Check in fue terrible, estuvimos 1 hora de Reloj para que nos dieran habitación, solo una persona atendiendo y una lentitud que no había visto nunca en ningún Hotel.
Por lo demás todo correcto y limpio, pero nos cortó el rollo venir cansados y tener que estar 1 hora esperando en recepción.

Excellent stay, nice & quiet and big rooms. Just a couple of things for anyone staying to note -
They charge to use the kitchen, which was a hit odd, although they provided everything once you stayed.
The rooms are getting a bit tired, ours had a shower that wouldn’t stay up, and some of the fixtures and fittings were tired/broken.

great hotel with convenient shopping centre within a few meters. Rooms were a good size and even had a lounge. Breakfast had a limited selection of hot food but overall quality was fine. Downside is that its a good 15min tricky walk to the train station which has bus connection to Warner Park. Taxi from hotel to park will cost €18 each way. Not much else to do in Pinto.

No issues, a modern hotel. Restaurant was disappointing. Next to a shopping mall and a few bars over the road. Located in a small suburb of Madrid. Would not want to stay more than one night.

Not impressed with this hotel at all

was not impressed with this hotel - free wifi signal was so weak unable to connect. In the room there are facilities for self service i.e. cooker fridge but no cultery, plates, pans etc we didn't even have tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast was again nothing special and I couldnt understand with this rating of hotel why there were no teaspoons for coffee etc only plastic sticks in the restaurant. There were no iron or iron boarding it was just a bare room and an expensive one at that

Fantastic Hotel

stayed here to facilitate our visit to Parque Warner. We stayed here in July 2013 and found it to be a great hotel, very clean, comfortable and excellent staff and 4 star luxury at a 1 star price, so decided to book again as it was in the perfect location to have easy access to the parque, it was just the same excellent standards we got last visit. and we will definately be staying there next time we visit Pinto

Even i dont get the 10% voucher, i still have to read a review, and please post it.

It is actually a complaint. The hotel is miles away, but thats fine. The hotel itself is 4 star and got a living room in the room and a kitchen.

The worst part was the service, the rooms smell really bad of cigarette.

If i could post photo here, u would be able to see how dirty the room was, there was a lot of hairs and hairs from private area on the floor, AND IN THE BED, man! i find that out on the last day!..

On my last day, at around 10:30, the cleaner opened my door and i was in the shower, i was like! the check out time was 12.

I could hear the cleaner outside talking to each other complainting, so not pofessional! And so rude!

I would never stay there again and would NOT recommand anyone.

to HOTELS.COM: please delete this hotel from your list, it just lets u down!

Excellent, spacious value-for-money 4 star hotel

Stayed at this hotel in Pinto for 1 night. The room is spacious and very comfortable. It also has a kitchenette. The bathrooms are amazing and it also had radio output.

Highly recommended for a stay. It is very affordable. I also changed from three nights to one night and the stay were flexible to accomodate.

The room WiFi and breakfast could have been better. But overall, a great value-for-money hotel.

Perfect Place To Stay On The Way

This is a very modern and beautifully equipped hotel. The town of Pinto is small and sleepy but it was the perfect place for use to stop for the night between Bordeaux, FR and Granada, ES. I'm sure it was because we were there during the off season but the prices were excellent and the staff were very accommodating. Breakfast buffet was great as well.

This is a very modern and beautifully equipped hotel. The town of Pinto is small and sleepy but it was the perfect place for use to stop for the night between Bordeaux, FR and Granada, ES. Alojamiento muy limpio y tranquilo. La habitación es enorme y disponía de una pequeña cocina con nevera. Lavabo grande. A/C. A 15 min del Parque Warner Madrid. Cerca del hotel hay cafeterías y un centro comercial. Cené una noche en el restaurante del hotel y muy bien. Es fácil encontrar aparcamiento en la calle.

La habitación suite junior por debajo de las expectativas, tenía cocina y no la dejaban usar sin pago extra y eso no aparece cuando haces reserva, y luego coincidió con la feria de la ciudad y hasta las 4 de la mañana con música y mucho ruido que no nos dejó descansar
En recepción cuando hablamos sobre el tema del ruido las personas de recepción bastante antipáticas y muy pasotas
El aire de una de las habitaciones no funcionaba y hacía 41 grados en la calle
Íbamos de paso y hubiera esperado otra cosa

Buenas experiencia a pesar de la entrada tardía...

La llegada no fue como esperábamos ya que tuvimos que esperar hasta dos horas más tarde. Luego de esto, el hotel cuenta con todas las facilidades y ventajas de un 4 estrellas con habitación amplia con despacho separando dos pequeñas habitaciones con cuarto de baño en casa una y una pequeña cocina con frigorífico. Se echa en falta un microondas. Por todo lo demás, ok. Uno de los aires de nuestra habitación no funcionaba correctamente.

The room was large and comfortable. I never want to eat at the restaurant again, they forgot my son's food and added an extra soft drink to the bill. It was the bos who took our order and didn't even apologize for forgetting the last burger.

Nos alojamos en la suite de 3 habitaciones. Súper espaciosa y cómoda para alojarnos una familia de 6 personas. Bien equipada.
No obstante le hace falta una puesta a punto general. Se nota que las habitaciones llevan. ya unos cuantos años sin revisión profundas.

Zona tranquila con un centro comercial al lado con restauración, tiendas, cine. Fácil aparcar en los alrededores y buen acceso desde la A4. Ideal si vas de paso o quieres ir a Madrid y no te importa desplazarte un poco.

La estadia no ha sido lo que esperaba. EL apartamento 218 en la habitacion principal no se podia sacar el tapon de la bañadera. No salia agua fria por las canillas del baño. Reserve este hotel para festejar el cumpleaños de mi nieto y cenar en familia en el restaurante,pregunte a que hora se abria me dijeron a las 20 hs,
cuando nos dirijimos al mismo el mozo me dijo que estaba reservado por un evento.
Si me lo hubiesen dicho antes nosotros buscabamos otro hotel u otro restaurant,

Me gustó donde esta situada y los establecimientos cercanos y que puedes coger bus para la warner. El hotel no estaba mal, lo único que en el tema de la limpieza la limpiadora entró a la habitación cuando estabamos durmiendo y ese día cuando entro al irnos para hacer la habitación, no nos hizo el aseo, no se llevo ni las toallas ni nada que estaban usadas

Las habitaciones son grandes y están muy bien, y muy limpio. Como parte negativa, el mantenimiento está muy dejado, los aires acondicionados suenan muchísimo (lo digo en plural porque nos tuvieron q cambiar de habitación, en la primera q nos pusieron era imposible estar por el ruido del aire), hay cosas rotas como por ejemplo la ducha y está solucionada con un tapón de corcho…
El personal muy amable.

Zeer fijne accomodatie om te verblijven. Als we weer naar Madrid komen verblijven we zeker weer hier. We hadden een zeer ruime suite met 3 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers en een woongedeelte met keuken. Echt een hele fijne ruime en vooral schone plek om te verblijven met alle gemakken voorzien. Het personeel is ook zeer vriendelijke en behulpzaam. De bedden slapen heerlijk en de airco was ook heel fijn in deze hitte.
