I had a fantastic time at Ibis Getafe. The hotel is only a ten minute walk to the metro/train station into the city centre. Local amenities like shopping centre and restaurants also in close proximity. The service at the hotel was also excellent. The breakfast is very good as well. I would recommend to anyone looking to visit Madrid to stay at the ibis Getafe.

Good value for money hotel in Getafe. It's not glamorous, but one is not paying through the nose for it.

There's a Lidl nearby for groceries, and an on-site bar/café. The local pan-Asian restaurant, Dragon Kitchen, is really good value for money.

My favorite part of the hotel was the lobby area. It’s has place to chill and bar. Which is also the same area they offer breakfast. The breakfast is very good and has a lot of variety. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is like 10-15 mins ride to the center.

3 nights at Getafe Ibis Hotel. The room/s are cleaned on a daily basis, between 10:00 a.m-12/01 p.m in the afternoon.

It is far from the Madrid centro, but you can take a bus/metro cercanias, as the cheapest way to get around.

Ibis hotel offers food in the morning, as well as other dishes, however, bear in mind that food is available on the basis of what is requested.

I had a great time and I hope to get back there again.

You need to walk about 10 minutes to train station for another 30/35 minutes ride to centre. There were no availability within our budget in centre town due to national holiday. Hotel was OK if not for the commuting distance.

Stayed one night en route from Santander to Southern Spain. Rooms and ensuite are good size and very clean. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. And air con worjed well.
Location of hotel is good and parking was easy.
There's a restaurant with limited food choices. This is an area the hotel could improve upon in my opinion.
Staff friendly and helpful. We stayed on our return back home and would stay here again.

Great relation between quality and cost, the hotel is located near Madrid and it is super easy to go to
Downtown Madrid. There is a supermarket close by, easy to park (super plus because Madrid area is chaotic). All the facilities of the hotel are super nice and they have a 24h bar/cafeteria. My only complain that I could give 5* was my room had some smoking smell and I booked non smoking room. Not a big deal since we only used the hotel to take a shower and sleep. Staff was supportive and friendly.

The hotel was good. Rooms were clean. Issue with toilet was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Breakfast was extra but plenty of choice. Only issues were with check in. Ours took forever and seemed ridiculously confused. A friend checked in late and when attempting to check out and pay the hotel had already charged my card. This led to untold complications since he lives in a different country to me and neither of us understood what had happened.

What a pleasant stay at a bargain price!

It's a very pleasant stay for me. This is the best Ibis Hotel, I have stayed so far. I got there by taxi from the airport, it cost €45, the return was €38. I chose this hotel as it's close to the Madrid Centro which can be reached by the C4 Renfe trains. Train station is just a 10min. walk. The room was large enough, very quiet and comfy despite the autoroute, there wasn't any noise from outside. The bathroom was also very clean and nice. It had a 42\" LCD TV with international channels. They had a very kind and friendly housekeepers, the staff was also very helpful. I liked the breakfast a lot, variety of daily and fresh food. Everything was fine about this hotel.. I had no problems or negative issues. There was also a supermarket near it.

All Ibis hotels are good value for money.

We often stay here. It is a convenient stopping point when driving South from Santander and is dog friendly. The staff are pleasant and helpful and the beds are very comfortable. The only negative point is the standard of food for the evening meal which is reasonably tasty but is frozen and re- heated. Having stayed here several times, we have never found anywhere in the area that serves good food. The available food outlets only serve tapas and burger type meals.

Me he quedado en este hotel después de una intervención médica para estar cerca del Hospital de Getafe. El personal ha sido muy amable. El espacio común es acogedor. Las habitaciones son cómodas; agradezco que sean camas dobles de verdad, y no dos individuales juntas. El Wi-Fi va bien, lo cual se agradece mucho para ver Netflix sin problemas. Lo único que modificaría: las duchas están un poco descuidadas.

El personal de recepción súper amable y el check in muy rápido (pocos sitios dejan como aquí hacerlo a las 12:00). Entorno tranquilo, con facilidad de aparcamiento y supermercados. Habitación correcta, con todo lo necesario, limpia y exterior. Cama cómoda. Merece la pena coger desayuno (madrugadores desde las 4:00 y fin de semana hasta las 12:00). El PERO para no tener 5 estrellas es el servicio de limpieza. No pasaron a hacer la habitación ni cambiar las toallas (solo dan una de ducha por persona, no de lavabo) a pesar de estar puesto el cartel para ello desde las 11:45 y me pone de excusa la limpiadora que lo he rechazado para una causa benéfica (que no he pagado ni aceptado ni me han informado) y luego que el cartel no estaba puesto para hacer la habitación (si lo estaba y ahí seguía por la noche), que alguien le daría la vuelta dos veces (surrealista). Lo comuniqué en recepción, me dieron la razón y me pidieron disculpas. Quitando eso, merece la pena reservarlo y volver para pasar un fin de semana en Madrid. Muy buena calidad/precio

En general el hotel está bien, se puede aparcar y aunque es muy grande, se descansa relativamente bien. Lo que es escandaloso son los precios del bar-restaurante (1/3 Mahou 3,25, Gin-tonic 12€, carta cena muy pobre y cara igual que el desayuno.
