Very good location and easy to find. Front desk staff is courteous, and is available 24 hours, making check in very easy. The double room was small, as expected, but everything was functional. It's an older building, but did the job. I personally found the bed and pillows much firmer that desired, but softer is a personal preference.

Thankfully had a private room but was in the loft and corridor with the homeless people and the smell was really really bad. Also made it look less safe as they seemed fairly drunk coming out of their bedroom. Didn’t go to the toilets at night as I was afraid to see them.

Private twin was pretty tight but tidy. WC could have been cleaned more often. And people were drinking and smoking in the men’s which was not good for my 14 year old son. On the booking site it said breakfast included but there was no breakfast ant the time we stayed. Overall I would recommend. The daily piano concerts by travelers in the common room was a bonus.

Limpieza regular, hay familias con niños que no respetan las áreas communes y las cuestiones de silencio, gente que literal VIVE en el hostal y se molesta si uno abre las ventanas o enciende el aire porque se encierra el calor, ya que se sienten con más derechos que las personas que habitamos esporádicamente el lugar; pero en general esta bien, el check in y out está bien por lo que se paga!

If you are staying this hotel or hostel then which is the centro of everything - 2 nights a way more than enough... Spain towns usually are small - specifically things you want to visit such as key cathedrals or buildings etc - we could walk the entire town in a day so felt that last night was a bit of overdone - also it was the last stop of our 15 days in spain so we are over saturated with building and small gulleys, cars, roads and tiny things around - we wanted to go back to America - I was missing home! A great hostel overall - enjoyed it.

The room in which we only could sleep, was very small, about 9 square meters; two seperate beds, a tv set and airconditioning. Bathrooms and toilets were outside the room and based on shared use. I like the kitchen area where you could make tea or coffee and store your food in the fridge if you didn’t buy the breakfast for 8 eur each, I’m vegetarian so we just bought cereal and milk and store it in the fridge, shared bathrooms were clean and bed was comfy. I would stay here again as it was walkable to everywhere and 203 bus stops at Atocha station from the airport and it was 0.7 mile walk from there

I book a triple room with a person close to be 80 yeass old
The information by Expedia or the property confused the customers.
I was under the impression that the room did have a private bathroom for over 900 dlls having a triple room with a share bathroom and shared toilet I consider is overprice

The information by Expedia or the property confused the customers.
I was under the impression that the room did have a private bathroom for over 900 dlls having a triple room with a share bathroom and shared toilet I consider is overprice
otherwise if you are willing to share bathroom and toilet it's a good place to stay.

Not what I expected from the pictures provided. First ever hostel that I’ve stayed in where the lockers in the room don’t automatically lock, you need to bring your own lock. Luggage storage before check in is nice, however the check in staff seemed unorganized. Bathroom doors are weird as they don’t feel like they fully close. Nice area but questionable hostel.

VERY NOISY AREA FOR SHRAED ROOMS. I swtiched to a private room because I couldnt sleep... There was also an elderly man who was sick the whole time and would go to the reception have the AC turned off while it was 30degrees in the room (and of course you couldnt open the window because it would stink gas from the main street below and too noisy, oh yeah and theres no option for direct guest control of the AC). He was coughing and spitting all overand talking to himself; clearly not the right clientele for a hostel.
Breakfast is very akward with the lady serving judging you each you want to grab something else to eat.. Dont expect much for 8EUR. Kitchen is sold as a dream, only a microwave and a tabletopoven, limited chilling lounge space and seating. Should be advertised as without a kitchen. Excellent location and very clean otherwise...
