We have just come back from a truly amazing experience from all the team at Casa Cook!

Anyone thinking of booking, we couldn’t recommend it enough- book!! You will not be disappointed, the staff are so friendly and welcoming.

The food was delicious, an amazing selection at breakfast and dinner. Wish we stayed longer to try more of the food available. Five star experience at dinner from all the staff.

Stunning surroundings within the complex.
We were lucky enough to be surprised with being upgraded to one of the best villas. Never experienced this before and wondered what the catch was, but no catch. We really appreciated this wonderful gesture!

We are already planning on returning, when we were there, a few other people were returning guests, which speaks volumes.

Everything about our stay at Casa Cook was phenomenal -- from the minute you arrive and are greeted by the friendly staff to the minute you leave when you are given warm goodbyes. The property is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and clean. The main pool was stunning with the mountains in the background. We loved the decor of our room and it felt so cozy. We actually had a slight issue with our room when we arrived regarding the bathroom. We spoke to hotel manager (sadly I forget his name) and he graciously upgraded us to a villa for the remainder of our stay and he comped dinner for us at one of the restaurants on their property. We were floored by this gesture and it truly made our entire experience at Casa Cook so special. Shoutout to Kosta (sp) in the restaurant as he was so kind and helpful. The same goes for Tsampika (sp) who personally introduces herself to all of the new guests at breakfast. She is from the area and provided the best tips and suggestions. I honestly was so sad to leave and I cannot wait to come back next year when the season opens. Highly recommend staying at Casa Cook.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Cook. The loft room was perfect with a wonderful swim up pool just outside, we had the most relaxing time. It was my birthday and they gave me a complimentary cake and bottle of Prosecco which was really thoughtful. The staff were friendly and approachable and professional, I would definitely go again

This hotel is pure bliss. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing get away, Casa Cook is perfect. The swim up rooms are glorious and the two main pools are great relaxing vibes with a bit of atmosphere. The food was delicious and varied every day. If you are looking for a party, go his wouldn’t be ideal as it is very quiet and couple focused but you can visit the sister hotel next door for evening entertainment and the beach is also close by.

The hotel is well laid out and the staff incredibly helpful and accommodating. We didn’t get everyone’s name but Mia and the waiting staff were lovely to see and speak to everyday and made you feel very welcome. We’d definitely recommend staying here and would come again

A really great alternative to the more typical “Resort” type hotels on Rhodes. It is in a quiet area with beautiful views of mountains. Short walk from a great swimming beach, and within east distance of some of the islands other top beaches. There is great on-site food, drinks as well as gym, yoga. Lots to di! We loved it!

Amazing week in casa cook rhodes. Staff were excellent throughout my stay. We booked the executive suite however there was an issue on the first night when arriving so they put us in a twin room and as an apology gave us complimentary half board which was very kind. The food was excellent and very accommodating to dietary / religion requirements. Overall fantastic.

Hotel was based in a lovely setting and the Mountain View was quite unique. The pool areas were fantastic and the spa treatments were some of the best we’ve had. It’s a good location for accessing Rhodes town and Lindos if you have a car. Breakfast was good but the rest of the food was very average. The overall finish of the hotel was just slightly off with a bit of a touch up on paint, lay out of the room like including a kettle or coffee machine or a mirror with good lighting for women

The Team at Casa Cook are fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble, they are there when you need them but otherwise they are discreet. Brilliant team and make the hotel.

Room was wonderful. Never did I tire of looking at our view, nor direct access to the pool. Again, it had everything and was comfortable. Bed was super comfortable!

The food is delicious and lots of choice on an evening. We didn't do half board but wish we had.

Breakfast was the best breakfast we've ever had at a hotel. So so much choice!! I had something different every single day.

Overall the hotel is stunning, amazing and perfect.

Very clean. Well appointed. Staff are friendly and happy to assist with all needs, without being oppressive or OTT. Food is excellent, wide ranging. Drinks equally so. The included breakfast is amazing. Prices seem reasonable and certainly competitive with what we paid whilst in Lindos for food and drink.

Some reviews mentioned that the music near the pool was too loud, but I disagree. The volume is kept respectable and never intrusive. We had a room very close to the main bar and this music was never enough to keep us awake.

There is some Sun lounger reserving behaviour at the main pool, but the fact that all rooms have their own swim up veranda mitigates this.

Check in and check out were smooth. I’d recommend private transfers from the airport - around €100 return for us, around 30 minutes trip.

The only thing I would mention is not the fault of the hotel at all, but trips into Lindos and Rodos are not as convenient as we had hoped. Whilst taxis can be booked by reception; they cost around €45-50 each way. We didn’t look into the busses but heard they were very busy.

Overall would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. Would love to come back again soon.

We loved the hotel and had a great week here in a lovely loft room with swim up pool looking out at the back of the hotel to the mountain behind. The room and hotel are Smart and beautifully furnished and maintained.

The food at the hotel is fantastic and portions very generous. During our stay all of the staff seemed to enjoy their work and couldn't do enough to help and please the guests. The staff are a young and enthusiastic team who are a credit to the hotel.

