If you are used to high end accommodations this resport is not for you. The rooms are partially updated and could be cleaner. We aren't fancy people so it was fine for us. The kids loved the pools and slides. Liked the laid back vibe and the staff was great. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a great place to stay for a family with many things to do. The pool area is great. The hot tubs do not work well. The staff is very helpful. The rooms were clean and everything worked.

The amenities on site were great. Pool, lazy river, water slides, mini golf and rock wall were fun. The rooms need an upgrade. Mattresses were terrible. We had a big leak in the downstairs bathroom. Over all we would stay again because it kept the kids busy, but the property itself could be upgraded a bit and leak needs to be fixed.

This was unexpected and better than i thought. A townhouse ! The pool hours were amazing being open til 11. Slides closed at6 but that was fine. I honestly would go back in a heart beat. Kids were allowed in huge hot tub too

I would recommend Fantasy World to families on a tight budget who still want a variety of amenities, with a few things to keep in mind.
We arrived on a Wednesday during the slow season, and check-in was still very slow. There was only one employee handling everything—checking guests in, taking requests, and even selling drinks—so the process took quite a while. With just two people ahead of me, it was about a 30-minute wait. During peak season, I would expect the wait to be significantly longer, even with additional staff. That said, the woman working the front desk was very kind.
The pool and lazy river were nice, and there were plenty of activities like basketball, volleyball, and shuffleboard. However, there weren’t enough chairs for the number of guests, so I can imagine it being an issue during busier times.
We didn’t have neighbors during our stay, so it was nice and quiet. The unit included a full kitchen and a washer and dryer, which was convenient. The cleanliness was just okay—not bad enough to call for service, but not great either. We ended up sweeping ourselves, and walking barefoot left our feet dirty. There was also a sandwich and cigar butts by the front door that hadn’t been cleaned up.

The bedrooms had nice curtains that kept the rooms dark in the morning, and the beds were decent, though a bit firm. The pillows weren’t great, and there were no extra blankets provided. The pull-out couch was manageable for a child but not very comfortable

The location is outstanding - 10 minutes to the Disney bubble/ 15 minutes to most parks. I’m not sure everything going on there is family friendly, as there was a faint marijuana smell in the air outside of our townhouse and I’m not sure that all of the young women there were vacationers. It seemed like someone lived permanently in the townhouse next-door to us. That being said, at this price point, the rest of it is fine. The toilet clogged when we first arrived, but they sent someone very quickly to remedy the situation. Then the dishwasher leaked water all over the floor, but they sent someone quickly to fix it. The garbage dumpster was over full, but we were still able to fit our garbage in it. We did not experience any problem with bugs or rodents. The hot tub was broken, which was disappointing. The sheets and towels are noticeably cheap quality, but clean. The staff were great and the location of our room was good and near the lazy river.

A couple minor things were the smaller pool did not have many chairs around it. And the pool bar closed at 6 PM. Not sure if the time of year is why it close so early but the pool is open till 11.

Our townhouse was clean and had basic amenities provided. The shower downstairs had very low water pressure so we didn't use it. It's also useful to know that if you're traveling with more than 2 children they will sleep downstairs on the sofa couch, as the 2 bedrooms are upstairs (one bedroom with king bed and 2 twin beds in the second room. ) we had a great stay. The included activities were great. We played mini golf every night of our stay. The kids loved the pool and the foam party on Saturday was a blast.

First off you can ride the water slides with anything on you! No earrings, no cloth bracelets, no plug gauges, no nose rings nothing. Second I paid for a tye dye shirt and they let somebody else get it and it took 15 min to get a refund and I’m not even sure if the refund was done correct! You buy a cabana for 180 you get 12 drinks that’s it! No free breakfast! I will not be coming back! The slides are not worth taking everything off to ride. The staff obviously can’t handle selling items without handing out wrong ones! You have to pay for everything literally everything, game room have to pay. 700 dollars just to stay for 2 nights but you get 100 back! It was not worth it! Not worth the stress at all!

The resort had lots to offer and was overall a nice stay. The villa needed a bit of repair and needed to be cleaned better in certain areas. Not enough toilet paper in the bathrooms, had to go to front office to get some more.
The cost of the activities was a bit high (bingo for $5 a card) and there was an issue with the shuttle to Epcot. It was late both for pick up to get there and upon return we waited over 30 mins and eventually another shuttle driver took us to our resort but it wasn’t his run.
The pool was great and having the small convenience store in the lobby was very handy.

Clean villas, loved that it came with basic household items. Loved the lazy river, grills, and patio area. Front desk was friendly and helpful. There was one incident where we paid in full for a cabana but did not arrive to it yet and the activity staff called and said our payment was still processing and other people wanted it. When we got there to figure out what happened the staff changed their reasoning to calling because they wanted to know what drinks we wanted and acted confused about what was said on the phone. Other than that, great stay for the price and our 2nd time. We will most likely be back.

