Overall a lovely place. It is as mentioned elsewhere next to the busy main north-south dual carriageway so you would need a car / moped to get anywhere. There is no footpath or safe walkway. Each villa has its own plungepool and ours was nicely furnished. Some fixtures were loose ( curtain rails) so care needed when drawing curtains butith

Rhodes getaway

Superb, quiet, private development outside of Kolymbia.
Had a 1 bed unit, with bathroom and kitchen/lounge.
Lovely patio and private pool. Had a moving sun deck over the pool, fine for adults, but take caution if you have small children!
The unit was in excellent condition, and any requests were quickly seen to by the friendly staff. Was Useful to have a washing machine.
A car is essential as there is only a couple of places within walking distance and this involves a walk alongside a very busy dual carriageway.
Lovely view from our unit across to the sea.
Only improvements would be to have more bed linen, maybe a light duvet as the air conditioning is spot on, so this could be make the stay a little cosier. Also, during a 10 day stay it would be nice if there were staff to service the unit, maybe give the bathroom a quick clean? Although these are minor quibbles!
Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic place to stay. We had a wonderful time in the apartment. Amazing pool all to ourselves, spacious accommodations, large balcony with a lovely view and very helpful staff. Would definitely recommend!

An okay place to stay, location is good for driving around the island and seeing everything. Definitely not somewhere you would want to stay if you haven't hired a car. The villa was quite clean although the pool was not, the grout in the tiles was very dirty and there was grime along the waterline, pool was also quite cold.
The kitchen cupboards had the bare minimum in, could really do with a few more kitchen essentials. 2 coffee machines but nothing to wrap or store food in, no spare bin bags. Also there is obviously an ant problem, as on the first day the kitchen was covered in them and the only thing in the cupboard under the sink was ant spray.
On the plus side there was nice views of the mountains and the sea either side of the villa, the staff were helpful and friendly. If the pool was warmer and cleaner the outside area would have been absolutely perfect.
Check in process was good and a whatsapp group was created before our stay to do early check in and I could use this chat to ask for any info needed. They sent recommendations for the area for beaches, restaurants and things to do on the island.

What a great find Kolymbia Village was! If you like exploring, this complex is aptly located in Rhodes giving visitors plenty of options to visit beaches, historical sites, etc. A car is advisable to get around if staying here.
The accommodation is well furnished and clean. It benefits from a swimming pool and outdoor dining area.
While it advertises that a BBQ is available, it was not at the villa when we arrived. However all you have to do is ask the team and they provide one for use.

Amazing!!!!

We had an amazing stay. The management is friendly, professional and very caring. We had a family reunion and couldn't ask for a better place. The villas are remodeled and clean and the pool was very well taken care of. We are already planning to come back next year. Thank you.

We were evacuated due to the recent fires and the staff could not be more accommodating due to our own situation
The villa was extremely comfortable with two superb double bedrooms with air conditioning in each room with all kitchen appliances with a fantastic pool with every villa. The villa had two seating areas and a lounge area by the pool so you can get shade if needed
Great location for fantastic beaches north or south or a day trip to Old town Rhodes, boat trip to Symi island
The local town of kolymbia is very commercialised. The local restaurant Taverna Tsambikos and take away grill house To Chorio were excellent recommendations from the staff.
We'd definitely rebook this venue

This is not a hotel but rather a self service property. There is no ice machine or any amenities to speak of… and you are expected to bring your own toilet paper. You are also told upon arrival that it is your responsibility to strip the beds and take out the garbage before leaving. Not exactly a relaxing visit as this was not explained at time of booking. With that said it was very nice property and calm. The beaches are within a 5 minute drive and the personal swimming pool at our unit, although quite cold water, was a pleasure.

These are marketed as villas, they are not. We paid for what we understood to be a villa, they're apartments with private pools, or \"half a villa\".

We were upgraded for one night and then had to move as the \"Villa\" we booked was not ready. With 3 children, moving properties is does not constitute an upgrade, it's a pain. They acted like this was doing us a favor, when in fact we wasted a day moving and basically disputing what a villa actually is. They're lucky they have Mr Petros, he was very nice and very diplomatic and seemed to be the only person who actually came to talk to us. The lady who moved us didn't even have the decency to put her phone down while she was with us.

The apartments themselves are OK for what they are, but if you're expecting a traditional villa with a private pool, you'll be disappointed. The staff were polite at first, but became very rude, said we're welcome to leave without reimbursement and then wouldn't talk to us and left the group chat. The only thing to bear in mind if you have small children is unless you have their deluxe villa [which are the only actual villas on site] you'll get a pool that's 5ft deep all around.

Nice for what they are, but don;t be misled by the images, you get half a villa.

Excellent Villa would recommend

The communication was first class making sure that we were fully informed prior to our arrival. When we arrived we were absolutely delighted with our Villa, clean, tidy, all fully equipped with what we needed, good views of the local scenery. The staff Sophia, Antonia & owner Pedro were very helpful & accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Made us feel very at home which made our 16 night stay very enjoyable , relaxing & stress free which was just what we needed. Pool was absolutely fabulous for relaxing & cooling off on the hot sun. We would have no hesitation on returning or recommend to others. Definitely need a car to get around to see the island with some beautiful beaches & other tourist areas. The food & hospitality in the local restaurants are very worthwhile visiting especially Ouzaki in Kolymbia but make sure you book.

