Not your typical hotel (no bar / restaurant / breakfast) but the perfect location to explore Madrid. Really clean rooms, and finished to a high standard. Very good mattress, strong shower, and climate control.

Everything was very good. The hotel has an excellent central location with easy access to public transportation, including a direct metro connection to the airport. Most major historical sites are within walking distance. If you walk around 10,000 steps a day, you can easily see almost everything. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

It’s not a hotel, even less a boutique one. It’s a level in an apartment building, so very airbnb style, but without its advantages (no kitchen, no fridge). Tiny rooms. Very basic. OK for one night, but you may want to look for smth more comfortable for a longer stay.

This is a nice, safe, centrally located hotel. The rooms are very small but spotless and comfortable. The hotel is a perfect place just to rest after a day of sightseeing. Restaurants, shops, sites and the Metro are all just steps away. Friendly staff.

It's not really a hotel - it's a floor in an apartment building with small rooms. The room itself was very bare-bones, not even a chair to sit on. We were surprised that there was no tea or coffee available, nor even a way to heat up water! Kind of annoying when you are awake early and no coffee place is open nearby until 8 or 9 a.m. They should offer tea/coffee in the common area at least.
We also had no idea that there would be no one available to check us in after hours. They sent a Whatsapp link (with no explanation) that had links to open the front door. fortunately some other guests helped us get into the building and then we were able to get into our room.

The hotel was in a great location and the rooms newly renovated and attractive. The bathrooms were good and beds vety comgortable. The rooms need some basic equipment, like something to put your suitcase on, a benchtop or desk to put things on, tea making equipment.

The check in process was a disaster, confusing and did not work. Too many confusing emails, messages through Expedia and through WhatsApp. We ended up checking in with reception, which is open limited hours. They use an app instead of keys, which did not work, so when we returned once our rooms were ready, and reception had closed, we had dig through all the emails etc to find a passcode they had also sent. On finally getting into the hotel, I walked in on another guest because I had been given the wrong room number and passcode. We were able to sort this out over the phone. Going on the conversations we overheard with other guests, we were not the only ones having issues with rooms and the key app.

THe elevator to the 5th floor where the hotel is placed is a bit small and old, but fits in with the charm of the old world area! Right in the heart of everything!

L’hotel si trova in una posizione centralissima, a piedi ci si sposta facilmente ovunque, noi in tre giorni non abbiamo mai usato la metro, che comunque per chi ha problemi a camminare è vicinissima, anche per raggiungere l’aeroporto. La camera piccola ma nuova, pulita e dotata di ogni confort. Ottimo il box doccia spazioso! Molto gentile e cordiale il personale, ci hanno accontentato in tutte le richieste con grande professionalità e gentilezza. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura!

L’hotel é in una posizione centrale e perfetta per visitare Madrid. La stanza molto carina. Il grosso problema per noi è stata la mancanza di isolamento acustico, siamo due persone con sonno profondo ma non abbiamo passato notte senza svegliarci almeno 3 volte a causa delle persone che entravano in hotel, che non riuscivano ad aprire il portone per via del sistema tecnologico con app e quindi spingevano la porta, che camminavano nel corridoio, che guardavano la tv etc.
