I got there on Friday afternoon and there was no manager on duty because of Friday and wouldn’t be one till Monday.
The receptionist was a very young girl with no experience and there were more than 15 people in line to get their rooms!!!
She wouldn’t give us what we reserved and wanted to give us a room with 2 separate beds!
After shouting and screaming, we managed to enter what we booked.
Stay away and forgo there!

It's quite possibly the worst hotel stay I've ever had. Paper thin walls, doors slamming at all hours of the night, misleading photos of rooms/amenities, ripped bed sheets, no functioning TV, and worst of all, lumpy beds. Regardless of it's convenient location it offers nothing else. At this price I could've stayed at the Ramada and gotten some actual sleep with 0 else.

This hotel is convenient coming off the motorway if you don’t want to drive into Madrid.. still quite a bit of traffic in the morning though. Reception staff excellent gave great info for getting train into Madrid and called us a taxi to take us to the train station in Pinto .. fare into Sol Madrid 5.80 return I think

The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping mall and near the highway. There´s plenty of free parking available. The rooms are clean, spacious, and fairly updated. The minibar is nicely stocked with refreshments and snacks. But I have to give this hotel a below average rating because their WiFi is extremely horrible. The WiFi was so bad, that simply waiting for an email or web page to load was test of patience. I will not stay here again simply because of the poor WiFi

Stayed here as only value option available during Champions League Final when the rest of the city had ridiculous prices. Reasonable cab journey from city centre in an industrial area with not much nearby, however this suited us perfectly.

Hotel was clean and room ok but the service was bad the staff were so over stretched that resulted in long wait for drink and food. Breakfast service was also bad with coffee machine not working properly. Overall very disappointed as we have stopped in many Eurostar hotels and always been excellent.

I have stayed in Spain for two weeks.This is the worst hotel I have seen.
I have chosen this hotel because of the 4 star rating and the free parking
OH boy! what a mistake.

not very nice staff.I dont want to say rude but this is kinda of normal in Spain.
They don't speak English (normal in Spain)
Room looked okay until I checked underneath the bed sheet.we found BED BUGS.
when I complained to the receptionist.she came to the room and flipped the mattress!

for those who dont know what bed bugs are?
It is very sneaky bug that hides and sting you when you are sleeping.
these bugs will not leave you unless you will get full treatment by a professional.

back to my story,
then I told her I need to leave the hotel but she insisted to show me a different room.just what? there was bug there as well.
I had to check out after 45 mins of my check-in.

Comfortable room but forget the rest!

This hotel was selected as a half-way stop between Nerja and Salamanca. An obvious business hotel but without the usual facilities expected, e.g. A bar and a decent dining room. The staff were far from professional and the food available in the dining room was worse than a roadside cafe, served by a young woman who had no idea about how to manage. It was truly abysmal! Comfortable room but that alone would never tempt us to stay there again.

We booked this hotel purely for it's location, halfway point in a north / south trip of Spain. The reception staff were welcoming and the facilities were modern and adequate, that is all the positives done with! The climate control in the room room was not working, the cafeteria staff were surly, and the food is positively overpriced (13€ for a burger and a small sliced potato). This is an hotel that we would not visit again.

absolutely recommended

probably the best room we had on our road trip through spain. Beautiful room, fabulous king size bed. Price very reasonable. really easy to find off motorway providing you look for AH hotel sign not Eurostar. Apparently this should be rectified soon. Take an image of the hotel and it is easy.
Very helpful staff. Loved it. Great shopping centre across the carraigeway but easily done on foot about 20 mins. Great shoe shops!!!

The hotel was very good. The room was also very good and the beds comfortable but the standard in the dining room was dreadful. The menu was very poor. We both had fish. My husband has to send his back as it was off. We thought the dining room standard for a 4 star hotel was extremely bad.

I gave this hotel 5* for everything because it accomplished exactly what we were looking for and what was advertised. Parking was simple and free and the rooms were spacious (by European standards) and clean. We didn't stay for breakfast as we had to catch a flight the next morning, but were very satisfied with the hotel.

No surprises, good hotel

There were no surprises as we were aware that the hotel was out of town. Although we did have a car, we
preferred to take the bus which stops just up the street from the hotel and on the other side of the overpass
when returning from Madrid. From there you have the option of taking the subway or walking approximately 40 minutes to the centre of Madrid. We preferred to walk and try out the local cafes along the way. We do recommend
the 'Hop on, Hop off' buses if you don't want to miss a thing. We only stayed four nights and would have loved
to stay longer in this beautiful city.

