It was an excellent place to stay.
Far away from central Madrid. The easiest way to move around it's having your own transportation. Public transportation is kind of far (20mins walking)
The property was just waht we needed. Clean and quiet.
The receptionist Maria was a great help, very informative. She showed us how to get to the places wee need to go.
Breakfast menu has multiple choices.
All staff were very professional.

Some inconveniences word that the train is about 20 minute walk, and that an uber to the main city of Madrid is about 30 minute drive. Staff at front desk was indifferent. Room was OK, breakfast was good. The hotel is in the middle on nowhere, an industrial area. It's 15-20 minute walk to the train station. If you have a car then it's 5 minute drive and free parking. Train into center of Madrid is fast and inexpensive.

Small rooms

The rooms are so small that you can't move much when you suitcases are there. The room and bathroom are clean . The only thing is the tv channels have 2 english channels. 1 doesn't work and the other one give a static image. Just to stay for 1 night i think it is fine but for more days you should find something with more space for a family of 4

Location is not convenient to anything. I thought I was going to be in Madrid but really was just in an industrial area with nothing nearby. Even an Uber to the mall was a painful experience. Also, because we weren't in Madrid, finding English speaking people was much more difficult. The hotel and staff were very pleasant and clean. The location of the hotel is my only complaint. When I inquired about the shuttle to the airport the front desk said they had no idea what I was talking about. Uber to the airport was about €60.The Expedia and and said shuttle was available.

Good out of town hotel.

It’s a good hotel situated out of town about half an hour from Madrid.
We had to park in the road because we couldn’t find a carpark - but we arrived late and maybe should have looked harder! Breakfast was good and the room was as expected. We drove into Madrid easily and have a great weekend!

It was difficult to find the hotel at night. No proper signs and no lights in building. Very difficult to spot it from street and driving.
Room was ok. But bed was too hard.

Fantastic hotel and staff, but a little far

We were in Madrid for 3 days for vacation. Guillermo and the entire front desk staff were extremely helpful. Our room preferences did not come through correctly, and my wife and I were given a room with two small separate beds. They happily switched us to a room with a larger bed. The hotel is extremely clean, and they offer breakfast and dinners most nights. It is in a quiet area which is great for sleeping, but not necessarily convenient if you do not have a rental car. The location is outside of the area of Madrid that is serviced by metros and buses, and it is about a 15 minute walk to the nearest train station. The c5 train does run to Atocha station which has connections to pretty much everything else in Madrid and Spain for that matter

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. There isn't a whole lot of things around the hotel. The train station is a 10 minute walk. We had some pretty heavy luggage that made the walk difficult. There is a mall across the highway with some fast-food restaurants but not much more than that.

As a whole, we enjoyed our stay, especially for the price. However, I may try a different place next time just to broaden my own horizons.

Good for late arrival / 1 night stay.

The hotel was fine if staying to sleep. We arrived in Madrid late and needed a fairly inexpensive, but decent place to stay for 1 night, and the Holiday Inn Express Madrid-Leganes fit the bill just fine.
The area surrounding the hotel didn't seem too inviting therefore I elected to pay the small fee to have my rental kept in the private secure lot instead of on the street.
The neighborhood also offers close to zero on selection of restaurants. There is a mall near by with a food court but other than that - nothing close by.
The hotel lobby was clean, but carpet in the hallways were stained badly and in need of replacement. Fortunately the room itself was clean.
I'd recommend for a late arrival / 1 night stay only, but not for exploring Madrid.

Perfect, big surprise !!!

As every year, we are going to Madrid to go to Warner Park.
Always we look for a hotel to stay the whole family with realición good quality / price. And this has been the best so far without doubt. Great quality price 61 € per night 4 people ¿Who could ask for more ???

perfect bathroom with good lighting. Only we had a little mishap with the bathtub. My wife slipped and a leg .... lucky that was not hit. Maybe I should have some anti-skid system as it can be a problem for other guespedes. It has a perfect light blue courtesy ...

Breakfast plentiful and quite correct. Fruit, pastries, yogurts (even skim) milk coffee, sausages ....
The dining room is a little small first thing in the morning when all visitors agree Warner breakfast with the children, although the hotel warns us to avoid the hours of more competition.

Free wi-fi in all the hotel..

In short, a hotel that coming back on family trips to Warner !!!

Awesome customer service!

I was having difficulty using my US credit cards to pay the cab driver, and the night manager went above and beyond to help me. She paid the cab driver and had another employee drive me to the ATM.

What a pain to find, possibly didn't help that we had been severely delayed on our ferry and we were very tired. However, thanks to some very kind local policemen we got an escort to the hotel. The receptionist was surprisingly chipper considering it was 03:30. The room was spacious, with decent enough wardrobe and big bathroom. Tea and coffee were vile. Comfy bed, we couldn't work a/c out, but being we were shattered we didn't call down to get help, just went to sleep instead. Breakfast was pretty good (fortunatley better tea and coffee than in the room!), good selcetion of juices, pastires and meats etc.... Pretty good value for just under £40 a night. Would suggest that the hotel put a few signs up to direct you in though!

great service and great staff

The people working here were great and very helpful. Got us all the information we needed to visit Madrid by train. Train is the way to go. 5 min drive from Hotel there is a station with free parking. The food was very good for breakfast and dinner.

Great hotel, about 10-15mins walk to the train station so you can get into madrid central easily, friendly and helpful staff, breakfast was ok not much choice especially if you're lactose intolerant :(, not much surrounding the hotel so for entertainment you will have to get on that train!
