Stay there one night with other three friends. They all have American passport and I only have a Colombian passport. We arrived around 8 pm, Had dinner and then went to bed.
At 8 am, someone was knocking the door very hard like they wanted to break it. I ran out from my med naked to the door, and before i reach out, someone opened the door and I was there totally naked. He said sorry and closed the door. I put on a towel and opened again to see what was going on, 4 men were standing there. One of them identified as a police officer and asked me for my documents. I showed my passport and the ones from my friends too, he said it was a routine immigration check, which i found weird since I've been i Spain many times and all Europe, and i know you do the immigration at the airport.
They saw the three blue American passports and returned them to me but kept my Colombian passport investigating thru their radios. Then he asked me how Iong I was staying in the country. I asked them what was wrong and he side \"nothing\", and they gave me my passport back and left.
I understand that the police have to receive information about every guest of the hotels. But the fact that they were only after me, and that the hotel gave them key to my room without my authorization, makes this all situation very strange.
When we asked the front desk who gave them access to my room. They denied, they pretended like they didn't know and totally called me a liar when I told them they door

The hotel is really cosy and the staff is amazing - so helpful, understanding, and welcoming. The manager is also extremely kind and always ready to assist when needed. The hotel is 25 min by bus from the city center of Madrid and about 25 min by car.

The location is not the best. Need a vehicle to get around. Renfe train station is Mostoles - El SOTO. The hotel has its own restaurant but is closed on weekends. For any other restaurants you need a car to go to Móstoles Central. The rest is fast food.
There's a bar in the hotel with great service of snacks and sandwiches that is open everyday. Really friendly staff. The room is spacious enough but the shower room is unique and awkward in the middle of the room and see-through. My daughter likes her privacy, she told me she took her shower when no one else was in the room. Shower pressure excellent! Beds very comfortable. If you don't mind your shower in the middle of your room, this is your place to stay. Recommend!

We had some difficulties finding the hotel at first but once we did it was perfect to access other communities. The personnel at reception area were very helpful. The bathroom was not as clean as I expected and one night we could smell cigarette smoke the air conditioner ventilation system.

The Hotel is easy to access from M30 and it has several park free parking places. Staff was not helpful when I request a late checkout for only 3 hours even when the hotel was not full. The mattress was not comfortable at all.

The showerr is a “great fun”😂. Near to supermarket, railway station ( to the centre approx 10 mins and ticket also cheaper) and mc Donald’s 😬.

There is nothing unique about the property. It a regular hotel. Not many facilities. The hotel was clean and quiet. Overall my stay was fine. However, I was charged for a breakfast I didn't take. I only took a coffee in the bar one day (and not in the breakfast room) and was charged 22 euros for my coffee which a lot. So be careful if you stay there not to be overcharged! I didn't appreciate been treated like a liar as well by the staff. I would not come back because of this.

Conference hotel in Mostoles

This hotel is around one hour away from central Madrid. I won't recommend it to the Madrid tourists. The closest metro station in University Rey Juan Carlos. It's outside Zone-A metro area and needs an extra ticket each way. However, I enjoyed my 4-nights stay while I was there to attend a conference in URJC (20-minutes walk from the campus). I'll consider it again for myself if I am in the area. Breakfast is good if you're on a business trip, and traveling alone. There is a McDonalds and KFC, as well as departmental/super store/mall in 5-10 minutes walking distance. You can buy sim cards from the phone stores in the mall.

The Food served in the Hotel was very bad and 12.50 Euros was not worth it and the breakfast was
very bad no eggs and for a charge of 12 euros for breakfast per person one would have expected to have a fried egg and the juice was squashed water flavor and the breads were inadequate and overall breakfast was bad for a 4 star Hotel

The hotel is in a good location, 20 minutes drive for anything in Madrid, which need to be seen. Staff are very kind, polite, speaks good English and the rooms are fine to stay for a short break.
I would definitely recommend and we will come back again when are in Madrid.