The hotel was fine but located in the middle of nowhere. The only exciting place was the Outlet walking distance 5 min walk. You have to take a bus to the train station about 10 mins away and then catch the train to the city of Madrid. Remember to check the schedules in the evening back to the hotel, or you may find yourself stranded looking for a taxi because the last bus was before midnight.

Very Bad Nights Sleep

One of the worst nights sleep in a hotel ever. The sounds carry from neighbouring rooms. I was woken by someone having a shower (it sounded like they were in the room showering) and then by someone sneezing! I am not a particularly light sleeper but the noises were literally if the person was in the room with you. Walls are paper thin. The cleaners also started cleaning very early. We were kept awake from 4am to 9am when we finally gave in and got up. We complained about the noise but wasn't offered anything at all.

The hotel was exactly what we wanted - very close to the motorway - in the southern environs of Madrid - easily located. Accommodation of a high standard - even honoured the promise of two executive rooms and a bottle of champagne for each We were offered underground parking but chose to park right by the door to reception which seemed perfectly safe. Staff efficient and helpful. Restaurant food was a little pricey

Overall good for the price. Free wireless was not the fastest but working. Convenient free parking. Rooms have enough space and are well maintained. Next to a highway, so noise could be an issue. Have not tried breakfast (additional fee). Not easy to find on the first try as it has \"NH Hotels\" all over on the outside.

Excellent choice for those with a car.

I'm not a huge fan of the ultra modern style of this hotel. It feels rather cold and stark. The other issue that is related, is the choice of materials that were used in finishing the interior. Everything has a hard smooth finish and there is absolutely no carpet anywhere in the building. This can create some noise problems.

For instance, we were on the first floor at the end of a very long hallway quite far from the lobby, but because of all the hard surfaces, we could hear voices as if they were right outside our door. It wasn't so bad because we spent most of our time downtown, not in the room.

Having said all that, I really can't complain. The price was excellent and, with our car, we were very close to a \"Cercania\" station for cheap rides into the city. BTW, if you choose to do the same, I recommend using the \"Getafe Industrial\" station, not the \"Pinto\" stn. They are about equal in distance from the hotel, but Getafe Industrial is just inside the next zone so it's a cheaper fare, plus you will have fewer parking problems.

Convenient to motorway for overnight stay

This was our third overnight stay in the past year, for breaking the journey to and from the south of Spain. The staff are helpful and pleasant and the hotel very clean and comfortable. Our only minor niggle is that the room lighting is rather dim, and we have problems adjusting the air conditioning to get the room cooler. In the end, we just turn it off. 24deg is too hot to sleep in.

very modern and well decorated hotel. Staff who make any issues seem like nothing and try to solve them as quick as possible. i really enjoyed my stay. sofas and armchairs in the rooms made it more relaxing and the size and comfort of the bed was amazing. i would definately recommend it.

Maybe at the time, this was a 4-star hotel, but not anymore. The executive suite has a bed made of springs and a terrible pillow. Terrible back pain. Despite this, the room is nice and allows one to relax. Nice restaurant service. Breakfast was generous in variety, but the quality didn't seem that good.

El hotel es carísimo para lo que ofrece (entorno feo en un polígono), lo único bueno es que está cerca del parque Warner. Las habitaciones apestaban a tabaco añejo y había quemaduras en las cortinas, a pesar de estar prohibido fumar.
El baño estaba anticuado y con el suelo de la bañera abollado y la silicona de las juntas marrón.
El domingo tras el check out la terraza al lado de la entrada principal estaba sucísima con vasos y botellas sucias en las mesas (eran las 11:30). El personal correcto, sin mucho más. Lo bueno el parking gratis y el acceso rápido a la autovía y un centro comercial cercano.

Habitaciones modernas, amplias y limpias. El baño tenía de todo lo necesario (geles, champús, cremas, etc). La atención al cliente muy eficiente y correcta. Por poner un defecto sería que la habitación estaba orientada hacia la autovía y , a pesar de que estaba bastante insonorizado, se oía el paso de los vehículos.

En general la experiencia fue normal. Es una habitación normal sin extras. Con una pequeña nevera, la televisión tiene canales ramdoms que puedes ver en otros idiomas pero solo un par de cada. El servicio fue muy amable. Dispone de parking privado para la habitación pero no le dimos mucho uso ya que hay otros espacios para aparcar de forma menos compleja. La puerta del armario no iba muy bien y se atascaba cada dos por tres. La ubicación tampoco es idonea si no tienes coche, porque se encuentra en mitad de la carretera.
