Standard business hotel

Standard business hotel with clean facilities that was in a convenient location for our purposes. Reasonable transit connections to Central Madrid. Sort of a desolate area, but correspondingly quiet.
No in room Wi-Fi, but the lobby service was more than adequate. We had adjoining family rooms, and that worked well for us.

Welcomed by lemon water, fruits, and some sweet candy. Comfortable on site free parking and excellent room tea service provided with an electric kettle.clean bed sheet. Only thing they allowed some groups to checked-in 3 am and they made such a noisy sounds calling their names each other very loud chatting in the corridor that woke us up till 4:30 am.Althoug it is not entirely hotel's issue, they should be more considerate to check them in a separate floor or area for noisy groups. Other than noisy group, everything was good.

Great value

Great value for money. Family room had two connecting rooms - one king size, and one twin. Both with own bathroom. The rooms are not large, but a good size. Very comfortable overall. Would have been better with tea making facilities since as there was no kettle, but a small fridge was useful. A microwave was available in the reception area. Easy free parking within the grounds was convenient. The hotel is in a quiet location next to a large Carrefour market and a petrol station, and it's well located for the main road in to Madrid (15 mins). A few minutes drive to a cinema complex, and due to its position next to the motorway, it takes just 25 mins to Roza village outlet, and 30 mins to Warner Bros theme park. Note that there is no restaurant onsite, but breakfast is served ( a bit expensive though). Best option is to get food at the Carrefour or drive to the nearby cinema complex for fast food. All in all, a good inexpensive option if you have a car.

The hotel was conveniently situated for the purpose of the trip, bathrooms of other rooms could be heard in my room, it sounded as water was running in the bathroom. No tea or coffee facilities in the room, receptionist offered free hot water but then asked for 2.50 euro EACH teabag. People asleep in the hotel reception.

Rooms are comfortable and clean. Not sure if there's a plumbing issue on the 4th floor but there was a slight smell of sewage in the bathroom at times. There is free internet, though it's slow (you have to pay extra for the fast internet.) Breakfast was very nice, no issues at all. I would happily stay here again.

The hotel is located in a remote suburb: there's nothing there. The staff however is outstanding and the breakfast buffet very good value for money.

Great breakfast and pet friendly

Large comfortable room, pet friendly, great breakfast, good rate. The only downside is that the AC was not working because we stayed there in Spring before the AC was enabled. It wasn’t terrible warm but a bit surprising for a 4 star hotel. Overall good experience and I’d definitely stay there again.

GREAT LOCATION and PARKING

This hotel is perfectly good hotel BUT it is not worth $150! this is a three star hotel in a GREAT location if you are driving in from somewhere else in Spain and want to park in the outskirts. We needed to stay in this area and there seem to be only 2 hotels, usually this hotel is about $60 but when we stayed it was $150, would not pay that again!

Ok for short stay

We stayed in the area as we had a hospital visit. Its quite far to madrid city, rooms were basic but comfortable. Basic television and poor picture. (Fuzzy picture on all channels). Receiptionist upon check-in was not the most friendliest person i met.

PERFECT HOTEL IF YOUR WORKING IN THE AREA

Ive stayed here seven or eight times and its always good. Very friendly efficient staff Very comfortable rooms Internet is now free but can be difficult to download files . Fine for checking emails. Good spanish Breakfast with excellent coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice . Its good if you have business in the area but a bit isolated for the city.

✅ Points positifs :

La réception était très bien, avec un personnel accueillant, professionnel et disponible.

La propreté était irréprochable, tant dans les parties communes que dans la chambre.

❌ Points à améliorer :

L’isolation phonique des chambres est insuffisante. On entendait clairement les chasses d’eau, les écoulements et les bruits provenant des chambres voisines, ce qui a perturbé la tranquillité du séjour.

Il y a un effort à faire sur la partie literie, voir photo en pièce jointe

🔎 Conclusion :Un établissement propre et bien tenu, avec un bon accueil, mais qui gagnerait à améliorer l’insonorisation pour offrir un confort optimal à ses clients.

Je pense que l’on devrait mettre plus en avant les superficies

Todo muy bien. Ya lo he utilizado en otras ocasiones. Un detalle sin mucha importancia pero creo que fácil de solucionar es que en los desayunos la máquina del café mirando de enfrente a la derecha sirve una leche en mi opinión no adecuadamente caliente. Yo creo que debe calentarse bastante más.

Pésima experiencia. Nos alojamos la noche del 23/9 y como hacía frío en la habitación llamamos a recepción para que nos expliquen cómo encender la calefacción. Nos informaron que por la época del año no estaba habilitado el aire acondicionado, y que la única alternativa era darnos mantas. Inaceptable que en un hotel 3* de Madrid en otoño no tengan calefacción. Mi hijo se ha constipado por su culpa. Vergonzoso

El mantenimiento del edificio podría ser mejor, may muchas zonas que requieren pintura o incluso ser reformadas pero las habitaciones son bastante cómodas.

NH voltaremos em breve

Instalações em ótimas condições. Tivemos um problema na reserva e a equipe da recepção resolveu com muita habilidade. Café muito bom e variado. O hotel dispoe de equipe de segurança a noite muito atenciosa. Não é proximo aos pontos turisticos de Madrid, mas na rua ao lado tem um metro de superficie que te leva até o metro tradicional.... muito rápido.

un poco antiguo,

un hotel un poco antiguo, aunque la recepcion a han arreglado , habitaciones no muy grandes, funcionaes, hotel algo alejado de madrid, pero aceptable en transporte privado, recepcion muy lenta, puesto que solo tienen una persona trabajando y cuando hay algun problema o se juntan dos checks seguidos se lia un poco.

El hotel es bueno y la habitación amplia y limpia, el personal es exceptional (se comportó super bien con nosotros). Lo único que debería mejorar es la climatización y un frigorífico de verdad en la habitación. También el Internet no nos funcionó bien, no es ideal para trabajar si tienes que hacer videollamadas.

El hotel me gusta mucho y aprecio sobretodo la tranquilidad del mismo y el lugar.
No obstante el precio me parece desmesurado teniendo en cuenta que las dos veces que lo he reservado en una pagué 72 € por noche y la otra 83€, sin incluir en el precio ni desayuno, ni bufet ni ninguna otra cosa,...la recepción muy profesional y agradable.

Hotel ubicado en una zona muy tranquila. El hotel silencioso!...ideal si buscas paz y tranquilidad y poder dormir sin ruidos de nada ni nadie, y que te puedan despertar.

Estancia súper tranquila

Pasamos dos noches muy tranquilas en el hotel. Los recepcionistas fueron muy amables. No se puede decir lo mismo de la señora que nos sirvió el desayuno.
Hay un Carrefour muy cerca donde se puede comprar de todo.
No cambiaron las toallas ni vaciaron el cubo de basura del baño. Los demás bien.