Near Universidad Europea

We chose to stay here as our son was about to start at Universidad Europea in nearby Villaviciosa de Odon. The hotel is near Mostoles Soto station which connects to the Metro and the city. If you want to be closer to the city centre -this hotel may not suit as its a good 40mins from the City centre. However, it is very comfortable. If you need to be near the University -it is quite well placed. There is a bus that you can take from outside the hotel that goes to Villaviciosa de Odon. Or a taxi ride costs about €12.
It is mainly a business hotel. It is reasonably priced for the quality. But is may be a bit too far if you want to be based nearer the city centre. It is surrounded by major roads -but you don't get any road noise in the hotel. It is close to a few fast food outlets, a Carrefour and a Lidl! We couldn't find any restaurants within easy walking distance -but the hotel serves good food and reasonably priced. The bar at the hotel was very comfortable and seemed well stocked - although they didn't have any Pedro Ximieinez! But the bar staff were very friendly.

Clean, close to highways and business/industrial area's. Well appointed room, clean and great shower! Restaurant was good, expensive drinks but what can you do. Good value for the price, perfect for my business trip. 35 mintues from the airport, free parking and roughly 20m to the center if you have a car.

This hotel is fairly far from restaurants and other amenities. The staff is very helpful in giving instructions about how to reach various locations by train and metro. The showers are somewhat odd, in that they are transparent glass chambers in the middle of the bathroom. Because of this, the hotel might be unsuitable for families. In general, this is a nice, cost-effective place to stay if you need to be in the Mostoles area.

Bel Hôtel malgré les points négatifs on reviendra

Bel hôtel, bien placé entre Villaviciosa de Odon et la zone commerciale de Alcorcon.
Chambre jolie et bon matelas.

Points négatifs :
- Pas de cafetière ou bouilloire dans les chambres ( souvent présent dans les 4 étoiles)
- Le concept de la douche au milieu de la chambre donne un style moderne mais n'est pas pratique du tout quand on est 2 , mon mari qui se lève plus tôt et prend du coup sa douche plus tôt me réveillait tous les matins car il n'y a pas de porte à la salle de bain et la douche est à cote du lit. Idem pour moi qui dérangeait mon mari pour dormir vu que je prenais la douche tard
De plus la douche qui se veut moderne avec un sol en alu fait un bruit peu agréable quand l'eau tombe dessus, on dirait la pluie qui tombe sur de la tôle. La douche n'est pas du tout un moment de détente après une longue marche à Madrid.
Dernier point négatif :il y a du choix au petit déjeuner (14 euros) mais pas varié on a eu la même chose pendant 4 jours.

Además de no funcionar el cargador eléctrico para el coche, como otras veces. El agua caliente no mantiene temperatura y cada pocos segundos sale totalmente fría. Cuando hemos indicado estos problemas en recepción nos han dicho que no tienen mantenimiento.

Noche insufrible, había una fiesta en la planta baja que retumbaba toda la habitación y estábamos en una segunda planta. Tuvimos que llamar varias veces a recepción, el cual nos decía siempre que lo hablaría con el responsable, así hasta las 2 de la mañana. Íbamos con una niña de 4 años. Deberían de insoronizar la sala de fiestas si quieren hacer fiestas o bien cerrar las dos primeras plantas de hotel. Vamos habitualmente a este hotel cuando bajamos a Madrid y se lo recomendaba a todos los que me preguntan si conozco un hotel en Madrid, ahora me lo pensaré dos veces a la hora de recomendarlo. Las ventajas VIP son un timo

Decidi alojarme en este hotel porque tenia el simbolo VIP, por lo que, segun dicen en las condiciones de usuario VIP, entre otras cosas, hay posibilidad de tener una habitacion mejor si hay disponibilidad. Consulto en recepcion y me dicen que hay disponibilidad pero de.pago, que no tienen ningun acuerdo con hoteles.com al comentarlo en hoteles me dicen que es solo aplica si el hotel tiene disponibilidad de habitacion. Les digo que si tiene disponibilidsd pero que es un tema de acuerdo con ellos, y me vuelven a contestar lo.mismo, como si fuera un robot. Decepcionante!!!
