We liked EXE Suites very much! Convenient to via Gran Capital, plenty of restaurants and near tourist attractions. Surprised how quiet it was at night. Room spacious with kitchenette. Would return.

I stayed at this hotel recently and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I accidentally left my Tissot gold-colored watch in room 54 on a shelf when I was hurrying to check out. I realized the mistake the next day and returned to the hotel immediately to ask about it. However, the staff told me that nothing had been found.

This was upsetting, as I am certain where I left the watch. I expected more responsibility and transparency from the hotel regarding lost items. Guests should be aware and take extra care of their belongings, as my experience with the lost-and-found process here was very disappointing.

Liked our stay at exe suites 33. This is very close to the major attractions of Madrid. Gran via is right across, Royal palace of Madrid is in a walkable distance. There are several good restaurants around the place. This room had a microwave, fridge and two burners. They did not provide any cookware or cutlery to even make coffee which we find it weird. No coffee maker either. The room is very small but very clean and nice with extra storage and a safe locker.

Terrible experience. I would want my money back.

Wifi didn't work. Hot water tank only good for one shower then you have to wait for the water to get warmed up before the second person can take a shower. Suite had no view to the outside world; It felt like a prison. Had to climb 5 or 6 steps to get to the reception before reaching the elevator which was a huge anomaly for some having a kid with a stroller. No onsite restaurant. No laundry service. Customer service was fair.

The hotel is in the very center of Madrid. A block to Plaza de España, a block to the Gran Via, a couple of blocks to Puerta del Sol. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. Our room faced the street and as with all major cities it could be noisy at times. The room itself was very spacious and clean. With a kitchenette we were not expecting and only used the refrigerator. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely do it again!

Granvia is steps away, but maybe not the most fun part of it.
One room we had the outlet got burnt, it was not the safest setup in terms of electrical wiring. We moved to another room and internet was very slow, the room was not very modern, still power outlets issue. The shower was not the best I’ve had in Spain. The area was in a Chinatown of Madrid, but still pretty good.

The thing i dint like was you had no water for the guest and the least you provide is this.

Great location, noisy hotel

Maybe it was just my room, but this hotel is extremely noisy. I was on the first floor facing the street, and I could hear both street noise and noise from the lobby. The constant noise made it hard to sleep. In addition, one set of lights in the bathroom was broken, as was the bracket for the shower head. It would randomly flip up, causing water to spray in my face and all over the bathroom. While the location of this hotel was great, I would not stay here again.

Hotel located in a great location close to any restaurant, and interest places to see. It seems the hotel is well known by the locals. The room was fairly spacious, rather than being like other European style small rooms. The staff are great and friendly. Especially one of the staff with slim metal frame glasses (I did not ask for her name) was super great and helpful. The window curtins definitely need to be washed ASAP. It is pretty much closes to all the city attractions.

This is a nice hotel very close to Gran Via, Callao, Sol, Plaza de España. Tooms are spacious and clean and air conditioning works very well. The staff is very friendly, helpfull and nice. My only complaint is that it was very noisy at night but we were there over the world pride celebrations so there were events everywhere in downtown and it is also common in Madrid.

If it was possible to give a hotel a -5 this would be the hotel!! This was the most awful place. The hotel smelt toxic - so much chemical cleaner was used to cover the mold smell - it was unbearable. My wife and I felt so sick after 5 minutes in our room. We called the reception to complain and the staff were not friendly at all. In fact, the response was \"what can we do about it...\" Because we booked using hotels.com they would not refund our money and we ended up leaving and we lost 3 nights. We spoke with hotels.com which tried their best to remedy the situation but the hotel was admit about keeping our money. Hotel.com gave us $100 voucher which helped but we still lost over $200. We highly discourage you from staying at this hotel. Worst experience and hotel ever!!!

the hotel is close to metro stations and the Gran Via near the main theatres. the hotel room had s mini kitchen including micro wave, small hob and fridge but no utensils you have to ask reception. we had a large double bed which was very firm. the bathroom was large with soaps etc,replenished as needed. there is also safe suitable for laptops. the window overlooked a central void so no view. rooms at the front overlook the street. only English channels on tv were news channel's

Good hotel, located near the Palace. A little noisy with boiler in the room and the mattress was very hard. We arrived to check in at 6pm and our room wasn't ready for an hour even though check in is at 2pm. It's not as nice as the photos make it look, however, the room was clean and the location good.

