El hotel no es amigable para gente que necesita utilizar silla de ruedas o carruaje para niños, ya que no cuentan con elevador directo sino que hay que estar subiendo y bajando gradas para poder utilizar el elevador, en lo demas, esta muy bien ubicado el hotel, bien cercano a varios lugares turisticos.

Room was clean and acceptable for the one night we stayed there before leaving Madrid, but we had issues with our door lock that took way too long to resolve and involved us having to climb 3 flights of stairs 6 times before staff would come up with us to fix the issue. Was also hard to lug all the luggage up and down the stairs, and was not previously told this was how the accommodations were. Walls were very thin and could hear all of our neighbors all night as well as loud street noise from the busy area surrounding.

There were not enough towels the rooms were very small and dirty. We had a room that we could barely fit with our luggage. The service desk told us that they were only a 2 star hotel. This was a very bad experience.

Although we were able to check in early, the family room we booked was not most definitely not what we received.
It was supposed to have room for 3 people, air condition, and most importantly a terrace or balcony.

Our room had the terrace / balcony door blocked off for maintenance (which the hotel didn’t tell us about) and there was not even a window. The room was tiny, with barely any room for our suitcases. It was a dark, hot, stuffy dungeon, and it was incredibly loud - even though the hotel advertises soundproof rooms.

We were not given any sort of compensation, just a too-bad / sorry look. I will be perusing a refund, and will never stay here again.

Very close to Plaza Mayor. Carrefour express across the street. Sol train station a few walks away . Elcorte Ingles and Puerto Del Sol Plaza is very close. The hotel is very conveniently located but lacks the other areas such as the mall room and the may not be suitable for older persons who might find it difficult using stairs and lack of adequate lighting.

Wonderful experience, staff was very helpful, excellent location, and the best is to wake up to either donuts or croissants at our door every morning. We had a leak in our bedroom shower area and without reporting it, housekeeping noticed it and took care of it. For that I give them an excellent.

You really couldn’t ask for a better location in Madrid. The hotel is close to the underground, and everything is within about a 30-minute walk. The staff were very friendly, polite, and professional.

The free coffee bar and snack area were an unexpected bonus, and the morning doughnut and water package left at our door each day was a lovely touch. The hotel itself was very clean and felt new. I also really liked having a code to enter the room rather than carrying a key — a simple but clever idea.

The room was on the smaller side, but the large, very comfortable bed made up for that. It was cleaned daily, and the bed was always neatly made. I was pleasantly surprised to be able to link my phone to the TV using Chromecast.

There weren’t cupboards in the room, but the wall hooks were perfectly fine for a long weekend away with my wife. The bathroom was large, modern, and spotless. The only small issue I had was with the shower — the temperature was a little tricky to get right, and when it was warm the water pressure wasn’t great.

Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. I’ve even downloaded the app and plan to try this chain again in other cities. As a bonus, there’s a bakery right next door that makes incredible cinnamon buns!

We stayed in the junior suite and the view from the terrace was excellent, lots of space in the room BUT the shower and water pressure were very poor, that is the only fault in an otherwise excellent stay.

For the price I would still recommend.

Second or third time staying at this property, albeit it was under a different hotel name. Actually was a step up in quality, double room was a good size, and bathroom was modern. All very clean.
Location is the best thing, just a minute from Plaza Mayor.
To be picky, the doors don't have keys, its a combination, which is emailed to you when you check in, which slows the check in process somewhat.
Its an old though renovated building so the stairs etc can be a little confusing.
But overall, I'd have no hesitation is returning.

The location is excellent, just a short walk from all the tourist attractions. The staff is friendly and accommodating. A nice feature is the 24-hour coffee maker, cookies, and fresh fruit available anytime. I appreciated finding a bag of goodies hanging on my doorknob in the morning. My only complaint was that the shower drainage was slow, so it flooded when taking a shower.

This hotel is right in the center of Madrid. You can take the metro from the airport and take it to the Sol metro station and the hotel is literally a 4 min walk from there. With it being so close to the metro system getting around all of Madrid is a breeze. If you want convenience then this is the place to go.

The high point of the outstanding service from our stay was Stefan at the desk, who went so far on our checkout as to bring our heavy luggage outdoors to the taxi he had summoned for us. He refused any gratuity other than leaving a positive comment about the B&B Hotel.
I am happy to oblige him and the desk staff overall for making us feel so welcome - so far from home.

The room was small but clean. Service was excellent, and the hotel is extremely eco-friendly. Every morning there was a goodie bag left at our door with pastries and waters. This was a very nice touch! We also enjoyed the 24-hour coffee nook.The location is FABULOUS - directly across from the entrance to the Plaza Mayor. The only issue we had was the noise of the water system, which seemed to be right next to us. It was loud when other guests used the shower. I would definitely stay here again. The hotel exceeded our expectations for the price.

Our room was difficult to access with many flights of stairs up and down to a first floor room to navigate the unique layout. Not a problem other than at check in and out when we had our heavy luggage and an elevator was not an option.
We reserved and got a “family room” to sleep three. The beds were very comfortable but the room was small and odd shaped it was hard to walk last one bed to get to the others and had not enough space to open up suitcases or drawers to store clothes. I think the unique layout of the building has made for odd room setup.
I love how conscious B&B is about conserving towel use and plastic room keys, digital locks made it easy to not get locked out.
Overall, greet staff, great company, this building is just a challenge.

Excellent location with Plaza Mayor within feet of the front door. 24 hour coffee station was a nice touch. Small, but clean room. Our only concern was housekeeping entering our room multiple times one afternoon after our room was cleaned. We had the Do Not Disturb sign on our door and she entered it anyway. Reception could not give a reason why. Besides that, it was a great stay.

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the staff were so incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout. The room was perfect, very clean and comfortable and the daily breakfast pastries and water left on our door every morning were a lovely treat. The coffee corner was a nice spot to sit in and enjoy a coffee and snack too. The location of the hotel is also perfect for exploring and easy to walk around and to access the metro, buses and trains.
