room was okay, nothing special, and if we were ever in the area again, it wouldn’t be somewhere I would choose to stay again.

Everything was great here and made our stay wonderful. From the front desk staff to the very nice room , to the food at the hotel restaurant, to the big glass windows facing the ocean in the pool and hot tub room.
