Very convenient location accessible by transit and walking distance to major attractions and restaurants. It is also easy to get to the airport by metro, provided your flight is not too early in the morning. The apartment is well-laid out and fairly quiet considering how busy the area is. The beds are comfortable and the heating efficient. There is an elevator and a washing machine. The host was efficient and accommodating.

Perfect location for our Madrid adventure! With Plaza de España a few steps away, the playground was our kids favorite place! A short walk to the Royal Palace, Madrid Cathedral, shopping and many other sites. There’s also the free bus 001? on Gran Via to take you to the Museo del Prado and other sites. We would stay in this location and apartment again!

We stayed at the top floor unit with the terrace and we had a fantastic stay. Tons of amenities such as parks and shopping within 5-10 minutes walk, restaurants and bars just steps outside of the front door. Check in was quick and easy. The space was perfect for our group of four - would stay here again in a heart beat!

Excelente apartamento con una ubicación inmejorable en Madrid. Super cómodo somos una familia de 5 con 2 habitaciones y 2 baños completos todo muy nuevo, moderno y cálido. Super completa la cocina para cocinar sin problemas. La ubicación en la zona de Plaza España a una cuadra de la Gran Via y a pie de todos los lugares de interés y tiendas. The appartments are in a great location in central Madrid near Plaza Espana, and are spacious but they are showing signs of wear and tear, and in need of a refresh, the floors, walls, are a bit grubby and furniture all need replacing soon. It would be a good price if it were not for this.

We spent three nights at the property. Arrival was easy, communication was promptly answered. We needed more laundry detergent and we had it in less than half hour. We had no complaints whatsoever. We would likely stay there again when we return to Madrid.

Family vacation loving the apartment

The pictures show the real thing. Our apartment was at the last floor and had a beautiful patio that brings much light and space. We were a family of 4 and our 2 teenagers liked it very much. The location is great. Has the metro right around the corner. Has cute outside sitting cafes along the street. Has a Dia market close by which makes it very convenient. Cristina was always a "WhatsApp" away so you never feel along. I do recommend it.

Comfortable and convenient stay in Madrid

We stayed 2 nights in 2 bed 2 bath unit for 5 adults. We weren’t planning on using the kitchen but we did make eggs and appreciated the oil/vinegar and salt available. The location is great, walking distance to everything and we liked the tapas place across the street. Unfortunately the plaza was under construction during our stay.
Jessica was very helpful in pointing out places to go.

Professional welcoming, Paula was really nice. The apartment was clean, cozy and comfortable. There was coffee , sugar, and olive oil in the kitchen. Full equipped kitchen. Paula was very attentive and informative when it came to the tourists areas. The shower was comfortable but the water comes out on the bottom causing the floor to get really wet on the outside. Excellent location. We strongly recommend this apartment.

This apartment was centrally located, wiithin walking distance to the Gran Via, the main street in Madrid, and to the Imperial Palace. The apartment was clean, safe, near a grocery story and restaurants. The bed was comfortable, the shower hot, the kitchen fully equipped. There wasn't anything we didn't like about Feelathome.

This property was wonderful in every way. We were met by Paula at check in. She spent a good deal of time explaining everything about the apt as well as taking time to suggest areas to visit and gave us a map.
Although there were just 2 of us in this apt. It would easily accommodate 4 with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The kitchen was fully equipped which included a washer/dryer combo. The apt had a balcony and was well located in the Plaza España area, close to Gran Via and the Palace area. Plaza Major is just a 10 minute walk. We traveled with 2 other families who stayed in the same building in separate apts. It was perfect.
We highly recommend this property!

We had a great stay at Feel at Home. The apartment is well-located - steps to restaurants, the metro, and some beautiful parks and attractions. Paula was very communicative leading up to our arrival, with advice on how to get to the place and get around. Nacho met us right at our taxi and showed us around, which was a very nice welcome. The apartment was lovely - comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. I highly recommend and plan to stay here again.

This is my first apartment-style place that I’ve stayed at so I didn’t know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice it is. I actually booked a similar apartment-style place (not Feelathome) when I traveled in another city, Lisbon, but it turns out that place in Lisbon wasn’t as nice as Feelathome Madrid. Feelathome has all the amenities you could ask for, including a microwave, water kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, plates and utensils, a washing machine and dryer (with the laundry detergent), etc. When I booked my trip months earlier, I planned to return to Madrid from Lisbon and booked a hotel (a nice one actually) for the return trip to Madrid. I now regret that decision, as I’d much rather stay st Feelathome instead where I have greater flexibility and truly do feel at home. Now I now where to go again should I return to Madrid in the future.

Beautiful stay in Madrid

Our stay was AMAZING! Nacho greeted us at the apartment and was so helpful answering all of our questions and giving us great suggestions. The apartments are brand new and offer all the amenities one could need. The location is superb, steps from Plaza España. The neighborhood is safe & has easy access to transportation. We were traveling with 6 adults, three toddlers and 2 senior citizens. They gave us 2 apartments on the same floor. We will ABSOLUTELY be returning and HIGHLY recommend them for your next trip to Madrid.

Good location, great AC and all modern and clean

We had a fantastic time in Madrid with the family. We did a last minute reservation from the airport and Paula, the hostess, called us shortly after that to organize arrival. It's a newly decorated apartment with all the amenities you need for short or long stays. All very well decorated, furnished and fit to cook meals and enjoy breakfast before going out to explore. Two supermarkets are in close proximity in case you would like to pick up some Spanish ham, Baguettes and some wines to enjoy with the window open at night. If you feel like enjoying a truly Spanish experience at night, you can choose from the many eateries outside as it's a pedestrian only street where you can sit and enjoy the evening. Very close to the metro station and in fact if you don't mind walking you can pretty much get to all the key areas of downtown Madrid. Good shopping in the area and enough to see. Good WIFI, good TV channels, great AC system and most of all great location. I would definitely come back and recommend this apartment to anyone. Thanks!

Perfect location, great service and lovely place.

We loved our stay in Madrid. The apartment was perfect for us and our family. They gave us a baby cot for our baby and made sure we knew the best things in town to do.

Paula the property manager was easily accessible and so helpful in every way. She mapped out places to check out and helped us confirm taxi rides for the airport.

We have been traveling for weeks and this was by far our favorite place. The apartment itself is decorated modernly and has a wonderful rain shower. When we make it back to Madrid we will definitely stay here again. Everything was easily accessible by foot and by train.

You should definitely stay here if you are looking for a place that is nice and that the people care about your visit.

A perfect place to stay when visiting Madrid

What a wonderful apartment. Not only is the apartment wonderful, but the staff with Paula who has been my primary contact is also the most service minded people you can think of. Always answering mails, finding solutions to things I have been wondering about, and making the stay unproblematic and easy.

The apartment is big. Two bedrooms, a nice kitchen and a spacious sofa/dining area. The apartment is tastefully decorated that makes it easy to feel home (which for me is important since I had a long stay).

The area is perfect. It is central both to the typical touristic areas but also if you like to visit less crowded places. The apartment is located in a silent street which is not crowded with people. There are many small and great restaurants nearby within all types of cuisines, small supermarkets, cinemas and everything I like to have close to me. The Metro is a few minutes’ walk away. It is easy to find a taxi in the area as well since Plaza Espana is a connection point.

All in all. I loved the apartment and the staff. This combination made my stay to a comfortable stay without any stress and problems. Exactly as I want to have it. The place gets my best recomondations.

I will be back already next week.
