We enjoyed our 3 nights very much. Our room was well appointed and very comfortable. Nice and quiet and the lift is excellent. Staff are friendly and very helpful with advice and bookings. A great location, close to metro or walking distance yo many tourist sports. $33 Euro to the airport , which was convenient with luggage. Breakfast was very tasty and there are plenty of dining options or grocery stores nearby ( we had a kitchenette which was very convenient)

Aparthotel style room. Comfortable beds. Water was always hot fast for showers. No laundry room on site. But a laundromat located right around the corner with good rates. Area Walkable. Many wonderful restaurants and cafes close by. Kind front desk. Helped me find a mass close by. I loved this hotel.

The staff were friendly and helpful.

You can store your food in the mini-bar fridge.
Microwave oven in the room.
No carpet in the room.
Several supermarkets and convenience stores are nearby, such as Carrefour express.
Furniture:
Two hard chairs plus a table.
Small square table for phone.
Two bed-side tables.
Big yellow cushioned chair.

Cons:
No facial tissue was provided.
No sofa.
No dish rack in the kitchen.
2 elevators that are not coordinated, so many guests press both buttons, which slows down the elevator service.
Shower temperature is difficult to adjust.
There is no shower door, so water tends to get sprayed onto the floor.
The dishes in the cafeteria are not entirely clean. They need to be soaked before being washed.

Despite it's shortcomings, I would stay in this hotel again.

Favorite Madrid hotel

Great reliable hotel everytime I visit Madrid. The room is so large for European standards. Love there is a small kitchen. Comfortable firm bed. Great location near Plaza de Espana, 5 min walk to Metro station. Staff always friendly.

The front desk staff were friendly and extremely helpful, accommodating our early arrival and scheduling a large taxi to transport five people and lots of luggage to the airport. Breakfast was great and included pastries, proteins, and fresh fruit. The location worked out well for us, as it was walkable to many tourist sites as well as nearby local restaurants. Rooms were simple but clean and the beds were reasonably comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!

The hotel is super clean and well maintained. The location is also very central with multiple areas of interest within walking distance and a nearby metro station. The staff were the highlight of our stay though; they've been so so friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and they just made our stay at the property perfect! Definitely recommended!

Nice people, good location, clean and breakfast pretty good. It’s very plain, and we had what I thought was a suite for 3, but it was just a regular room (two double beds) and a sofa they turned down. Nowhere to sit, very crowded. It worked for us, I just wish there was a little more to the room.

Hotel was located at a great location about 2 blocks from Plaza de España. It was very quiet to sleep at night, had great bed and breakfast. The bathroom was a little outdated with an old bathtub/shower combination and the hotel staff were friendly and professional. I would stay at this hotel again.

Excellent Hotel for Your Madrid Adventures!

Excellent service provided, great central location close to Plaza de Espana. The breakfast was great and offered a variety of hot and cold items, including an array of cold cut meats that are typical of Spain. The receptionists were amazingly friendly, helpful, courteous, and provided assistance whenever needed. They even allowed us to store our bags for free for a couple of hours while we explored the city.

Our biggest problem was how hot the rooms were… management ‘s suggestion was to open the windows to let the cool air in. Having issues with chronic sinusitis made it hard to breathe, and bugs flew inot the room. Breakfast and parking were great. Its proximity to a lor of things is great too.

This hotel is located just a few meters away from Plaza de España, making it extremely convenient for those visiting Madrid as tourists, for business, or attending events. The rooms are comfortable and welcoming, with daily cleaning service and very friendly staff. Regarding the breakfast, I believe it is unparalleled. My wife and I travel quite frequently for business, and I must say that even in the best hotels of large chains, while the breakfast is plentiful, it's not made with love. In this hotel, for breakfast, you can enjoy both the typical Spanish specialties (which are very good) and the classic English breakfast or any other type of sweet or savory breakfast. The ladies in charge of breakfast are absolutely fantastic and make you feel at home with hugs and 'cuddles' that we have never found anywhere else. At the reception, all the staff are very amiable and polite. An important note, on my birthday, they left me a greeting card and a gift that I really appreciated and left me speechless.\"

Stayed here for 7days and it was great. Before this, we stayed at 2 other hotels for the first part of our trip and by far this is the best hotel we've stayed at.
Hotel is clean, free breakfast walking distance to Royal Palace. It has kitchen in case you want to do some quick cooking. Housekeeping is always on point♥️
Will stay here again in the future and strongly recommend it.

We loved this beautiful spacious hotel located within a short walk of all major attractions. Breakfast was a delicious buffet and served each a.m. hot and fresh. The rooms were overall comfortable and had full kitchens so we saved money by making our own food. My only complaint is that the mattresses and pillows could use a replacement but otherwise the staff was wonderful and we would stay here again!

The hotel was very clean. Our room was spacious. Buffet breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. I put a pair of diamond earrings in a glass next to our bed when we went downstairs for breakfast thinking that housekeeping may not be cleaning our room that early. To our surprise, the room was cleaned when we returned from breakfast and my earrings were missing. I called the front desk informing them of my missing earrings that I put in the glass. About five minutes later, two staff showed up at our door. One was a cleaning lady and the other was a maintenance guy. The cleaning lady said she washed the glass and the earrings may be in the drain. So they opened the drain and found my earrings! I was so happy because these earrings were given to me by my husband. I thanked both the maintenance guy and cleaning lady. I left a nice tip in the room when we checked out.

There was a wet towel hanging in the bathroom. The parking is so tiny that it is almost impossible to park. The rooms are pretty small. Staff is friendly and very nice.

Their customer service is really good.. Breakfast is amazing but they don't restock until the food completely finishes.. the scrambled eggs were cold.
What really bothered us is that after a day of exploring we came back to take a shower and found out they didn't restock the shampoo and lotion.. we called the front desk and the guy said we needed to come downstairs to get it since he was by himself (they were completely booked that night, why would you have only one person) when I went to the lobby, they gave me a hand lotion but apologized because they didn't have any shampoo in stock. Really?
The location is good, close to plaza de espana metro station and room size are big for european standards.

good choice in Madrid (away from touristy area)

hotel is located near Plaza de Espana (short walk from metro station), large size room & bathroom, good size comfortable beds, A/C & WiFi worked fine, small kitchenette incl microwave, fridge, water boiler was very convenient. Weird distribution of space in the room, the TV is hung next to the kitchen area, away from the beds. Sink in the bathroom was tiny even though there was plenty of space. Staff at the desk were attentive n helpful, breakfast buffet was good with a variety of choices, hot n cold foods. Overall a good choice of hotel outside the very touristy areas in Madrid (which we appreciated)

Hotel was nice. Location was great too. But security was bad. My friends who was also traveling with us lost their backpack from the front lobby of the hotel right after breakfast when we were preparing to go out for sightseeing. The front desk attendant was right there and she didn’t even noticed when two random ladies came in the lobby and grab my friends backpack which he left on the sofa for 30 sec. There were three cameras in the lobby. So when we reported them the hotel administration showed us the video. That’s so scary that people can just walk in. He lost his passports and other belongings. We went through so much trouble making the new passports but thank God for U.S embassy they made the temporary passports in two hours and saved us further trouble since we had to travel to other cites the next day. The hotel administration didn’t do anything for us. No police report no apologies nothing. Instead they said that we need to go ourselves to the police station to file a report. We didn’t have time to do that in a new city.
