Limited handicap rooms and they are booked quickly. I’ve machine downstairs fro main floor which was not easy to reach with limited mobility.
Breakfast selection was good and had scrambled eggs, sausage & also biscuits with gravy plus juice selection; impressed!

The hot tub was a perfect temperature. The water was a bit green in the tub and pool but other than that it was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and being brought out and refilled constantly. We were a bit surprised about how small the room was but it was clean and in good condition. Would definitely stay there again for the price we paid.

We always have a great visit when we stay at the Quality Inn in Kenai. Staff at the front desk is friendly and helpful at all times. Michael that takes care of quest during the breakfast rush in the morning is always very personable with visitors. We look forward to seeing him during our visits. He’s just an amazing fella. Your whole staff goes above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

The cook and maintenance guy were very friendly and helpful.
The room was clean, although a little out dated.
The pool was constructed in an odd design which resulted in it needing to be cleaned before we could use it. But at least there was a pool and working hot tub.
There really should be an automatic door at the lobby. I think people with disabilities or carrying a lot of luggage would have difficulty Getting inside. Probably some sort of arctic entry should be installed.

Needs some Touch Ups or Lower the Price

The mattress was comfortable enough, the flooring needs to be redone badly. The sink was near the bed and not in the bathroom which was a bit inconvenient, and the tub needs to have anti-slip, for a handicapped room it was not safe in my opinion. We asked for a mat, and were given one which was nice, but small. The concrete steps outside the front door need to be looked at as they are starting to erode. We did appreciate the quiet and the staff did a good job at noise control. We stayed here due to previous reviews, but honestly for the price in off season not sure we will stay there again.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone for this property, common door between rooms made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. Ac makes huge noise. And since very early in the morning, very loud thumping noise above the ceiling was going on for 2 hours or so constantly. Very very poor service.

I booked online thru Expedia and was shown a new more modern hotel. I was not given an option of first or second floor and when I arrived I discovered our romm on second floor and no elevator. Online should state wether or not each hotel has an elevator. my 80 year old mom cant do stairs. the young girl at front desk had to call her manager to give us a ground floor room and I was very grateful

The pool has rules that no children are to be in the pool from 9pm-11pm. My adult son and I went to the pool at 9:30pm and there were several loud children playing and horsing around. It was hard to enjoy our hot tub experience. Also, the hot tub had things floating in that didn't belong. Overall, great experience.

We are not happy at all with the toilet seat being loose and when I asked for someone to look at it as we where going out for the day, they said they would send maintance. When we returned almost 8 hours later are door was wide open. Anyone could have entered and stole anything. I immediantly went to front desk and was not given a good answer. So the next morning i reported it again. Nothing, I feel the manager should have at least come and spoken to us about. Not happy at all but extrememly glad our belongings where not taken. Also toilet seat was not fixed at all.
The breadfast was outstanding and the gentelman incharge of it was awsome. Infact he apologized about the door and bathroom. I know he is only kitchen help but he was the only one who seemed to care. They should consider giving him a raise cause he was so friendly and caring to everyone.
We had an oxygen condenser in room and if it was taken they cost around 8000 dollar, plus my mother would have been without it for night time.

My husband & I have found many hotels/motels have not been renovated or nearly as clean as they appear on their website. We booked this motel last minute and I was dreading what we might be getting for the night but we were pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean and spacious. The young lady at the check in desk was a sweetheart. I would recommend this location to anyone.

Staff were all great and it was nice and quiet all hours I was there. Rooms were clean, but a little cramped feeling with the two double beds and someone is going to be sleeping hot with the heater right up against one bed. The lack of an elevator might be rough on some folks so best to keep it in mind. Best part for me this trip was the pool and hot tub. The deep hot tub was amazing after the drive in from Anchorage. Adult only hours at the end of the night are an extra plus too.

The lady at check in was great - friendly and informative. The overall ambience of the lobby was clean. The bed was clean. That’s where the positives end unfortunately. The room smelled like pee, there was hair on the bathroom floor, garbage by the tv, the pillows were haggard and small and lumpy with more pillowcase than pillow, the whole pool area was meh-old and in need of repairs, hot tub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a bit- the foam was astounding and brown nasties before we even got in. There no drinking water that tasted good- no vending machine that had bottled water only one that was half full with snacks. We decided to forgo the breakfast and head out. Thanks for the bed to rest our head!

You won’t find a better bed in Alaska

Nothing too special about this place. We got in very late and was thankful there was someone there to help us get checked in.

Breakfast was below average with not much of a selection and no orange juice.

The one thing that did stand out was that the bedding was some of the softest we have ever experienced. I wished I would’ve taken a closer look to figure out who the manufacturer was because I would definitely order some from my home.