Fantasy World Resort is a vacation my family loves! It is perfect for families with kids. There is so much to do between the pool, lazy river, slides, splash pad, games etc…. The big screen had music playing on it all day. It has a great vibe to it and the villa we stayed at was close and convenient. The staff took care of us and we will definitely be going back!!!

Room was beautiful and clean. Very quiet, good walls. The only reasons for four stars are these, the slides were down because of the temperature.... It was 59 degrees. Plenty warm. We went specifically for the slides. The batting cages were broken, thatalso sucked. Their were no bumper boats like the pictures. Lazy river is definitely smaller than it looks. It's one tube wide at most spots in the river. It was nice though. The heated pools are nice to have when the weather was cool. I know most of this the biggest thing was because of the weather which is no one's fault but I feel like 60° there's no reason you can't open the slides up. It wasn't freezing out we were using all the other water in amenities so kids were really let down not to be able to use the slides.

We enjoyed our stay. This resort has many fun activities for families- miniature golf, tennis, arcade, ping pong, and a lazy river to name a few. My only complaints are that the kitchen was sparsely stocked. It lacked some basic things like oven mitts, for example, which made cooking difficult. Also, the water slide was closed the week we were there. Considering that we went over President’s Day, a popular vacation week, this was poor timing. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Although the place looks dated, it was spacious and clean. We had a townhouse with 2 bedrooms upstairs and a full kitchen. I really liked that there was laundry that I can do before leaving. The waterpark was walking distance and was not too crowded. The slides were closed for maintenance. On the night I arrived, there was a dead cat in the hedge that was only discovered and removed later the next day. I requested a blender on day one of my stay and only received it, after several visits to front desk, on day 3. Do not stay at this property in January if you want to use the main pool with the lazy river and slides. They close for annual maintenance. We were not aware and very disappointed. Hotels.com claims it was posted. It is now, but it was not when we booked. It's a hefty resort fee when the main attraction is closed. The resort itself is decent. It's not well lit and it can be scary walking around in the dark. There were lights everywhere, they just were not on. The room appeared clean except for the floors. Within a minute of walking around our socks were black. I can't imagine how long it was since they were properly cleaned. We had to buy cleaning supplies and clean ourselves. Finally, you may not be able to adjust the temperature without the front desk. Ours required a special code. Seems ridiculous.

First off, I had a problem with the slides being closed and not being made aware. You guys helped me with that. The stay itself was very unpleasant. I was constantly stuffed up and unable to breathe in the room. Had a bit of a moldy smell but I don’t think much of it. One evening I was sitting on the couch and my daughter was upstairs and took a shower. Suddenly water started pouring on me. There is a leak in the shower. Not a fun way to spend my vacation. Won’t stay here again.

This place was fairly low cost. It was relatively clean, quiet enough (just some issues with traffic outside our room), and met our needs. However there were some issues: the thermostat cannot be switched between heating/cooling by the occupant (you have to call the front desk), our in-room phone didn't work, and when we requested an item from the front desk it was never delivered. However for our purposes of having a clean, safe, relatively comfortable place to stay near the theme parks, it worked out.

While the hotel was generally comfortable, our experience was significantly impacted by two major issues that affected our stay.

First, the hotel advertises a complimentary shuttle service to Seaworld. However, upon arrival, the front desk informed us that this service had been cancelled a week prior. We received no notification about this change at any point before our arrival. As we had already pre-booked our Seaworld tickets and our itinerary was tightly scheduled with no flexibility, we were forced to spend over $100 on additional transportation over two days to get there. This was both an unexpected expense and an inconvenience that disrupted our plans.

Additionally, the air conditioning unit in our room was extremely noisy, which severely disrupted our sleep, especially for the elderly members of our family. The constant noise made it difficult to rest properly.

While the hotel may have other positive qualities, these issues significantly affected our overall experience and convenience during our trip.

Was very disappointed this time around. My family has been here around 6-7 times and this was the worst time.

It's a watermark and they shut the slides of and splash pads for 2 days and also opened late and closed earlier on both. To top it off we can even go down the slide with any jewelry including earring studs. Walk up 100 flights of stairs to be turned away. Was so bad it made my kids cry.

Pool was very cold and on top they have like 1000 rules. I remember going there at the beginning it was fun and the kids loved it. Now, not so much.

We like the park but it's gotten some worse that we are thinking of finally making a change to another hotel/waterpark

Cleanliness was tough we were there for 11nights 12 days and we got new towels on the last day. The railing broke. The pillows were tiny pillows that’s all I could think to say they’re like airline pillows lol. They didn’t give us a vacuum or mop to clean in 12 days are feet were black. So much positive just the villa could’ve been better. Like 2 knives 4 forks 4 spoons no dish detergents nothing to clean with basically.