- Amazing Spa and treatments
- Lovely pool ares where no one reserves a bed or needs too as every room has a private pool area as well

I can thoroughly recommend the hotel for a stay in Rhodes for a relaxing and quality stay in Rhodes

Casa cook is just the most incredible place to stay. It has everything you would need for the perfect stay. Super chilled vibes. The friendliest of staff. We stayed in room 107 with a shared pool, which suited us perfectly. It felt like no one else was there. Enough to do hiking up the hill with incredible views, water park, and the beach. We stayed for 2 nights as needed to chill out after a stressful time and it really ticked that box. Can’t recommend enough and we hope to visit again.

We recommend the hotel activities too - yoga, 7 Springs cycle ride, amazing spa treatments. Only thing that could improve it is coffee/tea facilities in the room.

Stunning hotel, great pools, evening meals are delicious and very generous, breakfast buffet was really varied, great mix of hot and cold. Stayed in room with private pool which was great as nice to have privacy to sunbathe and swim.

Would highly recommend.

But- if anyone from the hotel sees this review can you please reply to my email about my lost jacket. I lost my favorite jacket during my stay, would love to know if anyone found it?

A seriously stunning hotel, in an even more stunning location set within the mountains. Every single element considered. From incredible rooms, to the pool, to the bar and food. The location is incredible, a little remote but that was what we were looking for anyway and only a short walk to a beautiful beach. Some of the staff (only a handful) were a little rude at times and slow at breakfast service. Literally the only down side i could pick but i wouldnt hesitate to book again ;)

Lovely hotel - love the design and the hotel facilities are great.
The spa treatment I had (face and indian head massage) was excellent - highly recommend it!!
If there is something the hotel can approve would be the temperature of the pool water which is very cold. The reception area can also improve as it took has 30min to check out.

Beautiful and serene…the perfect place to relax

Casa Cook is near perfection in almost every way. This was my first time away since 2019 and it was the perfect setting to really relax and stop a tired mind after the last 18 months. So grateful to Casa Cook and the staff for making me feel safe and comfortable the entire stay.
I would highly recommend booking a sunset boat trip with Rhodes Sailing Tours through the hotel, it was beautiful!
I was originally booked into a Loft Room but on arrival saw one of their suites with a private pool was available, so upgraded. Worth every penny. Both rooms were stunning but the suite was like nowhere I’ve ever stayed before!

The staff went repeatedly above-and-beyond, the food was great (excellent breakfast), and the place itself is beautiful. The photos on Hotels.com do not do it justice - mine do better, but I'm no photographer!

The atmosphere is perfect - tranquil yet buzzy. Gorgeous setting, great amenities, and even a great massage at the spa. We cannot recommend this place enough!

It was amazing. We asked for one large bed and we got 2 twin beds + twin sheets. The last day they did not bring us a thin blanket so at night they brought us bed linen. Other than that it was amazing. Perfect room and amazing staff

The hotel is beautiful, staff all so friendly and helpful, the food is incredible and whether you choose to sunbathe on your own personal lounges with swim up access or by the main pool - you can’t go wrong.

We had a wonderful holiday at Casa Cook Rhodes. The hotel and setting is really extraordinary. Beautiful mountain views and very peaceful. The main pool and restaurant bar area is fun and relaxing and the swim up pools are really special and feel very private! We had several treatments at the spa which were exceptional! The spa team are lovely! As are all the waiters and restaurant team who work tirelessly to make sure you have a perfect experience. In light of the COVID situation the staff really handled everything diligently and we felt very safe. The only thing that could be improved was our check-in and the reception desk team who seemed a little inexperienced compared to the rest of the staff team who really go above and beyond. One other note would be that there is no water in the bedrooms and so you have to make a trip to the local supermarket to stock up. Top tips on exploring Rhodes: Visit the Tsambika monastery, St Paul's Bay (book a bed at Tambakio), explore Rhodes Old Town and do a day trip to Symi (we hired a boat without a licence from Symi Coral boat hire). We can't wait to comeback and explore more!

The setup, design and overall feel of this hotel was unique. There are not many hotels where every room has direct access to the pool and the setting was as stunning as the pictures suggest. The beautifully designed interiors, imposing location at the foot of the mountains and wonderful layout of the resort were special. We had a very relaxing four days, and were looked after constantly by the very friendly and attentive staff at the breakfast room, pool area and restaurant. Everyone is there to help and make the stay as enjoyable as possible. It’s hard to find any fault with this hotel and we will definitely be returning for another stay.

We had an amazing time at Casa Cook. We arrived an hour before the official check in time and were shown straight to our (upgraded!) room. The room itself was gorgeous and the pool access very welcome, as it was very hot. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was superb. Breakfast was also lovely.

Overall, this is definitely a treat hotel but well worth every penny. We loved it.

We had a great time in Casa Cook, everything was great, the room was clean, great amenities and friendly young staff.
The only “half” note is that the water temperature (both in the main pool and the shared) was quite cold, even when outside was 30°C. But once again we had a great time and will definitely like to return.

