Ideal para quem vai de carro

O hotel atende a expectativa, porém fica muito longe do centro de Madrid e não tem transporte público próximo, obrigatoriamente há necessidade de contratar um táxi ou Uber para chegar até a estação de trem mais próxima , Gastano de 10 a 15 EUR e de lá fazer 3 baldeações para se chegar ao centro +- 1h20.

The property itself is pretty cool, the staff is friendly and there is a restaurant onsite with a limited menu available 24 hours a day. This is needed as the location isn't ideal, because there isn't any restaurants or attraction in close walking distance.

This place was excellent for our stay. The room was great and the staff is even better. They go out their way to make sure all your needs are being met. The hotel is ideal if you have a vehicle because it is far away from public transportation. The closest metro station is about 3.5 Km from the hotel. Overall, I would stay in this place if I ever comeback to Madrid.

The parking lot is a mess. There is not enough spaces for the cars and they do not take down license plates in the customers double parked her car taking up two spaces and you get trapped in. It is an awful mess. The management needs to take down license plates for people that double park and block other cars. It is completely awful.

Did what it says on the tin.

This was a functional overnight stay so deliveted what we wanted, with a few nice extras: the check in and out personnel were very pleasant, efficient, and friendly, and the on site restauranr convenient, especially as the hotel's location makes it difficult to access any alternative food sources.
We chose to return to this establishment as we knew it would provide what we needed at a fair price and reliable standard.

Functional comfort

This was essentially a functional stay, an overnight stop to attend an event. It fit the bill perfectly, with the additional bonus of us being able to get something to eat on the premises on a bitterly cold night.

Not a good first impression.

There is no lobby or front desk. You walk into a bar/cafe and the bartender has to holler at a girl who comes out from the back with a cell phone to check you in. All credit card processing and passport scanning is done on the cell phone. This does not seem like a very secure process.
Once you get to your room, the spare bed is folded up and locked into the wall. You then have to go back into the eating area and ask the same girl to come into your room and unlock the bed.
I would not stay here again. It would be worth spending a little bit more to stay at a real hotel.

Deffinitley not recommended. Us and 4 other people alone who checked in with us on the day have had their stay ruined by the horrible staff, dirty hotel!

Do not stay here, stay at the ibis Alcala which is about 15-20 mins up the road. So much better.

Nice staff but noises at night and far from city

The hotel and staff are nice. On first night, some one kept knocking our door for very long and said sorry when we opened and he kept doing that all night.
The hotel is far from city, with no bus transport nearby. You need a taxi to get to a station if you want to go anywhere, so expensive and not conveniently located.

Good hotel for a night with a car

We stayed one night. Two adults and one child. The mattresses of the beds were good. The room is small. There was some dust in the room, especially under the beds. The satellite signal of the TV wasn't good. It wasn't possible to watch the TV. The personal was nice. A nice restaurant room but unfortunately they had only frozen food and some green salad. So without car if you want to have a nice lunch you need to have a car. The taxi costs 60 EUR to go to the airport. Attention, it takes 1-1.5 hour to go there in the morning.

Useful stopover

Nice friendly hotel. Clean, good beds and shower. All in good condition. Convenient stop over en route between Bilbao and Malaga. In an industrial estat so not somewhere you would want to spend your day, but ample free parking.

J’avais réservé cet hôtel, mais à mon arrivée, il n’y avait pas de chambre disponible. On m’a demandé de payer 35 € de plus que le prix initial pour avoir une chambre, ce qui m’a obligé à réserver ailleurs en urgence.

Très décevant : aucune solution proposée et un manque total de considération pour les clients. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

It may be good for people who has a car. Public transportation is not easy. Without using a taxi it was impossible to arrive at Fuenlabrada center, which is approximately 20 km to the Madrid center. At Fuenlabrada center, there is train station. The hotel as an isolated place is good, but location is not preferable for people who wants to use public transport.