Great spot for anyone visiting Madrid, no fuss check in, friendly staff that welcome you and make one feel comfortable. Our executive room was spacious and comfortable and complimented the facilities and services on hand to make a relaxing visit enjoyable.
Madrid is a marvelous filled with fabulous architecture and amazingly clean building throughout the entire city, make sure you have a spare SD card for your camera.
Like each city we visit, number one recommendation... get on a super value open top bus city tour and mark off each place of interest (for return visit) on the map and detailed brochure provided.Of course visit the Prada and many other enthralling galleries, stroll down La Ramble and indulge in splendid shopping and the hundreds of great cafe's and restaurants.
Tip number two, buy a T10 ticket for the Metro it is good value and so easy to get around with each line (and stations) marked in different colours.

We had a memorable time in Madrid, the EXE33 hotel and their staff were amazing and so helpful at all times. The breakfast buffet was great and kept us full of energy for most of the day allowing us to spend our time sightseeing. Madrid and all of Spain simply can't be verbally described - you have to see it. Exe33 hotel was centrally located so we could walk everywhere, and walk we did!
Wonderful start to our trip.
Loved every minute and the weather co operated as well!

Very convenient location. Can be in the heart of the city in 5 minutes and walk to pretty much all the main touristic spots within 15-20 minutes. Parking was full so we had to park a couple of streets down but not a big deal. Breakfast is available at a nearby hotel, which was again not a big deal for us.

The Hotel was very well located, you have the city turist bus very close by as well as the \"new broadway\" of Madrid located at the Gran Via. I recommend the sushi restaurant very close by that also do room service to the hotel, the breakfast buffet is very nice and inexpenssive. Lots of hairdresser around the hotel , best deal in town.

Nice hotel in convenient location

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights during our visit to Madrid. The hotel was located in a relatively quiet street very close to Piazza de Espana, and conveniently between two subway stations which were both less than 5 minutes walk away. This made commuting to and from the hotel very easy.

The hotel staff were very friendly and always welcomed us when we arrived or left. The double room we had was quiet, quite spacious and had an enormous bathroom. Everything was very modern and the wifi worked well throughout our stay. There is no restaurant in the hotel but they offer use of the dining facilities at their sister restaurant which is 1 minute walk up the street. The location is close to many restaurants and the main shopping areas on the Grand Via only minutes away. We were impressed with this hotel and the reasonable prices charged for our stay.

Deceiving Facade on a Good Hotel

We were ready for an unimpressive hotel front due to the TripAdvisor review, and likewise we were pleased with the clean and spacious room and the convenient location for the major central-Madrid attractions. We were walking distance from many and a Metro stop was 100 meters from the hotel door.

Don't go there!

Absolutely horrible - smelly & musty due to water and pipes - Door lock did not close on the only room available even though we had reservations - TV did not work - you have to drag bags several stairs up to get to main counter where very nice employees will try to help - this is my first three hours in Madrid and am trying to be positive and it's hard with the horrible smell - we booked only three days through O----- so we are stuck - last minute hotel manager saw my distress and relocated us to a sister hotel (EXE 33) where we finally could breathe. First time I rate because it's was so bad I don't want others to go through this. Location is in the city (undesirables) in every street corner.

Location is perfect for the sights and close to 2 metros. Good restaurants nearby and on the same block as the police station. Very safe for walking. There are 2 exe hotels and this is the 3 star suite hotel that is a half block from the 4 star hotel. Not much of a suite hotel as you had to request any dishes or cooking materials and the refrigerator is not even hooked up. Also breakfast is at the other hotel only. Naomi did wonders handling all our problems. Beds were comfortable and the room seemed clean but in need of a redo.

Location was perfect. Right around corner from Gran Via and the Plaza Espana train stop. Our room was very large for an European Hotel. Plus we had a true QUEEN bed! It was a very clean and already had a converter for the hair dryer in the room. Very hood product for the price.