The place is literally heaven on earth.
The staff level of service is excellent, kind and very very welcoming.
The resort is just beautiful and beyond any expectation.
The web pics don't do justice with this oasis.
We spent 5 days and didn't want to leave. Very very highly recommended for couple get away!!!

Only two comments for improvement :
1. Pool water is to cold. Even on 35C days.
2. Room wifi is slow.

All rooms have a direct access to the pool, which is really amazing. The rooms are equipped with a lot of charm and big enough for two people. The whole hotel area and the surroundings are so pretty, that it is hard to leave and not take pictures every time you leave the room. The staff was beyond friendly and also all food and cocktails we had at the hotel were super delicious. There was nothing we found as not being perfect and we had an amazing stay and would definitely come back again! Very recommendable hotel - thanks for the amazing time :)

Very well styled hotel, just as their pictures suggest, you don't need to leave the hotel (which is lucky because there's not much to do outside the hotel)...the buffet breakfast has everything (including good espresso coffee), great cocktails in the afternoon, and each meal we had at the restaurant was delicious.

Really beautiful place (like in the pictures), quiet location, kind staff. The room was comfortable and clean. The pools (in the rooms and the central) are nice. The breakfast is good and rich. Although we ate for one evening dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was really good.
Amazing hotel, really recommend!
Great for couples and for people who want to have a relaxing vacation.

Casa Cook Rhodes is an amazing property in an equally fantastic area on Rhodes. We loved our experience - the service, design, style, and friendliness of the staff. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who loves high design and architecture. The hotel is located in the middle of the island, a perfect jump-off point for exploring.

heaven on earth! had the time of my life!

perfect getaway

architecturally and aesthetically perfect for a relaxing holiday in the sun. staff were not only hospitable and attentive, but truly excellent and lovely people - they made our stay! only criticism is that the cleaning staff weren't amazing, the beds were a bit below par for the price point, and the shower design led to massive flooding every time it was used. aside from that, the restaurant and bar staff, as well as the shared spaces, were perfect.

Mein Aufenthalt im Casa Cook Rhodes war einfach außergewöhnlich. Schon beim Ankommen spürt man die entspannte Atmosphäre, das stilvolle Design und die Liebe zum Detail. Die gesamte Anlage ist modern, ästhetisch und perfekt gepflegt – ein Ort, an dem man sofort abschaltet.

Zimmer:
Die Zimmer sind groß, minimalistisch-edel eingerichtet und unglaublich gemütlich. Besonders die Varianten mit direktem Poolzugang sind ein echtes Highlight – man fühlt sich wie in einer privaten Urlaubsoase.

Essen:
Das Frühstück ist fantastisch: frisch, hochwertig und abwechslungsreich. Auch abends überzeugt das Restaurant mit kreativen Gerichten und tollem Service. Jeder Teller ist ein Genuss.

Service:
Das Personal ist freundlich, aufmerksam und professionell – man fühlt sich rundum wertgeschätzt. Wünsche werden schnell erfüllt, und die entspannte Stimmung im gesamten Hotel setzt sich im Team fort.

Atmosphäre:
Adults-Only bedeutet hier echte Ruhe. Egal ob am Pool, im Restaurant oder in den Lounge-Bereichen – alles wirkt harmonisch, entspannt und exklusiv.

Fazit:
Das Casa Cook Rhodes ist ein Traum für alle, die Entspannung, Stil und Wohlfühlatmosphäre suchen. Ein Hotel, das man nicht einfach besucht – sondern erlebt.
Ganz klare Empfehlung und definitiv ein Ort, an den ich zurückkehren werde!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub im Casa Cook. Zimmer war sehr gut und das Essen noch besser. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Auch die Katzen waren klasse. Im Zimmer fehlen evlt. Ablagemöglichkeiten. Die Musik war uns beim Essen etwas zu laut. Insgesamt aber war es toll und wir kommen gerne wieder.

wir waren im sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft - das Personal war super freundlich, das Essen lecker und die Zimmer gut in Schuss. Das Design des Badezimmers ist nicht so gelungen - wenig Möglichkeiten, Dinge aufzuhängen.
im Oktober lag das ganze Hotel ab 16.30 Uhr im Schatten des Berges - das ist leider etwas schade.

Ordentliches vier Sterne Hotel

Insgesamt auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung, die Anlage ist extrem stylisch und modern, tolle Pools, sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal und auch das Essen ist wirklich auf hohem Niveau. Abstriche würde ich beim Zimmer machen, das definitiv keinen fünf Sterne-Komfort bietet. Das Bad ist sehr klein, nur ein Waschbecken, kaum Ablagen, die Handtücher, teilweise schon etwas verwaschen und in die Jahre gekommen. Absolutes No-go ist die alte und laute Klimaanlage. So etwas sollte heute in keinem Hotel mehr zu finden sein. Das Personal ist extrem hilfreich: als wir Ameisen im Zimmer gemeldet hatten, war innerhalb von 5 Minuten jemand mit Ungezieferspray unterwegs.
