My check in was somehow wrong through expedia and my room was given away then i couldn't be reimbursed and got stuck in a room with 2 twin beds.. i lost what i paid for the first day, didn't get any credit back for the lesser room, then got charged an additional day...
I also got bit up by bugs at night. No compensation for troubles. Was told they'd move me to another room with a bigger bed and constantly got the run around and never did

Arriving the location loocked a little off, being surrounded by (what it looked like) factories.
However, once we areived to th3 hotel, it was way more than what I expected.
Easy parking, goos bar, good buffet breakfast for 4 euros.
The room wss also very good and clen, as well as the bathroom.
I would definitely recommend it

Beautiful corridors with some original paintings. Underground and locked free parking. You can leave your luggage in the car. Seems to be renovated. Easy access by car to highways to Toledo and Madrid. I stayed in a three bed room. Windows open to a wall and to what seems an exhaust pipe. Better keep closed. Room and corridors were clean. Friendly staff at reception. Restaurant was closed (Sunday) but I was told there was breakfast (paid). Neighbouthood does not seem \"touristic and beautiful\", but I did not spent time there. I was heading to Toledo (half an hour by car) and just spent the night.

Key amenities make this a good place to stay

I enjoyed my stay here. There is a breakfast buffet for 6 Euros per person. The shower is excellent, with very precise temperature dial. There is a very small gym for guests. There is a chinese buffet across the street that is open late. It is a short drive from Toledo.

Excellent home base for visits to Toledo

We flew into Madrid, got a rental car, and planned to drive around Spain for a week. Our first stop was Toledo. Carlos I is perfectly located for such a plan. It's only about 40 minutes from the Madrid airport, and you don't have to go through Madrid to get to it. It's only about 20 minutes drive straight down the A-42 to Toledo (and is much less expensive than Toledo). We arrived very late because we had changed planes in London during a snowstorm. All of the front desk staff were very helpful, and they coordinated with Iberia to help arrange the delivery of our checked bags that had stayed behind at Heathrow. The breakfast is a bargain: it is wise to eat at the hotel before going out on adventures for the day. The restaurant is very good and the staff made us feel at home. Most of the restaurant customers are locals, who have plenty of other options nearby. Our room was comfortable and warm (in spite of the cold rain outside). There is parking underground with direct access to the hotel (also nice when there's a cold rain outside). If you are traveling west, the main road through Yuncos (the CM-4004) is a very pleasant drive through the countryside to the A-5 toward Oropesa. It was a very pleasant stay and I'd be happy to stay at the Carlos I again.

Reception speak limited English, so our phone translator app was a big help for us. Located 10min drive from City.
Lobby/dining area very grand. Olde world/medievil decor. Lovely. Bedroom (we had large double), let it down as were a little dated. Tv had cable tv with 2 English news channels.

Alt fungerede perfekt fra det øjeblik vi ankom. Meget venlig receptionist, yderst hjælpsom. God parkering i kælderen. Værelset var velindrettet og rent. Gode senge og dejligt badeværelse. Restauranten serverede virkelig lækker mad til fair pris. Anbefaler gerne det hele.

La habitacion bien, el desayuno normal, aunque creo que cobrar 5€ por unos huevos revueltos es pasarme mucho cuando cualquier hotel hoy en dia lo pone en el desayuno, mas si ya vale 8€, asi que fue algo que no me gusto.

Por lo demas normal para una noche si vas por trabajo.

Nos alojamos en una suite. Estaba muy limpia y era muy amplia. Nos obsequiaron con dos botellas de agua y una botella de cava (fantástico).

El desayuno: había de todo lo típico en este tipo de establecimiento. Cafes, zumos, bollería, fiambres, tostadas, huevos...

Puntos negativos: las vistas de la ventana dan al tejado de una nave industrial. En el mundo en que vivimos tendría que haber enchufes en las mesitas de noche para cargar móviles u otros dispositivos.

La colazione costa 7 euro, dispone di una buona scelta, croissant buonissimi, ma 7 euro a persona è piuttosto cara, considerando la tariffa per la sola notte è già 60€
Si trova in una zona industriale, lontano dal centro.
Va bene se come noi, pensate di spostarvi da Toledo verso Madrid
Il ristorante eccellente, non proprio economico ma si mangia benissimo e il personale è molto gentile, più che alla reception direi.

Buen alojamiento a muy buen precio. Las habitaciones son amplias y están en buen estado. Aunque el hotel está a las afueras del pueblo en una zona de pabellones, tiene muchos restaurantes y bares para comer y cenar. El hotel está muy cerca del centro en una zona tranquila, silenciosa y de fácil aparcamiento.
