I was really disappointed about the lack of access to the terrace whilst I realize it talks about the pool, not being open during the winter there was no mention of the fact that there would be nice upstairs area.

I stayed here for the NFL Madrid Game in November. The location was amazing. The hotel was distance to many must see Madrid attractions and nearby to several subway stations. I ate breakfast on several occasions and loved the great selection and taste of the food. The staff was extremely nice. The room was perfect for my needs as I was a solo traveler for this trip. I didn’t have enough time to use the spa…maybe next time.

The staff was awesome & stored our bags so we could explore before check-in, our room was ready a little earlier than anticipated so we got to get up quicker, our rooms view was amazing and the location is perfect! Wow, this hotel is A+++! We loved everything about it. Our room was so cool, on the 4th floor overlooking the Plaza Mayor. The lighting throughout the hotel and in our room is awesome and romantic! The restaurant decor is fabulous and the staff were all top notch. We would have loved to use the beautiful spa but ran out of time.
