I haven’t stayed at a Comfort Inn in many years and pleasantly surprised. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean and good size. The hot breakfast included with the reservation was good quality. Coffee a little weak but it hit the spot.

Will stay there again. And booking through Expedia was easy

Everything was still nicely decorated for the holidays and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, telling me about nearby food options and what they offer in the hotel restaurant . The included breakfast had lots of options, waffles and sausage and eggs, cereal, yogurt etc. I have no complaints about my last minute decision to stop for the night while on a long drive.

Check in was very easy. The staff is friendly and professional. To us it was a must to find a pet friendly hotel, so this worked out perfectly. My dog was welcomed and no questions were asked as to weight, breed, etc. Which I loved and encourages me to stay here again when we come back this way.

The room was very spacious and clean. I slept like a baby and woke up energized, ready for the next adventure.

Breakfast is included. We found a wide variety of options and lots of tables to sit at. There’s eggs, sausages, biscuits, grits, bagels and coffee, if you’re into a more traditional type of breakfast, but there’s also fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, cereal and waffles if your preference is lighter.

There’s lots of parking, and the property is conveniently located near stores and restaurants so you can walk or drive anywhere.

We will be coming back for sure!

This property was perfect; it is quiet, pet friendly, conveniently located off the highway, has an exercise room and a restaurant/bar attached inside the hotel. The food was good but if you think otherwise there are other dining options within walking distance. Staff was very friendly. Very clean and large size room. The price is the best option; its very affordable for the size and location. Only issue was no swimming pool and vending machines only take cash, not cards but these are not huge issues for us. Would recommend to anyone; would stay again.

From the check-in process to the check out, me and my Husband had a awesome weekend. After staying in a horrible hotel Friday (My husband was in charge of booking for the weekend) I booked at this hotel for Saturday to Monday morning. There was always fresh lemon water, and fresh coffee, tea and hot chocolate available in the entrance.

The staff on-site was awesome, super friendly and organized. I didn't get the woman's name that worked earlier in the day Sat. But you can tell she actually enjoyed her job. The rooms were very clean and stocked. Everything worked without issue. I had asked a few recommendations on what to do around the area and gotten a few good ones (its a smaller town) but we enjoyed it.

The other big suprise was their breakfast service. I have traveled a lot through out my life, and usually I picture continental breakfasts for hotels. This was not one... they had a almost full breakfast buffet + snacks... and it was fully stocked and kept clean the whole breakfast service!! The breakfast is 6 to 930 am, and we went down around 8:30 am, just expected to grab a bagel to go... but it was completely full! Meats, eggs, breads, yogurts, fruits, potatoes, waffles, granola bars, donuts, and much more!! And this was all with a college soccer team amount of young hungry boys staying there ans having breakfast at the same time! The buffet was still fully stocked and kept clean at all times! Me and my husband were full till past lunch. Will stay again soon!!

We liked our room a lot. It was nice and spacious; we especially enjoyed having a sofa in the room, and the room was big enough that having the sofa didn't make it feel cramped. If we were to stay longer than a night or two, it would be useful to have a dresser available.
We had an issue with the refrigerator not being cool, and maintenance was there within 10 minutes to fix it.
The bed was a bit firm for my taste, but my husband thought it was great.

I would have ranked this experience much higher, unfortunately the beds were very uncomfortable. My wife, my Mother, and I had back and neck pain after sleeping the second and third night. You could tell the hotel was fairly old, but at least it was very clean. The staff was extremely friendly, and the breakfast was ok.

I stayed here for one night and it worked fine for a quick sleep, but a few things could definitely be improved. The shower never got hot, which was disappointing, and the elevator was extremely slow every time I used it. The hotel overall could use some updates to feel a bit fresher. On the positive side, the breakfast buffet was very good, and the ladies working it did a great job keeping everything stocked and clean. For a short stay it was okay, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. On site restaurant is convenient and the food was delicious. Some renovations going on but it didn't impact our stay. We have booked here 3 times, and we love the hotel. Will be back again!

We liked that the Comfort Inn is up the street from Penn State Hazleton. We attended a sporting event and didn't want to drive back home the same night so we booked this hotel in advance. We have stayed at many Comfort Inns and we trusted that this would be a good stay too. The price is fair. Our room was ready when we arrived an hour early. The staff is friendly and made us feel welcome. The bed was comfortable. The sheets has too much bleach left in them but they were clean! The storm did not knock out the electricity! The shower was hot and the water pressure was good. The other guests replied when we said good morning during breakfast. I didn't see any children. The 2 waffle irons worked well. I like fresh waffles! The coffee was mild and good, not too strong. Eggs and sausage and other continental items were also offered, The food was plentiful. The 2nd floor ice machine is broken, it gave us 2 ice cubes. We would stay again!

The staff could not have been more delightful. The hotel is currently under renovation so the trash and noise is understandable. However the truck parking lot directly behind the hotel is active all night long. No sleep is a guarantee. The rooms definitely need to be upgraded. Old carpet and old furniture and peeling wallpaper.

Staff were super nice. They are doing a decent job renovating. whoever caulked the bathroom we were in needed some glasses though. You can tell it has had a rough history prior to the renovations being started.
