Everything was good and clean, staff was cool but the walls are so thin. You can hear everybody having sex and playing music, coughing and snoring through the night plus the bar out front people make a lot of noise at night.

Mi family and I spent the worst eleven days of our vacation in this hellish hotel that lacks the minimum conditions to ensure the welfare of its guest. The employee at the reception called Paula is a bitter young woman, she never responds at the greeting nor gives thanks, much less good morning or good afternoon. The bathroom emanates nauseating smell that forces you to sleep with the window open spite the hot. The first two days the toilet did not work and although we put the claim, it took two days to repair it. The towels that were once white are now yellow. If you need to stay in Valdemoro, Spain, do not waste your time looking at this hotel or you will spend the worst days of your life. I tried for one week to talk to the manager, he never was on the hotel, at the end a guy who heard our complains, specially about the receptionist's very bad attention. The guy listened but as it nothing had happened, he did not care about our claims.

Expedia scammed me

This hotel was listed as a 3 star on Expedia, so trusting their standard I quickly booked it without looking more into it. I pulled up to it late at night and to my dismay it was a 2 star in the slums of Madrid. Parking was promised - of course there was no available parking onsite. On top of that I had the most uncomfortable stay. There were sketchy people walking around the hotel at odd hours, noises, poor excuses for beds. Expedia also mentioned breakfast was included (it wasn’t - had to end up paying the front desk an additional 15 euros). Never trusting Expedia’s word again.

It is clean, has parking, internet. The experience was a bit spoiled by the kids congregating at the pub below. Mind you it was Friday night and hotel can not really help it. Maybe wekdays it is quieter.

Temiz ve sıcak bir odada ailecek rahat bir gece geçirdik. Otoparkının olması çok iyi. Bir gün önce Barcelona'da arabamızın camı kırılıp çantalarımız çalındığından otopark konusu bizim için tercih nedeni oldu.
Tek sorun odaların ses yalıtımı çok kötü. Yan odada çok gürültücü bir çift vardı. Onlar birazbrahatsız ettiler.
Yolu düşenlere tavsiye ederim.

Muy ruidoso frente a un pub que un miércoles hasta bastante tarde tuvo mucho jaleo en la calle. Luego esos mismos estuvieron en el hostal otra hora más. Se escucha cualquier ruido de las otra habitaciones y pasillos. Que se barato no es excusa para que pase esto. De madrugada al final pasó alguien de recepción para pedir silencio. M gusto la ubicación y la limpieza. La habitación con un espacio suficiente y la cama cómoda.
No me gusto nada q no dispusiera la ventana de una persiana xq cuando amanece, las cortinas x muy opacas que sean entra bastante luz por los laterales.
El ascensor no funcionaba y me toco subir 4 plantas cargado de maletas x las escaleras (al menos se podrían haber ofrecido ellos a hacerlo). Y por último para darle un poco mas de colorido a la habitación tienen las luces de emergencia dentro de las habitaciones y cuando apagas la luz eso ya parece un puti. Si no hubiera otra cosa lo cogería, pero si se puede coger otro hotel lo haría.

Es un hotel bastante discreto. Baño pequeño, aunque limpio. La habitación no estaba tan limpia, con suciedad en las esquinas... Se oye todo lo que se habla en las habitaciones contiguas.
El precio es lo mejor porque es muy barato e incluye el desayuno.
Para no tener que permanecer en la habitación y solamente dormir una noche, es suficiente.

För hård säng för min del, och för hög kudde. Perfekt för de som gillar hård säng.
Läget är utmärkt, och bra parkering på innergården. Gick att ställa upp värmen på elementet till önskad temperatur, och luftkonditionering finns för varmare perioder.
Rätt så lyhört, så om man är känslig för ljud när man ska sova bör man ha med sig öronproppar.
Glömde säga till om rum som ingen rökt i, så det luktade inte så gott på mitt rum.