Thank you to Sophia and Anotonia from Kolymbia Village Villa's, they were very kind and always ensured we were all okay, offering clean bedsheets and towels as well as providing us with a list of places to visit (the majority of which we did). Only thing I would say is that unless you have money for taxi's a hire car is necessary which we did so it was perfect for us and we would definitely come back!

Would definitely return!

Fantastic stay, lovely complex with great facilities in the villa. Loved the private pool! There was an issue with my booking but it was resolved quickly and satisfactorily.
The concierge Marc was great and gave us tips on where to visit.
Car needed if staying here as located out of the way off a dual carriageway.

Lovely Villas with private Pool

Lovely villas with private pool. Couldn’t have asked for anything more to relax with the family. Perfect place to escape the worries of the world and enjoy the sunshine! Marc the concierge was lovely and always there to help us if we needed anything. Pool size was perfect for a family holiday. Villas were very spacious offering 2 bedrooms and a Large lounge/kitchen. Would definitely consider returning in the future.

Travelled as two couples. An excellent peaceful stay, the suite was very clean with private pool and separate terrace great for drinking at night on after a meal at the local taverna (try Tsambikos - its excellent). Village is well maintained and Mark very knowledgable and friendly when greeting us and when we left. All in all would definitely go again, perfect in the current climate as a private little retreat for a week away in the sun!

Ihana oma suite merinäkymällä, jossa oma uima-allas (koko noin 4x6m). Hyvällä paikalla ison tien varressa, päsee autolla nopeasti eri paikkoihin. Vatii oman auton, kävellen ei pääse kulkemaan oikeastaan mihinkään. Siisti ja puhdas allas oli lasten suosikki. Hyvä palvelu.

Séjour en famille avec deux enfants,
On a atterrit dans cette location après avoir réservé le soir d’avant en voulant fuir notre hôtel catastrophique.
Les maisonnettes sont propres, spacieuses et confortables avec tout l’équipement à disposition.
Les piscines sont agréables, l’accueil et la communication très bien.
La grande route se trouve juste en dessous, mais pas dérangeant et on dort avec les fenêtres ouvertes, nous avions une très belle vue côté balcon.
Attention à être véhiculé, autrement c’est un peu compliqué.
Séjour parfait, ça a sauvé nos vacances

Refreshing placebo stay.

It’s a very nice location, even when it’s close to the main road, you won’t be bothered with traffic sounds because it’s nice and high located. This also ensures a nice cool breeze during too warm days 👍
The rooms are spacious and the bed extra large and comfortable.
For Theresa’s is complete and the rooms are already nicely cool without airco when we were there at 32C.
And with a pool outside your bedroom, you will enjoy.
Last but not leased, the staff is very helpful and 24/7 available by a group WhatsApp so there is always someone you can reach.

Wir waren 11 Tage dort und hatten ein Auto. Somit war die Lage perfekt man erreichte Rodosstadt in ca 25min wie auch Lindos. Der Chat den man hat mit der Unterkunft ist super, hat man ein Anliegen kann man schreiben und inner kurzer Zeit hat man schon Antwort / Hilfe.

Bello ma con un però.

Ottima posizione lungo la strada Rodi-Lindos, ma non si sente il rumore del traffico. Lontano da ristoranti e negozi. E necessario disporre di una macchina. La villa era molto bella e pulita. Bella piscina. Avevamo una villa vista mare e la terrazza con il tavolo da pranzo è in pieno sole dal mattino presto senza possibilità di ombra. Nella villa c'è una lavastoviglie, lavatrice, tostapane, bollitore, macchina del caffe, frigo e congelatore e le stoviglie. Ma qui finisce tutto. All'arrivo devi per prima andare a comprare tutto nel piu vicino cash &Carry che si trova a 10 km verso Rodi (al ritorno verso Kolymbia sono invece 4 km, in quanto il villaggio si trova a destra andando verso Lindos e su quella strade non si puo fare inversione di marcia). C'è la lavastoviglie pero senza sapone, neanche sapone e spugnetta per lavare i piatti a mano, niente sale, pepe ecc. Idem per la lavastoviglie. Non c'è proprio nulla. A fine soggiorno chiedono di porre lenzuola e asciugami in un sacco da lavanderia e di porre i rifiuti nel piu vicino bidone. Mi aspettavo per un villaggio del genere qualche comodità in più. Qualsiasi comunicazione con lo staff avviene tramite un gruppo whatsapp che viene creato al check in. Rispondono comunque subito. Abbiamo avuto due problemi, lampadina sulla terrazza non funzionante e una perdita di acqua nel bagno, risolti in breve tempo.

La struttura è molto bella , manca attrezzatura cucina veramente molto limitata non c’è. Neanche lo scolapasta e poi parecchie formiche sia fuori che anche dentro casa , la piscina non viene pulita dovreste farlo in autonomia ma a noi per esempio avevano dato retino rotto e infine il bagno perdeva acqua credo dalla vasca ma non sono riusciti ad aggiustarlo , pero vale la pena per la piscina e la comodità dell interno della casa molto spaziosa e moderna

Uns hat alles gefallen. Vor allem das Swimmingpool. Haben jeden Morgen am Pool gefrühstückt bei schönen Sonnenschein. Kleine Kritikpunkt- zu wenig Geschirr ( Frühstücksteller, Tassen und Besteck, und eine Brett zum Brot und Gemüse schneiden) ansonsten super Villa.

Wunderbar! Sehr sauber, toller Pool ( täglich sauber gemacht) , sehr vernünftige Preise, Personal sehr nett, hilfsbereit und immer verfügbar. Insgesamt fantastisch, gerne wieder. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!!!
