When check-in time arrived we went back to the hotel, but our room was still not ready. Didn't take too much longer for our room to be ready, however. Did not eat at the hotel other than snacks in my room in the little kitchen. I highly recommend. The rooftop patio is very busy with those not staying at the hotel. It’s ok for a younger set. Better to go for tapas or a flamenco show than sit there. Great in the day when quiet for tanning and a lovely view of the Palace

The location of the hotel was very convenient. It was near to the old city centre within walking distance. The hotel also near to shops to get water, fruits and fresh coffee. There were a few restaurants near by. The hotel staff May and Alex were very friendly and helpful. Lovely apartment hotel. Great location, close to Plaza de Espagne which makes for easy travel throughout the city. The terrace is a fabulous addition with a magnificent view of the Palace. At this time of year the bar is closed mid-week but you are very welcome to take your own food and drinks and enjoy the view. Our only suggestion for improvement would be some coffee making facility in the room, but that is a small point.
