Acta Piramides is an excellent hotel. The staff are very helpful and welcoming, the hotel is beautifully clean throughout and the breakfast is plentiful and delicious. The hotel is next to a metro station and bus stop, making it a convenient and easy 10 minute journey into the centre. The surrounding neighbourhood is well served with friendly bars and restaurants. An excellent stay, would definitely return.

The room was immaculate, spacious, lovely modern bathroom. However it’s not sound proofed and I was woken up by the lift, by cleaners, high pitched noises around 7am, so sleep wasn’t great. There’s a large gap under the door so they need to fix the sound issues.

Property is located so far away from anything. Although the metro is steps outside the door, there is ABSOLUTELY nothing, not even a coffee shop near the hotel so you must take at least a 10 min metro ride to arrive anywhere. Staff is rude. Rooms are extremely hot!!! Staff reports that they cannot lower thermostat lower than 73 degrees, so it makes sleeping difficult. Many guests complained of the heat and the hotel did nothing. There was no air circulation in the room or fans available. Also, and this is a big issue if you want to look presentable, you have to go to floor 2 to IRON your clothes!! Meaning, there are not individual irons in each room, but an “ironing” room that you have to get in an elevator from your room and go to the room to press your clothes. This makes getting ready in the morning difficult and time consuming. Whose idea was this? It seemed to me the hotel chain took every step to cut corners and minimize costs to make guests comfortable. I would not recommend this room. Oh, and the breakfast buffet was also sub-par and the hot food items were very cold.

It is a nice hotel with professional staff at the reception, all doors should be equipped with a rubber stopper to prevent the noise that 99% of the guests and staff produce by slamming them constantly, you can't rest with that noise. The cleaning crew should be more considered of the guests and also reduce their laud voices every single morning. Thanks

The night manager on duty around 3AM May 11th 2025 was un-helpful to phrase it mildly. After verifying that I was staying there for the following 3 nights, he proceeded to tell me that the lobby bathroom was only for patrons of the bar which opened at Noon and closed at 10pm. Second unhelpful behavior he engaged in was stating that there were no vacancies for the night of 10th to 11th. (My check-in was on 11th) Later, when he saw that I wasn't leaving the lobby he proceeded to write $231 EUR as the rate for the remainder of the night - and this was about 60 Euros higher than my nightly rate for the other 3 nights. It is possible that this was a more luxurious accommodation - he did not say other than to tell me that I would have to change rooms after the first night. Either way, nobody checked out between the time I asked for availability around 3 AM and his overpriced proposal around 45 minutes later. And this means that there was something available, yet he hid the truth and told a lie. I suffered greatly that night as a result of this behavior.

Dog dropping outside the property by the entrace was there when I checked in on Monday and it was still there when I checked out. Walls are thin. You hear the next door toilet and shower running. The floor plan layout is interesting and could be the reason for hearing the excess noise. Elevators needs renovation. The room is nice tho.

Enjoyed my stay here! Easily accessible with a metro and train station just outside and also lots of buses nearby. Luggage storage was convenient with self-storage lockers. Big, spacious room with plenty of space to open flat my medium hard-side suitcase. The bed was large and very comfortable. Rainfall shower and handheld combo worked well and the hand soap and shower gel smelled nice. I just wish the bathroom had an exhaust fan to minimize condensation from the shower (this doesn't seem to be a thing in Spain). Also, tissues, face cloths, and a kettle would be nice but I can make do without. Overall, a great hotel to stay at in Madrid and I would stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay at Acta Piramides. The property was well situated literately at the steps of the metro line, and also close enough for a reasonable walk into the center of Madrid. We really enjoyed that the property was close to the center but still felt quiet. The breakfast was quite good as well and the staff were friendly. We would absolutely stay here again.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, breakfast was always fresh and tasted great. it is right on top of the subway and train station, and there is a bus stop right up front. it makes the location very convenient but you also get some noise due to the foot traffic. The room were comfortable, and housekeeping did a great job keeping the place clean. Just take in consideration that you will need to keep your window closed as people smoke in front of the hotel and if your window is open it will get inside the room.

Our family of four stayed in the quadruple room for 4 nights. The room is a little too crowded for us (4 adults), but the king size large bed is nice and comfortable. Room is clean, we like the good water pressure with rain head shower. Service is good, they provide lockers free of charge, so we were able to leave our luggages when we arrived in the morning and come back to check-in in the afternoon. Bus stops and subway are right outside the building, but we just walked or took uber when we were there. Overall we enjoyed our stay here, but next time we will stay in a more central location.

I believe the property is advertised with soundproof rooms. It is not. But this was mostly an issue in the morning with doors slamming as people left for the day. We had 1 night with a neighbor who was on the phone all night which was very unpleasant. But the place is very clean and everyone was nice.

-the sheets/duvet thing were annoying as it’s a sheet, then a flat duvet in the middle then another sheet but the flat duvet isn’t inside a cover so it comes loose. i’m hoping it is washed after every use(?) as otherwise that’s not very hygienic

The room was also nice, clean and a decent size.
However the room was quite dark even with all the lights on and there wasn’t much natural light coming in, with the drapes open. Also the light in the bathroom was absolutely horrendous. I hope they will add an alternative light option. Preferably a more natural one.

Tive uma boa estadia no hotel. Fizeram a troca das toalhas diariamente conforme solicitado. Quarto amplo e com boas instalações Gostei do guarda roupas ser aberto e de ter um espelho de corpo inteiro. Só senti falta de uma chaleira elétrica. A localização, apesar de não ser central, é de fácil acesso por transporte público ou uber. A região é mais residencial e bem tranquila.
