Great location with easy access to tourist attractions, and there were bus stops nearby as well. There were also plenty of shops and restaurants around. The staff were helpful and the place was kept clean.

The pods themselves were clean, but they were very creaky. Every time I moved, they made quite a lot of noise, which made me worry about waking the person in the pod underneath me. The pods also aren’t soundproof, so you can hear other people in the room opening and closing lockers or moving around. Because of this, I felt quite conscious about making noise and found myself tiptoeing around to avoid disturbing others.

That said, I still preferred it to a regular open-room hostel, as the pods give you a bit more privacy than standard beds in a shared space.

My first impression was a 5-star stay: The check in was easy, the facilities were clean, aesthetically pleasing, and the kitchen was well stocked with tea, coffee, filtered water and a kettle.

However, it wasn't until we went to bed that we realized the pods were nothing more than fancy plastic boxes stacked on top of each other. There was very little sound insulation and you can hear everything outside your box. We were in the bottom pod and just like being in bunk beds, you can hear/feel whenever someone in the top pod moves. The worst part was that there was no a/c in the pods, just a little fan. So once inside, it quickly became quite hot. We ended up sleeping with our pod door cracked open. It's fine if you're a heavy sleeper or just staying 1 night. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend it.

This place is inly for an experience

The hotel is clean and private, but this is not good kind of capsule hotel. It only offer the box and nothing else. The box has very little air circulation and I could hear everything from outside and I felt uncomfortable just being in the box. I poured juice inside and it was another nightmare. I felt a bad person just asking for getting a new sheets.

It is a young traveller who wants to get an experience for the capsule box (not the real one) for over price. I would not use this again.

All in all, it is the location what makes this place a good choice. It is what is says in the tin. Personally, I prefer it to a bunk bed in a hostel because of privacy when you are in your \"box\" and epscially in vovid times. It is ckean and pleasant.

El personal muy amable! Super contenta con ello. Sin embargo, hay días en los que la temperatura de la cápsula no se regula bien y hace bastante frío (hablo del mes de diciembre), pero aún así podrían poder poner la calefacción para poder dormir mejor. La insonorización de la misma es bastante buena, en comparación con otros hostales de cápsulas en los que he estado. Y la limpieza muy buena en general. Recomendable si además quieres estar en pleno centro de Madrid ☺️

Hostel muito bem localizado.
Muito limpo, muito organizado.
Banheiros sempre estavam limpos, a cozinha e área de convivência também estavam muito organizado e limpo.
A cápsula de casal fica em um quarto com 4 unidades. Banheiro anexo bem grande.
Demos sorte de ter somente 2 meninas em outra cápsulas e eram bem quietas.
Vale muito a experiencia, ficamos 3 noites e valeu a pena.
Ae você levar azar de pegar alguém chato

Como yo que tuve temas con el pago de la app no me gustó q la cabina es muy ruidosa a cualquier movimiento y no funcionaban los adaptadores del usb, aunq si tenia para enchufe.

Uma experiência diferente

Eu nunca havia me hospedado em um Hostel, tenho certo receio, mas gostei da proposta de ser cápsulas individuais, que permite mais privacidade.
Sobre a cápsula, o colchão um pouco duro. Mas de resto atendeu minhas expectativas, consegui fazer o check-in cedo, pois já havia uma cápsula disponível.
O banheiro mesmo coletivo sempre estava limpo e a disposição. O ar condicionado dentro da cápsula funcionou bem, para um mês de setembro.
A localidade é muito boa, com certeza esse é um ponto forte. Próximo de várias atrações, restaurantes e bares. Na rua do Hostel tem um Carrefour 24 horas com preços atrativos. Tem uma estação do metrô a uns 5 minutos a pé.

The staff was nice!

The others in the room were super noisy and the cabins are not soundproof at all. Also really hot and the vent is really noisy. The mattress were no good.

