In Atocha, this apartment style hotel was close to shops, metro, steps away from Atocha Station, Museo dell' Arte Reine Sofia, and Museo Nacional del Prado and Retiro Park. It was a wonderful stay. We even got to enjoy the pool in March! The apartment had everything we needed to make breakfast in the morning, fridge, stovetop, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, and even a washer/dryer.

There’s a blackout curtain in the bedroom that was broken and completely came off the rods. It was never fixed. And the vertical blinds were bent, did not extend fully and some were missing. All of this resulted in no privacy in our rooms.

The apartment was perfect and very clean. Unfortunately massively let down by the check-in experience and misleading advertising of the pool. There is a 24hr check in kiosk that is advertised but when you get there it doesn't actually work so you have to go on a wild goose chase to find the emergency phone number and call someone. The receiption is only open for 2 hours while you are allowed to check in which is ridiculous.
Also note that the pool is only open while the reception is open so you can't use it at night after a long day.

En la avitacion no trabajaba el aire acondicionado y regresamos a la reseccion. Llamaron en el momento a mantenimiento y cuando regresamos ya estaban trabajando en el aire. Lo cual hera solo hacer un resets.

In this apartment!!! It was in good condition!!! The area was quite !!! Only service to change towels or take out the trash!!! They didn't do it. You have to keep the same towels for your stay or buy your own!!! But other than that, it was pretty good.

Really easy check in by the machine in the lobby, lovely room with a super terrace. Bed was very comfortable, seating area great and bathroom had everything we needed. Staff that we met were all friendly and helpful. Photos were, in the main, accurate although the pool area maybe looks a little more spacious than in reality - not a problem for us as we had such a great terrace 😊

We stayed at a 2 bdrm 2 bath apartment for the family of 4. The apartment is spacious and clean. The check-in staff was very helpful and nice. It's a short walk about 10min or less to Atocha train station, and a small supermarket right across the street is convenient for grocery shopping during our stay.

The apartment is conveniently located near the Atocha train station in Madrid, close to a metro stop and surrounded by plenty of restaurants. The staff were very friendly and communicative. The building has an elevator, and we were able to use the kitchen and washing machine. We would definitely stay here again!

The only problem was the underground parking, it took a lot of effort to enter and exit the extremely narrow ramps, but I think that is very common in Spain and not specific to this hotel, other than than, it was a very pleasant experience.

The automatic check in is a bit challenging and there was not blind on the living room window. As we had 2 people sleeping on the pull out it was very bright for them. There was also a lot of street noise. Overall nobody slept well.

We stayed in the property for 3 days and hot water was out on the 3rd night. The reception closes at 5pm so we ended up with no hot water that night and the next morning. We also had bad experience with coffee capsule supply. On the 2nd day we found there was no more coffee capsule so we went down to the reception office to ask for more and was told that we only get the first day coffee supply. This made me feel uncomfortable.

We had a great stay at the Eric Vokel Boutique Apartments. The check-in was very staightforward and the apartment was immaculately clean. Had we arrived before the check-in time there are lockers to store your belongings until the check-in time. There was everything we needed and more and the location was very close to the train station. Also very close to a metro station and nice cafes around to get breakfast if you didn't want to eat in. An excellent place to stay

Bathroom had amenities. Very close to two supermarkets and public transportation. Liked that some historical sites were nearby. The only issue I had was that the shower/ bathtub lacked safety grips in tub or a grab bar ( tub was slippery during shower).

Check-in was seamless, and the front desk staff was friendly—a rare and welcome surprise for this type of accommodation in Spain. The location was good in that it was close to the train station and fairly close to museums. Good restaurants were not close. Biggest complaint is regarding amenities. No clean towels or extras like coffee or toilet paper, which understandable for a long term stay. There were no paper goods (napkins, paper towels) either. For short stays, it doesn’t make sense to make guests purchase all of that for themselves.

Ideally located close to Atocha rail station and walking distance to museums, art galleries and Retiro park. With a family, it was great to have a small kitchen and washing machine. The stay was great, we booked a two bedroom and I missed that it had a garage, we did not have a car so we did not need the garage but if you do its great! The room was large with good AC and comfortable, we had 6 of us with 2 in each bed. The sofa bed was actually pretty comfortable, it is separated by thin wall from the one bedroom but we perfect for our family.
