The gym is advertised but the equipment has not been maintained and a number of items were not working.

Nice and quiet

Perfect for a short quiet trip. The hotel is placed in a quiet area. There are some good restaurants at walking distance. Pinto is quiet and calm. SO if this is what you are looking for, go for it!
Overall the staff was helpful, polite and courteous! The room was clean, the hotel has a bar and restaurant (I didn't try it, but it was always busy, so it must be good). Good breakfast choices.

Property and staff were good, WiFi service stopped working on my floor after first night, reported to staff multiple time and told it will repaired the next morning.

We had multiple rooms booked, some fridges worked and some didn’t. When asked about the fridge we received different answer from staff members. We don’t have fridges in rooms, they haven’t worked for ages.

Good value and great base to visit Warner Park

Hotel was in good condition and minutes away from our destination (Warner Park). Restaurant was closed because it was August. Beds were confortable, staff friendly and willing to accommodate. Only negative is the lack of pool. Found easy parking (free) in the street

Travelling stopover

Convenient position, secure underground car park. Clean and comfortable room with great shower.
Breakfast was disappointing- told it started at 8am at 8.30 staff were still putting things out.
We were looking for an early start so bit of a let down, quality of breakfast was not great either.
Bonus we found a fantastic local restaurant.

Excellent hotel that won't break the budget.

I have used this hotel 8 times in the last 4 years and have never been disappointed. Staff are always helpful and cheery and most speak english. Rooms are airy and spacious. Las Artes is just off the motorway and hence an ideal overnight stop on your way to/from the sunny Costa del Sol. Also handy for visiting Madrid. The restaurant is very good and inexpensive.

Well located tidy hotel

I stayed for two nights for a business trip. The hotel is located in an industrial part near pinto and easy to reach by taxi from the airport (25 min).
The room was ok, a little small. The breakfast was tasty, fresh fruits and good coffee.
The staff was very friendly and quick.
All in all sufficient for my purpose of a business trip.

Hotel staff were friendly, room was good size and comfortable, there was a wedding in the hotel on the night that we stayed and the music was excessively loud, the volume was reduced at approximately 2.30.am and turned off sometime after 3am. Would not recommend staying on a Saturday night if there is a wedding parry

El personal genial, aunque hubiera agradecido que hubiera algún carro para poder transportar el equipaje, ya que tengo una minusvalía física y al tener moqueta me costó muchísimo transportar el equipaje. Aún así el equipo genial, la habitación tenía un olor raro y no era de tabaco, si no como a viejo, menos mal que llevé un ambientador, casi lo gasté entero 😂. Una pena no poder disfrutar del restaurante, me quedé con las ganas. También se oía bastante a los niños correr por los pasillos, a altas horas de la noche, pero no me molestó mucho. Limpieza bien la verdad, cama super cómoda. Repetiré.

Preis Leistung stimmt nicht

Das Zimmer war sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Wasser im Waschbecken lief nicht ab, Schreibtischplatte schief und lose, Duschtür ließ sich nicht schließen, demnach alles unter Wasser. Gym ist bei 150€ zimmerpreis noch nicht inklusive.

Das Bett war allerdings sehr bequem.

Not the first time in this hotel, same issues - heating, clogged shower, room was like smoking free. Fortunately I got contacted and the heating was fixed and offered to change the room. For me the location is convenient plus the free parking outside easy to find a place.

Yo he estado alojada en junio 2024. El alojamiento está bien . Las habitaciones están bien.El desayuno variado hay fruta, yogures, bacon, huevos revueltos, tortilla patatas, bollería, embutido , agua, zumos,etc. Zona tranquila. Lo único malo es que hay mosquitos en la habitación y aunque intentan solucionarlo no están teniendo éxito al menos en los días que yo he estado.

Éramos tres en una habitación mi marido mi hijo de 16 años y yo por 75 euros los tres.la habitación limpia .el baño impecable ,los detalles de pañuelos jabones de mano gel champú muy bien tb .del baño lo q más me llamó la atención fue el cristal de la mampara no tenía ni una señal de cal por ningún sitio. Un 10 para las empleadas que limpian así de bien.la.atencion de recepcion muy buena . Para mí un hotel calidad precio buenísima . Ahora ya se dónde dormir cada vez q vaya a Madrid

The hotel in question doesn't have a parking lobby for allowing you a minute to do your check in, then you have to do malabares with your car around a busy neighborhood while you complete the check in. Once you solve the situation, the parking lot they have is very good. Have in mind you must get a reservation for your parking lot at the hotel.

Estancia correcta, fácil acceso y aparcamiento.

Limpieza y estado de las instalaciones correctas. Al hacer la reserva creía que había spa y a la hora de la verdad estaba cerrado temporalmente. No sé si en la página de la reserva así constaba, al menos no con tanta claredad como la existencia del mismo servicio.
