Very comfortable & convenient hotel located in a mall. We had a nice balcony with a view of the central water feature. The front desk was very nice & spoke English well. The breakfast was decent. The room was spacious & clean. Parking is free & nearby, albeit rather tight! The mall is a decent place to shop, walk around & eat.

The location of the hotel was phenomenal with it being right in the hub of shopping and restaurant options, and it had a wealth of amenity options. The service provided was fantastic to both myself and my team coordinating it back from Edmonton and we would definitely use this property again.

The hotel is actually in a shopping mall. It has a separate parking lot but I had to wait until 11 pm aluntil the restaurant patrons left to move my car from the shopping mall to the hotel parking lot to avoid a ticket. GPS had trouble finding the place because it’s in a mall. The room had old beds. We were too tired to care though and it served its purpose as sleeping quarters.

It's 20 min away from the city, 20 min away from the airport which perfect. Shopping directly downstairs which is very convenient with loads of restaurants choices.

The hotel is a short walk to the metri and right at one of the entrances to probably Madrids best mall. Relatively quiet, but tou can walk in the mall and find all you need until past midnight. Its a good alternative to staying in centro area if you need to be on southside of the city. Breakfast is good, they will make anything you want if you ask like eggs. Staff is friendly, room cleaning is excellent. The girls take a disaster and organize everything like new even if you leave the room late. Hotel is small there is no gun, but there is about 50 mwtera away on side of mall you can join cheap per day.

Highly recommended. 15 ~ 20 minutes to the centre of Madrid by car. Very reasonably priced. Spotlessly clean hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good parking facilities. Excellent restaurant in hotel. Hotel is central to an enormous and busy shopping mall. The mall includes an Alcampo hypermarket, designer outlets, all sorts of fast food franchises, bars, IMAX cinema, 10 pin bowling alley etc. - You name it, it's there!

When we pulled up to the hotel we realised we got a great deal as it is in the middle of a big shopping mall!
On the second night we were a little thirsty and hungry around 1 am and there was nowhere open to go. The guy on the reception gave us coffee's and biscuits for free even though the bar was closed which was a great gesture!

Clean hotel in shopping mall in Madrid suburb
The hotel is located within a shopping mall which is open rather late at night (by American standards). The metro is an approximately 10-minute walk away. Other than the mall, there is not a lot to do within walking distance. However, it's easy to get around the city. Several of the hotel staff were able to answer my questions in English, which was a plus.

Hotel says its a four star but I would say it is a 3 star in terms of hotel bar it was closed, the quality of food was very low budget. The picture they market the hotel with does not show much for a reason. Coffee was cold as they do not have proper catering equipment to keep anything hot for their breakfast buffet.
Room tempature, they failed to let us know they crank up the heat at night during 70 degree weather!! My mother has asthma and it created an issue and lost an entire nights sleep as a result.

A great place to stay near Madrid centre
Our stay was excellent. The hotel was professionally run, clean and comfortable. Having the shops and restaurants all around was super as we did not have to drive at night and every convenience was there.
The DVDs may need updating as we had 2 and both were very scratched which meant they paused every so often, otherwise no complaints. The complimentary drinks was really great and very useful. The breakfast was delicious and the room was small with a friendly and rather charming feel. We would without doubt return as the value for money was exceptional.

This is a hotel in a shopping centre. Doesn't sound good does it? But, stay here. You WILL be surprised!

OVERRATED AND OVERPRICED
Compared to nearby hotels; Hotel Parquesur only advantage is its location into Parque Sur shopping center. There is no pool; no fitness center or gym (you can get a discount in a nearby one). My room was not clean as it should be. The cleaning lady entered my room at 9 AM even when the door was locked but hte next day did not clean it until 3 PM. The worst problem for business travelers that internet (included in price) disconnects every 30 minutes and you have to enter a new username and password to reconnect any time.

This hotel is much better than it appears! It is in the middle of a large shopping centre, however the faciliites of the hotel are really good. Each room has a free soft drink and water mini bar. Each room also has a DVD player with films available at the reception. The breakfast is really good with a good range of food and drinks available. The only down side is the lack of secure parking and the size of the lobby bar, which although comfortable is very small, with just a few chairs avialable.

The hotel is in the middle of a shopping centre, which was a surprise. However it is a very nice shopping centre, with a large pond with fountains that move to the music, just like outside the Bellagio in Las Vegas !Conveninent for the metro and for shopping.

I found the staff at the reception to be unhelpful. When I wanted to hire a car I was told I needed to sort it out myself. I feel that this hotel would only be suitable for business use, or by locals for functions. The limited English spoken caused problems. While I understand that I was in Spain, as a weekend break from England destination, this falls short. The location is too far from Madrid centre. Would suit shoppers who have a good grasp of Spanish

Die Zimmer sind sehr einfach und abgenutzt auf dem Balkon fehlen Stühle und Tische sowie Aschenbecher. Das Frühstück ist eher spartanisch, Saft nur aus dem Automaten mit Chemiepulver, Kaffee ebenfalls nur künstlich nicht natürlich gemahlen. Buffet für spanische Verhältnisse sehr einfach gehalten. auf der Balkonseite fanden täglich Bauarbeiten statt, die Arbeiter gingen direkt an den Zimmern vorbei.

Clerk at counter recognized this at the check-in and offered us an inside room which has no window to the exterior but it was super super calm which helped us to recover during the day and allowed a sufficient sleeping experience.
Bedroom and bathroom were comfortably big. Interior style old-fashioned but at least focus was laid on the festival and not on hotel comfort.
Once we decide to attend MadCool again we will chose this spot for sure.

J'ai réservé une chambre sur la base de la photo de vue d'ensemble avec le plan d'eau devant et également sur les photos des chambres.
J'ai eu une chambre sans fenetre, sans vue , juste une ouverture partielle sur un toit sans lumière du jour car le verre de la fenetre était brouillé car pas de vue...
D'autre part en bougeant un peu la télé afin de mieux la voir, je me suis rendue compte que le ménage n'était pas correctement fait , j'ai retrouvé des cheveux et des miettes sur le meube TV.
En ouvrant l'eau , elle avait une odeur comme si elle n'avait pas circulée depuis un certain temps dans cette chambre.