Billig og supernice overnatting i Madrid

For et ryddig og rent og problemfritt opphold! Hvis du ikke er opptatt av glamour og fjas, men bare tak over hodet super sentralt i Madrid, så er dette stedet. Kapsler på rom med privat låsbar dør og egen locker for baggasje! I skikkelig Star Wars stil! Likte dette meget godt. 3 minutters gange fra T-bane og 5 min til fots til shoppinggate nr 1 i Madrid

Première fois de ma vie que je vois un hôtel d’une telle propreté ! L’odeur vous embaume de votre entrée à votre chambre. Incroyable, merci pour cela.
L’expérience a été bonne. Vous accédez à votre capsule avec un badge, le même qui vous servira à verrouiller/déverrouiller votre casier. Une serviette de bain est à votre disposition. À l’intérieur de la capsule vous avez de la lumière, des leds, la climatisation, des crochets pour vos affaires ainsi que des prises électrique.
Une cuisine est à disposition en « sous sol » avec des micro-ondes.
Sèche cheveux à disposition dans l’espace sanitaire/douche.
Très bon emplacement. Carrefour market à 2mn à pieds

Excellent staff, very central but very noisy

I appreciate the work of the receptionist DANIEL, warm welcome and efficient. Very central hostel, with subway next door, 24-hour supermarket, there is also coffee service, water, tea and free Wi-Fi, they also provide sheets and towels. The drawback is the noise, despite having the private capsule, you can hear everything, they should warn customers not to make noise after a certain time! Also the mattress is very bad and the noise to open the lockers.

Attente de 25mn à la réception au check in et au check out car personne.
concept intéressant de capsule, mais mal insonorisé. assez bruyant même avec boules quies.
dans la capsule pas d'espace pour les lunettes ou autres, pensez à prendre un sac pour les y suspendre sur un des deux petits crochets.
sinon c'était propre et avec un casier pour ranger ses affaires. la capsule et le casier fonctionnent avec la carte magnétique fournie à l'arrivée, donc pratique. plus d'intimité que dans un dortoir classique. capsule quand même spacieuse dans laquelle on peut être assis. système de lumière intérieur sympa avec miroir. le plus aussi, la consigne gratuite des bagages si on veut les déposer le matin.

Foi uma experiência maravilhosa, confortável e inteligente. Os funcionários foram muito agradáveis e solicitos. A cápsula, por si só, já é uma atração! Os banheiros são limpos, bem equipados e espaçosos. A cozinha também é bastante funcional, porém senti falta de um fogão para quem deseje fazer a própria refeição.. e também havia uma máquinas de lavar e secadora sob pagamento em aplicativo. O lado negativo era o calor, o ar condicionado não parecia ser suficiente, cheguei a acordar para tomar banho e voltar a dormir uma das noites… no verão deve ser pior.

El principal problema que he tenido ha sido que no se podía cerrar la puerta de la cápsula. Pese a tener un mecanismo de apertura y cerrado bastante obvio con la tarjeta, este no funcionaba. Y cuando fui a comunicar que no podía cerrarla, me dijeron que ninguna se puede cerrar y no me aclararnon nada más. Para poder dormir tranquilo acabé durmiendo pegado a la puerta para asegurarme de que nadie entrara sin yo enterarme.

Por el resto no tengo prácticamente queja era lo que me esperaba. Y aparentemente todo estaba bastante limpio.

La verdad es que me ha gustado, pero ocurrio un incidente y acabe muy insatisfecho
Nada mas llegar me dijeron que mi reserva era para otro dia, y tras enfadarme estando 1h esperando, me dieron la capsula \"que reservo\" otra persona. No entiendo como se permite reservar una capsula sin haberla pagado antes.
Por lo demas, a las noches se escucha todo el rato la apertura de puertas, eso deberian de quitarlo, es una locura la de veces que escuche el beep beep
La calidad de las capsulas me parecio muy basica... Son de plastico y se escuchan crugir de vez en cuando.
Comodidad simple, un colchon finito y pcoo mas, pero bueno estaba de paso para trabajo y cai redondo.

Sobre el tema de las instalaciones estan muy bien, tienen duchas en los baños y todo una ambientacion muy interesante.
Hay un comedor para uso en comun que tiene un frigorifico, microondas, lavadora y secadora (creo que son de pago) y un ambiente muy interesante

Pero a lo que vas es a disfrutar la capsula, que yo a lo recomendacion le subiria un pooc la calidad a las mismas, que no se note que son prefabricadas, por ejemplo un colchon mejor o algo por el estilo, y por ejemplo que cada capsula tenga una ambientacion diferente para que asi la gente vuelva para probar otro estilo.
