The rooms are nice, but there are no sound barriers between rooms. You could hear everything from the adjacent rooms. This was especially bad at night when you wanted to get some sleep. Lack of parking was also an issue.

Pleasent hotel on the outskirts of Madtid
If your not driving and land in Madrid then the location will be inconvenient. However because we were driving it wasn't an issue. In fact we liked the peaceful local community feel.
Rooms were decent, comfortable no thrills but it was alright as we wasn't planning on staying there all day. The tv channels for satellite didnt work as it kept saying no signal but again that didn't matter to us as we didn't really stay there all day.
The staff were friendly and gave me an opportunity to practice my Spanish. All in all a great stay.

O quarto e casa de banho estavam limpos, os cobertores não pareciam limpos, tinham um cheiro estranho e um deles estava cheio de cabelos.

la puerta de entrada del edificio se abre con mucha dificultad ,la manilla de la puerta esta rota y la puerta llena de golpes de posibles patadas que los costumer le dan para agríela , la puerta de mi habitación también la puerta tenia un hueco en la parte de la llave ,las puertas de cristal de la bañera ,una estaba suelta y cuando me estaba bañando me cayo encima ,donde va la llave del baño ,esta roto ,y pusieron un remiendo de tepe ,por lo demás todo bien ,ahhhhhhh y muy importante después de pasar casi 20 minutos tratando de abrir la puerta ,toque el timbre para que la señorita que trabaja ahi me abriera la puerta y ella lo apago ..... entonces tuve que llamarla por teléfono y me dijo que a las 11 ya ella cerraba sus labores y le dije que necesitaba que me abriera la puerta ,que no tengo la culpa que sea tan difícil de abrir ,ella bajo de mal humor y me enseño como se abre con la rodilla la empuja y con una técnica la abre fácil y me dijo que si no entro antes de las 11 ella no va abrir la puerta .... no conteste porque gracias a DIOS me faltaba un día ....ESA ES MI ESPERIENCIA QUE COMO PUEDEN LEER N FUE BUENA

La calificacion fue tal porque el hotel a última hora canceló nuestra habitación para trasladarnos a otro, fuera de la comunidad de Madrid, en la privincia de Toledo. Con todo lo que esto implica, 16.51 euros de taxi y una habitacion de hotel que cuesta la mitad de lo contratado.
La explicacion dada fue \"por problemas con el hotel debemos trasladarlos\". Pareciera ser que el Hotel el Álamo sobrevendió sus habitaciones por motivo de la final de la Champions league celebrada en Madrid y nos dejó sin habitacion y sin conpensacion alguna.
Pedimos desconocer el cargo y sancionar al hotel El Álamo por no prestar el servicio contratado. Como primer experiencia en la web de expedia.com fue terrible. Espero vuestra respuesta.

Desde la llegada muy mal, el hotel cerrado, el restaurante cerrado, llamo al timbre no contestan, llamo al teléfono no lo cogen, me encuentro con la reserva hecha y pagada y no puedo acceder, afortunadamente en una segunda llamada me lo cogen y consigo entrar, en una estancia de 4 días esa fué la única vez que vía a alguien en recpción.
La habitación malísima, sin mesilla de noche, las camas una pegada a la pared y la otra pegada a la anterior, para acostarte habias de pasar por encima de una de las camas.
La cisterna no dejaba de tirar agua, dejé una nota en recepción pero no hicieron nada, tuve que solicitar dejando una nota papel higiénico, y el restaurante por las mañanas cerrado hasta bastante tarde por lo que para desayunar tenía que buscar un bar.
En fín en otras ocasiones mi valoración fue muy buena ya que no sucedió nada de esto, el personal era muy amable, en esta ocasión es que el personal brillaba por su ausencia.

fatal, la chica de recepción iba de resaca? es lo más impertinente, poco servicial, y mala educación, no se puede fumar en el hotel y ella si puede, todo lo que le dices le sabe mal, los colchones viejisimos, no se os ocurra cenar ahí, todo sin alegría, 3 menús incluyen una botella de agua y no más bebidas, me quería estafar metiéndome cervezas de más, no me quiso dar facturas nombre de la empresa pues ya estaba echa a mi nombre personal, solo un enchufe en la habitación, ducha fatal, no vallan si tienen otra opcion

Hemos dado en este hotel por confusión!! Nos ha gustado el pueblo. El hotel me pareció caro teniendo encuenta la ubicación con relación a madrid,que me duche con agua fría y que se escuchaban las conversaciones de las habitaciones contiguas,el desyuno incluido era muy basico y si querias zumo tenias que pagarlo a parte.Eso si comentar que es un hotel cómodo,luminoso y limpio. Las vistas desde la terraza me encantaron.

Relacion calidad precio excelente. Apartado de madrid es necesario coche. Lo usamos para una ruta turistica por la comunidad por lo que no nos importo que estuviera lejos. Fuimos un dia al centro.
